过年后的几天，我们全家人一起去了韩国的首尔玩。

出发的那一天，我们先到杭州的萧山机场，然后坐着飞机去了韩国首尔的机场，韩国那里的地上有雪，放眼望去，雪白一片，美极了!

一位诗人说“从一粒沙看世界，从一朵花看天堂，把无限放在你的手掌，永恒在一刹那里收藏”。几天前，我有了一个听讲座的机会，从中我学到了很多东西。现在，我想把这些与大家共享。让我们伸出右手，我们可以看到手掌中的展示我们的爱，事业和生活的三条线。我在生活方面这条线很短，那你们的呢?我想知道我们是否可以用这种办法去看我们的未来。好的，让我们一起握拳。我们的未来在哪儿?我们的爱、事业和生活在哪儿?告诉我!是的，它们就在我们的手中。它们被我们自己掌握着。

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the

past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that

we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t

mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way.

Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the

first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing

we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we

give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the

owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

正如我在前面所说的“我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。”过去的已经过去，无论我们无力改变，但是未来却在我们前方。相信“我们给了世界什么，世界也将给我们”。并且从今天起，让我们一起做我们自己的主人，一起大声说出“世界是我们的，未来是我们的。”

Aerobic exercise is a series of activities which can improve our heart-lung function by maintaining longer, including running, bicycling, swimming and so on. It brings a lot of benefits to our body and psychology.

有氧运动是在长期坚持下可改善心肺功能的一系列活动。有氧运动包括跑步、骑单车、游泳等。这种运动十分有益于身心健康。Physically, taking aerobic exercise advances our physical health and reduces our agony. It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.生理上，做些有氧运动可以提高我们身体健康，减少我们的痛苦。做有氧运动可增加心肺的伸缩，以提高心肺功能，有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压力。它还能促进脂肪的消耗，促进新陈代谢，预防疾病。同时，有氧运动还能消耗多余热量，有益于保持良好体型。Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. Thus we can ventilate our negative feelings by doing workout so that we can strive for our dreams again.心理上，进行有氧运动还有利于我们的心理健康。通过户外锻炼我们能消除负面情绪，才能再次为梦想奋斗。Hence, for the wellbeing of body and mind, let us have some aerobic exercise together.因此，为了我们的身心健康，让我们一起来做有氧运动吧!

Recently, the haze weather has increasingly been serious and this

phenomenon triggers the widespread concern towards air quality. In my view of

the point, the best way to improve air quality is to tax the owner of private

car.

There are reasons accounting for my view. To begin with, there is no

denying that gas emission of private car is a great evil of air pollution.

To tax the owner of private car will make some contribution to cut down gas

emission and improve air quality. Furthermore, the tax also has a great impact

on decreasing the rate of car’s increase. Those who have a plan to buy a car

will take the tax into account and some of them have to give up their plan. If a

lot of people can use public transportation instead of private cars, the air

quality will not be so rotten. In addition, taxing for private car is also a

warning of environment protection. The notion of environment protection will be

brought to public again and an increasing number of people will be awake to the

importance of air protection and environment protection and make effort to

protect it. Finally, the government can use the tax as funds of improving the

air quality, which will be a great help to raise fund.

Taking above into account, I believe that taxing the owner of private car

is the best way to improve air quality. Certainly, we can carry out other

methods to improve it at the same time, such as planting trees, developing

public transportation and so on. I advocate that all of us should take pains to

protect our environment and we will lead a better life.

每个季节有每个季节的美丽，春有春的活力;夏有夏的张扬;秋有秋的收获;冬有冬的神韵。我爱冬天这个季节，虽然刮起风来脸像刀割一样痛，可它带给我的快乐远远超出了这个。 Each season has the beauty of each season, the vitality of spring in spring; the gap of the summer in summer; the charm of winter in winter.I love this season in winter, although it hurts the wind like a knife, but the happiness it brings me far beyond this.

冬天，雪花纷纷飘落下来，大地一会儿就变白了，锦绣的山河变成了粉妆玉砌的世界，踩上去发出咯吱咯吱的声音。白茫茫的雪地里留下一串串脚印，我和一群爱冬的小朋友尽情的奔跑着，打雪仗、堆雪人、滚雪球，欢乐的笑声震落了树上的积雪。落光了叶子的树上挂满了亮晶晶、毛茸茸的银条。冬夏常青的松柏树上堆满了蓬松松、沉甸甸的雪团，偶尔还能听见枯树枝被压断的声音。

冬天还是冰雕艺术人们最爱的季节。他们尽情的建造雪雕，雕塑冰雕，雕刻出五彩的生活和开心的情怀。

冬天的早晨格外的宁静。每个黎明都是新的希望，或许就是这样人们才更喜欢冬天。冬天里的雪花漫天飞舞，犹如从天上撒落下来的鹅毛一样，慢慢地飘到地上，给冬日里的大地披上一身银装。

下雪的时候，也是小朋友们欢乐的时候。因为雪一停，他们就可以在雪地里堆雪人、抛雪球、打雪仗。如果有一片大的冰面，小朋友们还可以在冰面上滑冰玩雪。这些娱乐活动都是因为有了雪花，冬天里的雪花给寒冷的冬日平添了一份乐趣。

面对美丽的雪景，诗人们也按捺不住心中的喜悦，写下了许多流传千古的咏雪名句：“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开。”这是唐代诗人岑参写的《白雪歌送武判官归京》里的诗句，把雪比喻成了梨花，写出了雪花白和美的特点。北宋诗人卢梅坡在《雪梅》中写到：“梅须逊雪三分白，雪却输梅一段香。”则把梅和雪这两种冬日里的景物放在一起比较，别有一番风情。而诗仙李白则更夸张，他在《轩辕行》中写到：“燕山雪花大如席，纷纷吹落轩辕台。”用雪的大描写出了北方冬天的肃杀景象。

我喜欢冬天里的雪花，因为它给我带来了欢乐和无限的想象，让我们的冬天不再沉闷。
