寒假的最后一个周末，我和妈妈、萍阿姨、杉杉一起去文登的天沐山泡温泉。早就听说过天沐山的温泉很有名。但是，耳听为虚，眼见为实，今天我就去看一下。

一来到天沐温泉，我迫不及待的拉着妈妈去泡温泉。我们穿过一个宽阔的大厅来到更衣室，换好衣服，就来到了温泉大堂。

走进去一看，只见又是一个宽阔的大厅，右边有一个月亮型的大理石池子，里面盛满了热气腾腾的泉水。我扑通一下跳进去，太舒服了!我坐在池子里，按了一下旁边一个红色的按钮，水就我身下“咕嘟咕嘟”的冒了上来，伴着热气腾腾的蒸汽，好像在煮饺子一样——好大的饺子啊!当了一会儿饺子，我发现旁边有两个椭圆形的水池。我很好奇，趴在池边一看，啊，里面有成百上千的鱼，每一条都只有我的指甲那么大。进去以后，就有很多小鱼围在我的脚上、腿上咬我，这也太痒了。“哈哈哈，这是怎么回事啊?”我一边躲避一边大喊。这时一个阿姨走过来告诉我这是“鱼疗”。哦，我恍然大悟——这就是电影《泰囧》里面的鱼疗啊!这时，妈妈过来了对我说：“还有室外温泉呢。”我想：外面这么冷，泉水怎么可能在外面呢?在外面泡，那我还不得冻成干啊!

半信半疑的跟着妈妈来到了室外，一阵冷风吹来，冻得我瑟瑟发抖。一看到旁边一个温泉池子，我立刻跳进了温泉：啊，真暖和啊。我这才仔细一瞧，发现顺着一个缓缓的山坡，两边分布着一个又一个一米见方的温泉池子，有枸杞浴、巧克力浴、苹果醋浴……

我喜欢天沐温泉，希望下次还来!

because they live as what the parents tell them, they dont have their own

parents give the children too much pressure, the children feel unhappy about

their parents expectation. Indeed, I feel the way, my parents always want me to

be the No.1, they tell me I should get the highest score, I feel tired, I tell

them how I feel, then they begin to realize their expectation has become a

burden for me. parents should give space to their kids.

There are two basic factors that will shape mankinds future, one of them being definite and the other deciding. Our evolution and species development will ultimately give our human race some parts of the future to be uncontrolled. How our mankind uses this advancement throughout time, will give our species a certain amount of controllable future, as well. We must come to terms that the way Man has shaped our present from the past, will now shape it for the future.

在高楼耸立。科技发达的21世纪中，人们似乎都处在高科技不断带来惊喜的生活中，没有人再愿意坐下来饮一杯酒。吟一首诗。品味一下人生。因为，都被那接连不断的惊喜与好奇所埋没。那种品一口酒。品人生的诗意生活，几乎不复存在。所以，我提倡：躁动的我们，偶尔停下来，诗意的生活一下吧！

说到诗意的生活，不得不提到我国古代那些文人雅客们的诗意地生活。

例如，陶渊明，他放弃了做官的机会，他放弃了达官贵族的生活，他选择了回到他的家乡——作隐士，远离官场。他过着田园。逍遥。自在。现实的生活，开心时作诗记叙，难过时饮酒发泄，诗意的生活着。陶潜不被现实的利益所诱惑，不用被现实所束缚，坚持自我，过着自由自在的生活。

而如今的我们……

现在的我们，太容易被外界所谓的新事物以及各种利益所诱惑，甚至失去自我。因为太过急功近利而放弃了本心，因此自己的生活完全被现实的利益所禁锢。束缚，思想失去了自由，导致我们生活也失去了自由。生活开始变得枯燥无味甚至甚至使人厌烦，而我们却无法调节和改善，环境所致吧！当我们静下来时，思考和回味一下匆匆忙忙走过的这几年，会发现自己的生活原是这样的无味啊！

可是，怎样使我们的生活有滋有味呢？

请诗意的生活吧！在日复一日的工作与学习中，增添些颜色，使其炫彩起来。当你打开电脑时，不知道要做些什么时，请你打开记事本，敲打键盘创造一首你自己的诗，不用多么深奥和华丽的辞藻，只需要你的心，编撰出你的精彩。这样一来，在你近乎黑白的生活中，添加一下眼色。放轻松。饮杯酒。银首饰，这就是诗意的生活。

请诗意的生活。它会使你生活的更加快乐更加放松，更加有信心。诗，会让你的人生更加充实，让你的品性更加端庄；会让你的生活更加有意义。

在这科技飞速发达的21世纪，在忙碌的学习与工作之余，还请诸位诗意的生活，让那些烦恼与痛苦都成为浮云吧1
