星期六，我们离开了余姚到了宁波的老外滩——三江源。我们乘游船，看到了两岸一幢幢漂亮的新楼鳞次栉比，使人感到耳目一新，就像我们上海的浦东。 晚上，我们回上海的途中去了金山的农家乐吃饭，那里的农民是用灶台做饭的，烧出的菜饭香喷喷的，我一口气吃了三碗，涨得肚子圆滚滚的。

在回家的路上，我感到这次旅游非常快乐，不仅看到了雄伟的跨海大桥和古代人读书的场所，而且品尝到有特色的饭菜。

In this fast-paced modern society, life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by whats going on. There may be a feeling of helplessness and the worlds spinning out of control. Its easy to lose hope. However, hope is something can be created with an optimistic state of mind.Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons. To begin with, hope is something appears from our inside world. All of us have capacity to generate hope. This capacity is closely related to optimism. Optimism help us overcome fear, supporting us with great courage and confidence to overcome any difficulties. In return, it allows us to hold on to hope. Whatever we do or whatever is done to us, it is always constructive to adopt an optimistic attitude. As the saying goes, smile and the world smiles with you, weep and you weep alone. If you let yourself down, no one can pull you out and the situation could only go from bad to worse. But as long as you have an optimistic state of mind, you can have the situation under your control and therefore be more hopeful. Last but not least, God help those who help themselves. 一年有四个季节，要红柳绿的春，骄阳似火的夏，天高气爽的秋以及白雪皑皑的冬。我最喜欢的是春天。

当然，我也喜欢人生的春天。人生的春天是青春。青春真好，应为你可以用心来感受成长的过程。不管是平淡如水、细小如丝，还是惊天动地、轰轰烈烈，青春都是幸福的。只要你珍惜青春的感觉，青春中的酸、甜、苦、辣、咸都会成为你生命旅程中最珍爱的珠宝。

青春的我们不自卑、不自骄、不自负、不自赏，多好!

我喜欢春天，喜欢万物复苏的春天，喜欢充满希望的春天，喜欢朝气蓬勃的春天，喜欢绿意盎然的春天，也喜欢人生的春天。

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a

book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve

always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to

be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

It is exciting to visit different places.As you travel,you will see beautiful sceneries typical of the region.Besides,you can meet and make friends with people of different colors and races.Finally,you can get to know the customs and living habits of the local people.Today people are so fond of travelling that tourism has become one of the faster growing industries in most countries.

The main reason why people travel is,perhaps,for pleasure.For example,having worked hard throughout the weekdays,people will find a widened trip to the nearby mountains or beaches a real relaxation.For another example,spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands.When people return from their travel,they will generally feel fresh and energetic,ready to work harder.

赵老师讲课的声音很响亮，他眼镜后面的眼睛一会儿圆圆的，一会儿又眯成一条缝。看着赵老师的眼睛，我们回答了一个又一个的问题，不知不觉下课铃响了。

课后，我一边做着作业一边想：这次我一定要做好作业，让赵老师第一个认识我。
