single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

那天，老师突然给我布置了一个任务：讲课。“不，老师，我不行。”我哀求着，“您换别人吧!”“不行，快去准备一下。”老师语气坚决得很。

被迫无奈我只好硬着头皮站上了讲台。面对同学们的嘻笑，我额头开始冒汗，两眼不敢直视他们，“同，同学们……”“哈……”教室里开锅了。我的眼泪都快流出来了。突然我看到了老师的眼睛，充满了期待和信任。“欣赏自己!”我鼓足勇气。“同学们，今天我们来学习……”渐渐地我不再害怕，不再发抖，开始正视同学们充满了鼓励、羡慕的眼睛。我滔滔不绝地讲了下去，甚至连自己都惊异：我哪来的这样好的口才?

“好，这节课就上到这里。同学们有疑问请下课来找我，急盼赐教.”我深深鞠了一躬，俨然一副老师的样子。同学们爆发出热烈的掌声，我便在这掌声中陶醉了……

从此我变的爱说爱笑，不在自卑成了班里各项活动的“活跃分子”。“欣赏自己”也成了我的座右铭。看到现在的我，谁会想到以前那个自卑到了极点的女孩呢?现在想想，那节课好像是老师特意为我安排的吧。

我终于战胜了自卑，战胜了心中的阴影。我相信，爱说爱笑，勤奋活泼的我，一定能改变成美丽的白天鹅。

朋友，当你像我一样自卑，只要学会欣赏自己，你一定会到达成功的彼岸!

我终于战胜自卑了……

六年的小学时光如白驹过隙一般，很快消逝了。蓦然回首，这些年我经历过许许多多的第一次，但这件事的第一次，让我陷入了沉思…… Six years of primary school time like a white horse, and quickly disappeared.Suddenly looking back, I have experienced a lot of the first time in these years, but the first time in this incident made me sink ...

那时候，我还在老家上学，才7岁。学校要举行演艺活动，在我班挑一个人来跳舞，我就成了那位幸运儿。

经历了多次的排练，也揣摩了多次我不会的动作，最后一天晚上，我连夜加班排练。

第二天一早，演艺活动就开始了。我站在幕布旁，心怦怦直跳，不停地流汗。那时我就感觉灯光如利剑一般刺穿了我的心，音乐像野马般飞腾。这种.种现象让我之前的迫不及待都化为乌有，只留下紧张、害怕和恐惧。在后台的我也不是没调整过心情，我不知自己到底在抗拒什么，是害怕失误?不!是害怕丢脸?不!是害怕得不到观众的认可与掌声?不!都不是，而是在抗拒那个内心里没有信心的另一个我。

这时，老师走了过来，拍拍我的肩膀，和蔼可亲地对我说：“孩子，其实你并不用害怕，没事!相信自己，只有鼓起信心去尝试，才知道成与败，加油!老师相信你!”

我勇敢地走上台，看着眼前观众，其实真的如老师说的一样，并不恐怖，只缺少——信心。我感觉灯光不再是利剑，而是温和的阳光，音乐也不再是野马，而是和煦的微风。我与音乐融为一体了，努力地舒展着身体，感觉自己如一只优雅的小天鹅，在平静的湖面上游走;如一株小草正向着太阳，茁壮成长;如一只蝴蝶，迎着花香翩翩起舞。结束时，台下的观众都给了我一个个大拇指，给予了我那暴雨般的掌声，那些流的汗现在也将成我内心中的欣慰、快乐。

第一次的尝试，让我悟出了一个道理：信心就是成功的基石，在往往不确定时，都会助你一臂之力，让你到达那成功的彼岸。

每当读到这首诗时，我不由地感受到那些城市里的有钱人每天大吃大喝的，吃不完地扔掉。我试问他们在浪费、糟蹋粮食之前，是否想过劳动人民的辛苦，想到这里，我也感到愧疚，自己曾经也是那种人。可经过那次使人意味深长的经历后，使我每时每刻都挺珍惜每一粒大米。

那一次烈日炎炎的夏天，太阳烘烤着大地上的每一样东西，使得那些谷子一个个被晒得闪闪发光，但对于在这种恶劣的天气下，它们早已晒惯了，也有许多农作物早已成熟，一看便知道这将又是一个硕果累累的秋天。

我漫步在田野，手中的扇子不停地“呼呼”为我送来凉爽的风，可不知怎地，感觉越来越热，看见田里正在割谷子的妈妈、爸爸、哥哥，就连比我小六七岁的小侄女也郑起裤脚在那忙的不亦乐乎，我看了也挺不好意思。

于是丢掉了手中的扇子，郑起裤脚，用脚探索着水的深度，“哇，原来这田野既凉快又不深，怪不得他们这么高兴”。说完，我便向他们走去，每走一步我都要使出九牛二虎之力，走得直喘粗气，终于来到妈妈他们那，说实话，我还从来没有割过谷子，今天我心血来潮，决定试一下，我拿起镰刀，一只手握着镰刀，另一只手则握着谷子，我割呀割，使劲割，当我停下来看时，怎么才割了四五根，我愤怒。

于是拿起镰刀乱割一通，这才使我那手里握着的谷子割完，本想到妈妈他们炫耀一番，可仔细看时，谷子都被我摇缀下来了，哎，这就叫做：成事不足，财事有余，看到落在田里的谷子，我便弯下身子，拾起来，被一旁的妈妈看见了，只见妈妈慢慢地向我走过来，用手抚摸我的头，给了我一个夸奖我的眼神和和蔼的笑容。我则回了她一个顽皮可爱的笑容，我拾完谷子时，便看见那绞谷子的很好地下铁路，便走过去，想瞧一瞧。

当我走过去想试一试，谁知被爸爸的冷酷一口否定了，你要知道，本小姐可不是遇到困难就退缩的人，于是我花了许多甜言蜜语，老爸才让我试，并叫我千万要小心，我高兴地答应着，于是我就一边踩一边绞，哇，那种舒服用语言是说不出来的，等绞完时，我一看，什么吗，我竟连叶子也绞进去了，一两片叶子无关系，可我连全部叶子都绞进去，只剩下光秃秃的杆子，看到这情景，于是我不审“三十六计，走为上策”吧。

在回家的路上，我在想，原来我们吃的白生生的大米饭竟是如此的来之不易，经过这件意味深长的经历，我一定会好好珍惜这来之不易的大米。

“锄禾日当午，汗滴何下土，谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”不知不觉，我又吟起了这首诗。

途径了人生几多坎坷，我们在不知不觉中长大。曾经，也许我们哭过、笑过、失败过、成功过、等待过、绝望过，但我们终还是一路走来，不曾退缩也不曾放弃。当精疲力尽时请留一点执着给自己，相信自己一定能坚持到底。 How bumpy life is, we grew up unknowingly.Once, maybe we cried, laughed, failed, successful, waited, and desperate, but we still came all the way, never retreating nor abandoned.When you are exhausted, please leave a little persistent to yourself, and believe that you can stick to it.

(一)

随着九月的到来，军训也渐渐拉开序幕。训练场上一群离家三天的学生们正在把汗水尽情挥洒。这里的训练强度很高，我们每晚回到宿舍几乎已经没了力气。而现在我们正在进行最后一项训练。随着教官的口令，我们踏着整齐的步伐在方阵站好。

闭营仪式一共持续了半个小时，而我们必须站得整整齐齐。已经训练了两天的双腿早已支撑不住身体的重量。许多同学的身体开始发晃。我在心里给自己打气：再坚持一会儿，马上就好了。不要忘了你一贯都那么执着的去做好每件事，难道这么一会儿都坚持不了吗?终于，闭营仪式结束了，我们得到了教官的表扬，我也露出了会心的笑。

留一点执着给自己，不到最后一秒就一定要坚持到底。我不后悔，因为我执着的坚持了。

(二)

十月，马上面临着假期。死党浩宇打电话来问我去不去同学聚会。我不假思索的答：当然要去!我始终记得我们毕业前约好的半年一聚。当补习班与聚会日期撞车时，我也义无反顾的推掉课去赴约。因为这是我必须遵守的约定。

留一点执着给自己，不管怎样答应过的事都要办到。我不后悔，因为我执着的遵守了。

(三)

月考临近，老师和同学们都投入到了紧张的复习中。那一张张卷子和一篇篇练习都凝聚着我们的辛勤与汗水、老师的心血与期盼、家长的支持与鼓励。我们努力，坚信有付出就一定会有回报，不论结果如何，我们都曾那么执着的努力过。

留一点执着给自己，不用在乎谁是错或者对，只要执着的努力过我们都不后悔。

青春给我们张扬叛逆的权利，让我们沿着自己的路走下去。留一点执着给自己，我们可以闯出一片属于我们自己的天地!

The environmental pollution is worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted; we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals is getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air in the sky, the population is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it but also has agreat affection in the future. Peoples health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, we need protect our world.

We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. We want to recycle, reduce, reuse things .Don’t waste things. This saves money and reduces pollution. Use things for as long as possible. We don’t use plastic bags. We must plant more trees and stop the people cutting them .We hope our worldbecomes more and more beautiful.

Every child is surrounded by the deep mother love. However, we often turn a

blind eye to the love. One day I deeply felt the love.

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam

in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for

the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When

the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and

wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. Then I walked to school.

When I got into the classroom, I saw a lunch box on my desk. One classmate

told me that it was my mother ther that had brought it here.After opening the

box, I found my favorite food inside. My eyes was moist with tears.

Mother gave me her love without asking for return, How deep mother love

is!

冬去春来，我漫不经心地来到了一个树林。

只看见有成百上千的小鸟在树上吱吱喳喳地叫着，在树枝上高歌曼舞。我抬头仰望，那小鸟儿们看见了我，都前后有序地扑翅飞走了。

我低头，默叹息，整个树林显得那样空虚，那样单调。

就在此时，我发现在一棵树上，悬挂着一只不知从何处飘来的风筝,那只风筝样子很平凡,可我还是非常想把它拿下来。

那树挺高，于是我便攀爬到树上，刚想扯下风筝时，却不小心摔了下来，真是功亏一篑。

我并没有灰心丧气，我突然间想起了一句话：“做事不能半途而废。”于是我再次爬上这棵树，坚信一定能拿下这只风筝。

我终于拿下了这只风筝，便拍了拍它身上的尘灰，然后把它放得很高、很高……谁料，绳索从我的手中溜走了，那风筝……
