印象最深的就是第一天下午的军训，天气热的厉害。太阳辣辣地烘烤着大地，整天没有一丝的风。院子里的绿色植物都垂头丧气的，没有一点儿生气，与上午生机勃勃的景象形成了鲜明的对比;知了拼命的叫着"热……热……";地面上连只蚂蚁也难寻--它们也受不了这热魔。而我们却要在这暑气灼人的天气下进行训练。站了连5分钟的军姿都不到，大地就把它烈焰升腾的温度迅速传达到了我们的脚心，我们立刻觉得身上就像着了火一般。然而就在这难耐的天气下我们居然站了25分多的军姿，尽管在烈日当头下站军姿是难熬的，但当自己坚持下来的时候我们是快乐的。教官让我们在这样的天气下站立，教会了我们坚持。

当军训要临近尾声时，老师让我们给家中写一封家信，晚上写信的时候，宿舍里失去了往日的欢声笑语，替代它们的是抽涕声。想起父母对我们的关心，眼泪情不自禁的流了下来。我们想妈妈、爸爸;想姥姥、姥爷;想家中的一切一切。军训让我懂得了亲情的可贵。

My winter vacation

中午，我的午餐铃肚子响了。家里又没有人，我就在想：我该做什么呢?突然，我在冰箱中看到了一个蛋。对!就是它，今天晚上我就要做蛋炒饭!于是，我穿上围裙，先打好一个蛋。我学着奶奶的样子，把鸡蛋在橱柜的边上轻轻一磕，再两手一掰，呀!只见一个圆圆的蛋黄躺在了碗里，多可爱呀!接着我又往碗里放了一点盐，并用筷子把蛋液搅拌均匀。还差点什么呢?对了，我最喜欢吃火腿肠，这一样可不能少。我赶紧从冰箱里找来火腿肠，切成一小块一小块的肉丁，也装进一个小碗里。好了，准备工作就做完了。正式进入蛋炒饭程序。我在炉具上放好炒锅，拧开火，等锅烧热以后，倒入油，只听哗啦啦的一声，锅里冒起了许多小泡泡。油开始冒烟后，我小心翼翼地倒入搅拌好的蛋液，生怕油跳到我的身上来。我赶紧把快煎好的.鸡蛋炒成蛋花，我用锅铲一铲，蛋饼成了两大块，就是变不成蛋花呀。眼看蛋越煎越老，我急中生智，把锅铲翻过来，一阵乱戳，蛋饼总算乖乖变成了蛋花。我又倒入煮好的白米饭和火腿肠一起炒。太神奇了，原来粘在一起的米饭，在我的翻炒下竟然乖乖的散开了，和蛋花、火腿肠均匀的合在了一起，而且越炒越松软，越炒越蓬松。一阵阵香味扑鼻而来。这时，我又加入少许鸡精、味精和少量盐，不停翻炒。我仿佛觉得自己就是一位大厨，手里拿着大锅铲，可威风啦!

我把蛋炒饭倒入了碗内，端上了桌。我脱下围裙，我连忙拿出勺子，准备对自己亲手做的蛋炒饭发起最后的攻击。哎呀，我怎么下不了勺了。只见盘子里的蛋炒饭颜色非常鲜艳：有米饭的白色，鸡蛋的黄色，火腿肠的粉红色，看起来非常漂亮。好美好香呀。我实在忍不住了。于是，我狼吞虎咽地开始吃起来。

虽然没有奶奶做得好吃，但是这是我自己做的，我觉得这非常有意义，也丝毫没有比奶奶做的差。
