蒸饺子的本领是妈妈教我的。蒸饺子首先往锅里加适量的水并把它烧开，然后把饺子和蒸笼拿出来，把饺子放进蒸笼，然后把蒸笼放进锅里，盖上锅盖蒸十二分钟，香喷喷的饺子就出锅了。做好后妈妈评价我烧得特别好吃，我叫妈妈给我评星，她给我评了五星。我一边吃着自己蒸的香喷喷的饺子，一边想着妈妈给的五星，真是高兴得不得了！

让我来告诉你吧，蒸饺子最关键的一定等水开了才把蒸笼放进去，而且一定要把盖子盖紧了，要不然就蒸不熟了。还有是时间要控制好，长了、短了都不行，时间短了当然会蒸不熟，而时间长了饺子的水分会被蒸干掉，也就不好吃了。所以时间一定要刚刚满十二分钟才行。

学习蒸饺子还让我明白了一个道理：做任何事一定要认真，一点也不能马虎；而且从学习蒸饺子开始我可以学着做更多的事了，我相信自己也一定能做好的，我可以更好

地培养自己勤劳的生活习惯了。
