There is a big skating ground near our school. In winter, I often go skating there, and I enjoy the sport very much.

At first, I only went there to watch others skating. Some with good skills could skate wonderfully. I admired them from the bottom of my heart. But I couldn’t do it myself. I was only an onlooker. How I longed to skate myself!

Each and every year, during Chongyang Festival, citizens of China celebrate the elders in their families and communities. It’s a special tradition which is rooted in the deep value that Chinese culture places on honouring their elders.

每年在重阳节，中国人民会在家里或者社区和他们的老人一起庆祝，这是一种扎根在中国传统敬老文化价值观的特殊传统。

Sadly, many of our aging population are seniors without sons, daughters or grandchildren to visit. While they may have great friends, they no doubt miss the tender and loving relationships unique to families. To fill this void, many volunteers turned up on October 28 at nursing homes around the country in order to spend time with the residents. In some cases, they performed humble gestures of kindness, such as combing their hair or washing their feet.

电视台正在热播一部抗日题材的电视剧，我看到了中国劳工在日本时的情景，中国人为了完成日本人的工程后赶快回家，什么苦都吃过，而可恶的日本人要在他们完成工程以后全部杀死他们，日本人多么可恶呀，我为中国人的死感到痛心，更为中国人坚强不屈的精神感到骄傲和自豪!

我希望世界充满和平，永远不要有战争!

从小到大，我的愿望很多，现在我最希望的是世界和平。

最然现在中国是和平的，但不代表世界是和平的。许多国家现在还存在战争。战争让人痛恨，因为它让清澈的河流被鲜血染红、让蔚蓝的天空被硝烟弥漫、让幸福美满的家庭治理破散、让孩子们到处流浪……这些事的罪魁祸首都是那些侵略者贪婪的欲望造成的。如果那些侵略者放弃那些贪婪的欲望这一切的一切将不会再有，天空将恢复蔚蓝、河水将变会清澈……

我多么希望没有战争啊！到那时候美人鱼的歌声将会在季风中飘荡、岸边的橄榄树将会向过往的船只招手所有人都伸出友谊之手、庄稼会结出丰硕的谷物、葡萄会滴下甘醇的美酒……那是多么美好的世界呀！只要那些侵略者放弃贪婪的欲望，世间就不会有战争，就会变成到处充满快乐的乐园！

但愿我的愿望会变成事实。

在很多年以前，我们生活的世界到处弥漫着战争的硝烟：散落的地雷碎片，伤亡人员的尸体，天空中飞着的“大蚊子”，从里面丢出的一颗颗威胁生命的炸弹。伤亡人员逐渐增多，还有很多人被迫参加战争，这残酷的战争何时结束?

如今世界虽然和平，可是很多地区还不安宁。在美国、利比亚、苏丹等地区的土地上仍有一辆辆巨大无比的坦克车在走动。在马路两旁，随时都有冲蜂抢驾在哪里，天空中随时投落的炮弹。那里的孩子不能安全的在教室里读书，甚至连生命都没有保障。这究竟是为什么啊?为什么全世界人民不能朝夕与共、和睦相处?为什么要战争，而不去选择和平?

在中国的抗日战争中，我们都知道有儿童团，团员都是一些小英雄。比如王小二、雨来…我们还知道一些为和平而战的英雄人物，比如抗击日本侵略者的杨靖宇、赵一曼。为建设新中国英勇献身的方志敏、董存瑞，抗美援朝、保家卫国的黄继光、邱少云…他们也是因为战争而失去生命的啊!

在第一次世界大战和第二次世界大战期间，有许多的英雄人物，他们用自己的生命换来了战争的胜利。

试想一下，如果我们去对抗敌人，会怎么样呢?是会勇敢面对还是花容失色?我们没有经历过战争，但却知道它的残酷与无情。正因为如此，我们更要远离战争，痛恨战争。

战争给人类带来的灾难是深重的，特别是一些无辜的孩子，很多孩子因为战争失去了亲人和家园，成了难民。由于食物短缺，他们多营养不良。由于使用某些违禁武器产生的辐射，使很多战后出生的孩子得了不治之症。

“我们要和平，不要战争”这是所有人的呼声。全世界的人们，一起行动起来吧，为了不让罪恶的子弹威胁娇嫩的“和平之花”，不让侵略者的双脚踏进我们祖国的那块神圣的土地，让和平永驻人间。

我要向大家呼吁“救救孩子们，只要和平不要战争”。为了妻子不再失去丈夫，为了孩子不再失去父母，全世界都应该行动起来，保卫和平，赶走战争!如果家里的人不和睦相处，这个家庭将天天争吵不断;如果国家的人不和平，那么这个国家将天天战争不断。利比亚的硝烟不断，索马里的海盗猖獗，这些都没有给人类带来后悔之举吗?

大家想想，家没有了，我们住在哪里?国家没有了，我们就没有办法生存了。

在1937年8月28日，上海变了模样……

在一个晴空万里的日子，一家人手挽着手走出家门。

“走，爸爸今天带你们去乘火车出去玩玩！”爸爸兴高采烈地说。

“你得听话哟！”妈妈对儿子说。

“嗯。”刚满三岁的儿子绽放出了鲜花般灿烂的笑容，愉快地答应。

他们走着，便到了人山人海的上海火车南站。他们随着人流买好了票，来到了候车厅。

妈妈从衣袋里掏出了一把小巧的折叠扇子，不停地扇着，说：“这天气，可真热呵！”

他们正聊着，发出一阵阵笑声，可是忽然在远处有一声刺耳的尖叫，妈妈吓了一个激灵，把扇子给儿子拿着，说：“拿好扇子，我去看看。”于是便跑了过去。

妈妈还未回来，便从不远处传来一声巨响，快得如闪电，如子弹。就那么一刹那，时间停止了，不动了。但接着又是一声让人心惊动魄的巨响，甚至能在嘈杂的人声里清楚地听到断裂的声音。那一刻，时间卡在了那里。人们不动了，紧接着大厅里传来了一阵嘤嘤的抽泣声。那一瞬间，时间又飞快转动起来，人们不受控制地转过头去，发现天桥已化为乌有，他们又下意识往天空一看，才发现几架飞机在头顶盘旋着。

“鬼！日本！日，鬼子飞机！”有人语无论次地叫。

妈妈来了，一家夹在人流里面朝门外涌，但就是晚了一步。

“轰！”一声声震声欲聋的炸弹响，每一响，就有千百条生命如此懵懂地消失，当然，再往上看，日本侵略者仍不肯罢休，疯狂地发射炸弹，玩弄着人们的生命！人们就像可怜的小兽失去了冷静。

又一声响彻云霄的声音，候车厅被炸毁了，无情地压住了可怜的人们。

在一声声巨响声中，尘土飞扬，儿子和父母被挤分散了！

儿子用手擦着被尘土占据的双眼，他用手挡着尘土，脚步不稳地走着，找寻着父母。那柔嫩的腿儿被钢丝划出一道道深可见骨的口子，他不理会，他要找到爸爸妈妈；已被碎片磨破的布鞋，带了碎渣的双脚，他不理会，他要找到爸爸妈妈；有飞扬起来的小铁片，插进了他稚嫩的面颊，流满了鲜血，他不理会，他要找到爸爸妈妈。

他找不到了！他慌了，夹着血和土的泪，夺眶而出，一颗颗混沌的泪珠滑落脸颊。

如变魔术一般，孩子身边的人越来越少，他发现了两张熟悉的脸，孩子下意识的肯定那就是爸爸妈妈！

孩子紧捏着扇子，便朝父母奔过去，心里 那信心的火，便又燃烧了起来。

孩子跑着，却被一块钢板绊了，摔了跤。随着便又传来了一声惊天动地巨响，孩子在尘土中抬起头，之后便悄无声息地流下一滴泪。那无情的寒风扑灭了烈火，世界便一片漆黑，一点光亮不剩。

眼前，是一块巨大的钢板，那两张熟悉的脸，永远地被留在了这里……

孩子一下子跌坐在了废墟上，呆在了扭曲的轨道旁。

他抓着扇子的手，不停颤抖，他的睫毛一颤，豆大的泪珠又滚落了下来，一滴敲碎另一滴，浸湿了不全的衣衫。

无数沉重的打击向他涌来，无情地现实射出千万只利箭刺向他幼小的心灵。

他用沙哑的声音喊着：“爸爸！妈妈！我在这里，我好怕……快来陪我……”他号啕大哭，向无情的世界痛诉自己铅一般沉重的打击。

他边痛哭边呐喊：“我好怕！”他怕这黑暗的世界也将自己吞噬。

这不幸的孩子。

这幸运的孩子。

一个和他一样大难不死的记者听闻那沙哑的哭声，赶到这片废墟一看，发现是个遍体鳞伤的三岁左右的孩子，走过一看，记者摸着孩子流满鲜血的手，把这已无依无靠的孩子抱回了可居住的地方，让他可以有个遮风挡雨的地方。

可天下千万孩子都能这么幸运吗？有的被送进孤儿院，有的流落街头，有的被人买了当奴隶……

战争夺去了多少无辜人民的性命啊！和平是我们共同的愿望，我们要让和平之神永驻人间，我们要让和平之花开遍世界的每个角落！

从古至今，战争不断，是什么原因引发战争？资源、领土、财产成为发动战争最主要的原因。

石原还把从日本民众募捐的钱给政府，把福田佳彦逼的没办法。政府只好表态，要不没法再国民面前交差。这种不负责任的态度，使中日双方开始走向零度，如果中国真的开始用经济手段，其实，虽然日本损失很严重，中国的损失也很大的！

不错，中国国力上升了，可是在和平的条件下，中国发展才如此得快。假如中日大战，中国只有50%的几率获胜。虽然日本只是自卫队，但军事力量远远大于中国。

所以，我热爱和平，我还要呼吁其它人民热爱和平。我们都希望和平。所以希望日本回到和平谈判的轨道上来。只有这样，亚洲才会和平，国与国之间才能友好！

This definition of peace refers to a condition where nations or groups are not engaged in violent conflict. Further descriptive meanings for peace include: a peace agreement, calm in the natural environment, an internal state of serenity, and silence. Since peace is a term prone to subjective viewpoints, there are many different definitions of peace.

The traditionally accepted political definition of peace and the very word itself comes from the influence of the ancient Romans who defined peace, pax, as absentia belli, the absence of war.

In the modern nation-state world, peace has often been understood as the absence of international war between two or more state-organized armies. However, constraining the concept of peace to the absence of international war ignores the relevance of civil war, internal genocide, terrorism, and other violence. Since World War II, wars between states have decreased while violent internal conflicts increased. Since 1992, however, internal conflicts have decreased though there are still numerous and problematic intractable conflicts. [1] Present day Sudan, as an example, is not engaged in a war with another sovereign state. However, few would deny that what amounts to genocide is taking place in its Darfur region.

Peace therefore, in the sense of the absence of hostilities, is best understood as the absence of violence between groups, whether they are part of a state apparatus or not. Johan Galtung, a very influential peace researcher, calls peace understood simply as the absence of violence "negative peace."[2] It is labeled as such because although direct violence is not taking place, the points of conflict, which can lead to violence, are not necessarily resolved.
