We just expect to lead a better life.

Secondly,the emigrants always go with the whole family including the elder.As we all know,after retirement,it is usually that the aged chat with each other about things in the past.For them,talking about trivialities is an essential and necessary way to enjoy themselves.However,assuming that persons around them are different ethnic in the new community,how can our parents or grandparents communicate with neighbors.After all,in accordance with the statistics,over seventy percent of the elder cannot speak foreign language especially in Asia.In addition,the fact that the majority of emigrants coming from Asia is well-known.Therefore,how to help the aged avoid loneliness is a serious problem which should be solved in time.I reckon that the best way is to live with people of the same race.Thus all old men benefit from the familiar language.Or,if they have nothing to do but to stay at home all the day,the harmony of the family will be affected sooner or later.

All in all,in my opinion,the more familiar,the better.So emigrants ought to live with others of their own ethnic background.

我第一次炒饭在三年级的暑假，我现在还记忆犹新。

中午，我的午餐铃肚子响了。家里又没有人，我就在想：我该做什么呢?突然，我在冰箱中看到了一个蛋。对!就是它，今天晚上我就要做蛋炒饭!于是，我穿上围裙，先打好一个蛋。我学着奶奶的样子，把鸡蛋在橱柜的边上轻轻一磕，再两手一掰，呀!只见一个圆圆的蛋黄躺在了碗里，多可爱呀!接着我又往碗里放了一点盐，并用筷子把蛋液搅拌均匀。还差点什么呢?对了，我最喜欢吃火腿肠，这一样可不能少。我赶紧从冰箱里找来火腿肠，切成一小块一小块的肉丁，也装进一个小碗里。好了，准备工作就做完了。正式进入蛋炒饭程序。我在炉具上放好炒锅，拧开火，等锅烧热以后，倒入油，只听哗啦啦的一声，锅里冒起了许多小泡泡。油开始冒烟后，我小心翼翼地倒入搅拌好的蛋液，生怕油跳到我的身上来。我赶紧把快煎好的.鸡蛋炒成蛋花，我用锅铲一铲，蛋饼成了两大块，就是变不成蛋花呀。眼看蛋越煎越老，我急中生智，把锅铲翻过来，一阵乱戳，蛋饼总算乖乖变成了蛋花。我又倒入煮好的白米饭和火腿肠一起炒。太神奇了，原来粘在一起的米饭，在我的翻炒下竟然乖乖的散开了，和蛋花、火腿肠均匀的合在了一起，而且越炒越松软，越炒越蓬松。一阵阵香味扑鼻而来。这时，我又加入少许鸡精、味精和少量盐，不停翻炒。我仿佛觉得自己就是一位大厨，手里拿着大锅铲，可威风啦!

我把蛋炒饭倒入了碗内，端上了桌。我脱下围裙，我连忙拿出勺子，准备对自己亲手做的蛋炒饭发起最后的攻击。哎呀，我怎么下不了勺了。只见盘子里的蛋炒饭颜色非常鲜艳：有米饭的白色，鸡蛋的黄色，火腿肠的粉红色，看起来非常漂亮。好美好香呀。我实在忍不住了。于是，我狼吞虎咽地开始吃起来。

虽然没有奶奶做得好吃，但是这是我自己做的，我觉得这非常有意义，也丝毫没有比奶奶做的差。

The Chong Yang Festival is celebrated on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, and it is as such known as the Double Ninth Festival.

Climbing mountains: On the Double Ninth Festival, people customarily climb mountains, appreciate chrysanthemum flowers, drink chrysanthemum wine, and eat double-ninth cakes. The Double Ninth Festival is also the Old Men Festival. Old people are especially meant to improve their health by taking part in the activities on the day of the festival.

Origins: The festival began as early as the Warring States Period (475 - 221 BC). According to the yin/yang dichotomy that forms a basis to the Chinese world view, yin represents the elements of darkness and yang represents life and brightness. The number nine is regarded as yang. The ninth day of the ninth month is a double yang day, hence the name Chong Yang Festival. (Chong means repeat in Chinese.) The ninth month also heralds the approach of winter. It is a time when the living need warm clothing, and filial Chinese sons and daughters extended this to make the festival a time for providing winter clothes for their ancestors. The Double Ninth Festival, therefore, also became an occasion to visit the graves of dead family members. Clothes made of paper would then be burnt as offerings.

Family get-togethers: The Double Ninth Festival is also a time for family get-togethers. It is an occasion to remember one‘s ancestors, the sacrifices they made and the hardships they underwent. Often, family outings are organised during which people search to renew their appreciation of nature and to reaffirm their love and concern for family members and close friends.

2014年3月1号，昆明发生了一场大袭击，大约来自新疆的十名歹徒出现在昆明火车站，拿出事先准备好的刀，向走在旁边的路人袭击。这个事故是一场灾难，人们对于歹徒的所作所为感到震惊，一切都发生得这样突然。这个事故提醒人们当袭击发生时，要懂得去保护自己。第一，赶紧跑。当我们碰到歹徒时，第一件事就是跑，越快越好，直到你远离他们。第二，如果你没有足够的时间跑，找到一个地方藏起来。这个地方应该是离你近的，有东西来掩护你，不要害怕肮脏的环境，赶紧藏起来。第三，如果你被歹徒抓住，不要和他们挣扎，按照他们说的去做，只有这样，你才会有机会逃脱。

一天，我走在回家的路上，看见一个小男孩正骑着自行车追赶前面一个男孩子。看着他高超的车技，再想想自己连自行车都不会骑，真是又惭愧，又羡慕。我在心里暗下决心，一定要学会骑自行车!

暑假里的一天，我从同学家借来一辆自行车，因为第一次学，还是有些害怕，便把爸爸妈妈一起拉下了楼。我们推着车来到了楼下的小花园。刚一蹬上自行车，车子就东倒西歪，我急忙从车子上跳了下来，车子还是歪歪倒倒的，我一手握住车子的方向盘，一手扶住坐垫，才使车子停了下来。车是停下来了，可我却站在路边不知所措。我只要一上车就会东倒西歪，那我该怎么办?只好请爸爸妈妈帮我把车扶住，然后登上车去。可刚一上车，车子又摇摇晃晃。车子向左倒，我急忙把方向盘向右转了一大圈;车子又向右倒了，我不得不向左转动……我实在受不了车子的“折磨”，从车子上跳了下来。我这一跳，车子也跟着我倒了下来。

我正准备用手抬起，可车子实在太重了，我不但没把车抬起，反而把手擦破了皮，眼泪也在眼眶里打转。虽然有些痛，可在大家面前，我还是把眼泪硬是给抑在眼眶里。可我还是不死心，请爸爸、妈妈帮我扶住车子，要是有什么情况也好帮个忙。我又一次登上了车，虽然车子还是摇摇晃晃，我一想到身后有爸爸妈妈扶着我，十分安心。我左右摆动着方向盘，车子的行走路线虽说像蛇一样左右扭动，可毕竟我还是骑动了自行车啊!我开心极了，迫不及待得想要把我的喜悦分享给他们，我回头望了望。天哪，可我发现他们根本没有扶着我，而是在后面跟着我的车走。那种恐惧立即把我刚刚得安心冲散，害怕、紧张占领了我的思想。

一不小心，也可以说是意料之中，车子到了下来，我用手撑住了地，才使车子没有掉在地上。我有些灰心，准备放弃了，可爸爸妈妈一个劲儿的鼓励我，使我又焕发了信心。这次，我充满了必胜的信心，久违了的那种放心又回来了，它使我变得大胆，变得不再害怕。我原来紧握方向盘，生怕摔跤的手不再使劲，代替它的是放松;目光也不再左看右看，而是盯着前方的路。我的脚蹬的速度比往常要快了一些，逐渐加快了速度。最后，我几近飞驰的速度在花园的开着自行车。面对爸爸妈妈的赞扬和奖励，我高兴极了，同时也为自己战胜困难、战胜自我而感到无比自豪!

虽然我骑的还不算太好，但我毕竟学会了骑自行车，不再是羡慕别人，而是佩服自己了!从假期学自行车这件事，也让我明白了一个道理：世上无难事，只怕有心人!

在此之前，我还没有想过我未来的生活。细细想来，最近学习状态不佳，经常受到老师们的批评和教育，我的心情很浮躁，别人小声说我不爱听的，我就容易恼羞成怒……家里也被我闹得“鸡飞狗跳”，妈妈急得每天催促我动作快点，效率高点；爸爸经常看着我的作业皱眉头……我学习时想着玩，玩时又想着学。学习成绩、学习态度一落千丈。

老实说，我并不希望过这样的生活。妈妈说这是一个恶性循环：我不好好学习，爸爸妈妈为我着急，家庭生活就容易不快乐，容易产生矛盾。我希望我尽快能打破这个恶循环，重新找回五上考386。5分时的态度，找回自信，我要我们一家人快乐和谐地生活！

我希望将来的生活能拥有选择的权力，而不是被选择。我曾经听过一段话，是龙应台写给他儿子安德烈的：孩子，我要求你用功读书，不是因为我要你跟别人比成绩，而是，我希望你将来会拥有选择的权利，选择有意义、有时间的工作，而不是被迫谋生。当你的工作在你心中有意义，你就有成就感。当你的工作给你时间，不剥夺你的生活，你就有尊严。成就感和尊严，给你快乐。

是的，我要过这样有选择的生活，要活得有尊严，有自由，有快乐！在这儿“纸上谈兵”是没有用的，所以我一定要付出：我要调整学习状态，平静心灵，不再贪玩，控制住自己。为了以后更好地玩，玩更好的。我想从现在起，从这一刻起，我要为我未来的那一天而奋斗！

A Successful And Happy Life

What is a successful and happy life Different people have different opinions. But no one cannot deny the fact that more and more people attach great importance to money for a successful and happy life.Nowadays,most people think a successful and happy life means someone’s life who is rich,maybe also have a stable marriage,good name and so on.

Doesn’t the poor achieve itI don’t think so. One man’s meat is another man’s poison.Perhaps I am in poverty somebody can’t standwith but I fell satisfied with my life. Because I don’t have to worry about thief.That is to say, We should evaluate our own life by our fellings but not others perpectives.It is too bad that we need to show our life to get others approbatory. If we do so,we will be controlled by others. A real successful and happy life is doing what you want to do. Maybe only going on a trip,having a good meal or meeting a beautiful girl who can understand you. Only be yourself,can you lead a truly wonderful life.First of all,thinking twice again what’s life you really dream about.Then,trying to rub the lamp that ignore others views.It doesn’t matter whether you realize it or not.What’s more significant than reaching you goal is you had a try and will never be regret for you life.You life are meaningful,that’s all.In than way, you can say loudly that my life is successful and happy.

During the Days of Military Training

The day we were looking forward to came at last----a weeks military training began.

During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time.

In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldnt wipe it off. Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it .

Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old. He was very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with him, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.

The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.

这真是一个快乐的假期，因为我去了青岛。青岛是一座美丽的海滨城市，一面接陆，巍峨的崂山傍海屹立，风光秀丽，气候宜人。赤礁、细浪、彩帆、金色沙滩构成青岛美丽的风景线。

青岛的大海美丽极了：天是一片蓝玉，海是一块翡翠，远望水天相连，蔚为壮观。我首先看到的是在阳光的照射下，金光闪闪的沙滩上，有的人在遮阳蓬下睡觉;有的人在海里游泳;有的人在吃烧烤?早已换上了泳衣的我赤足踩在细软的沙滩上，了望那浩瀚无边的大海。海，平静时，像一位温顺的孩子，每当在海水波光粼粼时，似一面镜子，又似在与广阔的天地微笑。而我们，正在风平浪静的水里玩耍，我们在海浪声中相互扑打嬉戏，一层层美丽的浪花，呼啸着向沙滩打来，一眨眼它又逃了回去，就像一群顽皮的孩子打闹着。这时，一个一米多高的大浪拥上来，我赶紧把身体背过去，一浪过去了，我就向前走几步。不一会儿，又一排大浪冲来，我赶紧往回跑?绿海碧波留下了我们欢乐的笑声，那感觉正是爽极了!过了一会我们游起了泳水凉凉的很舒服!

随后，我们来到素有“海上名山第一”之称的崂山，它位于黄海之滨。主峰海拔1133米。我们一家人，一边爬山一边欣赏这美丽的景色。看崂山的险峰异石，山海奇观。宫里有上百年树龄的银杏、松柏等树木。四周的墙壁镶嵌着许多精美的图案，显现出古代劳动人民精湛的技艺和无穷的智慧。

我爱青岛，那幽雅别致的建筑，碧波荡漾的大海，绵长的金色沙滩，平坦洁净的马路，使我领略到祖国河山的壮丽，青岛人民的勤劳智慧。啊，美丽的青岛!我爱你!
