这四了个字看起来虽然容易，可当做起来简直快要了我的命，我最后选择的方法，叫做二十一天减肥法，内容是按照规划师给我规划的方法做，最痛苦的便是前三天，因为前三天是排毒的，每天只吃三顿饭，每顿只能吃一个西红柿、一根黄瓜，拒绝甜食，饮料，主食，肉，饿了也只能喝水，第一天下来，我还算可以接受，可第二天┅第三天……我的内心几乎是完全崩溃的，每当吃饭时，看着爸爸、妈妈碗里的大鱼大肉，再看看自己碗里少的可怜的黄瓜、西红柿，我就快控制不住自己了，好几次我都趁他们不注意的时候，偷偷夹起来，闻一闻，再放下┅┅

三天终于过去了，我再次兴高采烈地去找规划师，本以为瘦了五斤可以吃顿好的奖励自己，可没想到她却对我说接下来的八天依旧什么也不许吃，只是黄瓜西红柿不限量而已，而且还得加上运动。

我灰头土脸的回家了，为了能瘦下去，只好忍下去，我无数次在大脑中出现红烧排骨的画面，麻辣香锅的画面，哪怕连柳橙汁喝一小口也是好的呀……

又过了第二阶段，当我再一次听规划师说第三阶段是重复上一个阶段，再饿上几天的时候，我都快哭了，这时我已经减了十斤，那段日子我每天和爸爸去锻炼的时候，说过最多的话，就是等我瘦了，一定要大吃一顿!一定要把这二十天的都不回来。

最后二十一天过去了，我成功地减下了十五斤，虽然并不是一道闪电，我却因为自己的坚持而感动，我学会了为一个目标拒绝所有，这边是我的收获!

明年，九十，等着我!

Since the one child policy carried on, many families had only one kid. As the children growing up, they felt lonely, because they did not have anyone to accompany. They felt so envious when they saw others have siblings. There is no doubt that the one child policy has controlled the population to increase so fast and helped people to improve their life lever. Some people think that it is good to let the child have siblings, so they will not lonely and can learn the meaning of sharing. Howtime flies! It has been three years since I came to the school. My school isbeautiful and there are many beautiful flowers and trees. The teachers are sokind though there is always too much homework. My classmates are all veryfriendly to each other. We always help each other. I have learned a lot fromthem and made a lot of friends. With the development of science , more and more people are confused that whether it is good or bad to make robort. Are roborts going to take place of human beings.

Every coin has two side. Robort can be good to our society and life. At the same time,it also have some bad effect on our life.In my opinion, the advantages of robort are much more than the disadvantage of roborts.

with. I have kept one in my house, whose name is Chocolate. She is covered with

brown curly hair and looks like a Teddy Bear. Now we have been living together
