天桥山在市区以东三十七公里处，一天然巨石横跨于山脊，宛如天桥。长约一百八十米，有两个“桥孔”。在天桥山东南五华里，一溶洞分上下两层。修有九神庙、关帝庙，洞内有雕塑及石刻等。大自然的力量真是神奇啊！

终于到了本次旅游的主角——避暑山庄风景区。第一眼看到的是一座博物馆，由正殿和东、西偏殿组成，里面陈列着皇帝穿过的龙袍，还有用过的刀叉箭戟。钟表馆里的钟真是琳琅满目，各式各样。有的钟在大象的背上，有的在老虎的头上，这里面所有的钟全是用真金制造的。瓷器馆里陈列着康熙、乾隆皇帝用的盘子和碗。有一个碗里烧制九只栩栩如生的红蝙蝠，寓意是：“洪福齐天”。

在山庄里随处可见直冲云霄的百年古松，还有普宁寺的千手千眼木佛，山庄里有许多精致的雕刻，至今保存完好。围绕山庄的是湖水，连接湖水的是一座座大小不同精致的罗锅桥，大片的荷花在湖里盛开，像一个个亭亭玉立的少女。

暮色降临，我恋恋不舍的走出了承德避暑山庄。

今天，爸爸带我去好作文工作室，我还给小蚯蚓写了一篇日记。我的蚯蚓日记是这样的——

一大早，小蚯蚓就发现他的姐姐在照镜子，蚯蚓姐姐边照镜子边说：“真美丽呀!真美丽!这是我吗?这是我吗?”小蚯蚓一本正经地说：“姐，别臭美了，你不管照多少次镜子，你的脸都跟你的屁股一个样。”姐姐听了，伤心的走了。

在前往香格里拉的途中，我们还参观了世界的五大峡谷之一——虎跳峡。

虎跳峡狭长约20公里，落差190米，峡谷最窄处仅30多米，是世界上仅次于雅鲁藏布江大拐弯峡谷的峡谷。虎跳峡分为上虎跳、中虎跳和下虎跳，我们此次游览的是上虎跳，也是整个虎跳峡的精华部分。虎跳峡名字的由来是因为上虎跳峡谷的一块长达13米的巨石。据说以前有一只猛虎凭着这块巨石从金沙江哈巴雪山的一岸跳到玉龙雪山的一岸，又从玉龙雪山一岸跳回哈巴雪山一岸。当年有一支漂流队欲意从金沙江虎跳峡江段漂流而过。虽然最后还是成功了，但在经过上虎跳江段的时候有两个人不幸地付出了宝贵的生命。

我们沿着木栈道往下走，到达最底处后，我才发现这个故事一点也不虚假。因为现在是雨季，金沙江的水流很急、很大，那块巨石已经几乎被水淹没了，只剩一点点露出水面。但是，当金沙江的水流经过这里的时候，突然形成了汹涌的波涛，一浪拍一浪地过这座石头。那波涛的高虽然没有天高，但已经有了与山齐平的高度，那波涛的势虽然没有钱塘江大潮之势，但能让人一掉下去就不可能回来。在木栈道上，我们被金沙江的怒吼震破了耳膜，根本听不到任何其它的声音。惊涛拍岸，水花洒得木栈道一地，我再也顶受不住金沙江的惊涛骇浪之势，赶紧回到了上面，不敢再下来。

端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

what he like.Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After

breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too. so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

最近，我读了一本非常有意义的书，一本什么样的书呢?是《原来我这么棒》这本书。这本书讲述的是主人公小瑜是一个性格内向、胆小、又不敢同别人交流的女孩儿，在一次偶然的机会，她的妈妈听说有个研习营的教育机构很好，孩子只要去了之后，回来了就像变了一个人似的，学到很多很多对孩子非常有帮助的事，比如：学会了团结、自信、礼仪等各方面的教育，对孩子启发特别好。

于是小瑜妈妈就说服她去报了这个研习营，这个研习营对小瑜来说，教育非常远大而且也非常深刻，让小瑜从中认识到了自己的缺点要改正，同时在研习营也找到了自信，也敢于面对自己的错误，敢于表现自己，使自己变得更加勇敢、团结同学，尊重老师同学。

这本书是教育孩子能正确的找到自我，坚信自己可以完成任何事情，每个孩子几乎答题的正确率为80%，不过很可惜还是会有20%的几率会答错，别担心这有什么关系呢?只要用心，只要正确面对每一次的失误，那么答错了的题只会在你的心里留下很深的印象，考试或者在别的情况下碰到，心里就会想哦，这道题老师讲过，而且我也记住了，千万不能再出错了!而对于同学们的嘲笑，只要自信、坚持、没关系啊，是人都会犯错的呀!只要用心的去分析、去理解、任何困难都会迎刃而解，记住吃一堑长一智哦!

前几天带我去了青少年活动中心，那里有一个四驱车跑道，我带着我的新车来试开，我刚把车放到跑道上，它就像一只离弦的箭飞速奔跑着，我都看得眼花了，突然前面又出现了一辆比我慢好多的四驱车，眼看就要撞上了，只有这么点距离了，拦也来不急了，看来只能看那辆车的运气了，如果不好只能报废了。两辆车碰了，我的车把那两车反推了过去，我马上去拦车，不然那辆车的马达会烧掉的，由于我的车太快又跑了大半圈了，等我拦住的时候那辆车的车壳已经飞了出去,写景作文，还好没有损坏太重，车壳能装上去，我关掉车的开关，还给了人家，看着人家垂头丧气的样子，我心里快乐着呢!

在这假期我看了皮皮鲁系列丛书，有写舒克宝贝塔的，也有写皮皮鲁的。里面我最皮皮鲁恐怖易位。这本书主要说了皮皮鲁在一次补习中和恐怖易位了，老师外形和皮皮鲁交换了，皮皮鲁和老师千方百计要恢复正常。变成老师的皮皮鲁不会讲课，他让皮皮鲁外形的老师上课，大家非常吃惊。里面还讲了别的几个小故事，好看极乐。

这个暑假我参加了跆拳道训练，一开台我是在爸爸的硬逼下去的，现在我觉得不象我想象中的那样苦了。慢慢地我喜欢上跆拳道了，教练经常给我们拉韧带，拉到实在拉不下去为止，虽然痛得想叫，可我还是忍住了。我的韧带比以前好多了。
