On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. Someone asks me what on earth happiness means? I cant give you the exact

definition of it, but Im sure if you love and help others, youll get it.

Ill never forget an old lady. She lives in a small house alone. Its said

that her husband and her son died in a traffic accident. How bitter her life

is!But the old lady often helps others with a smile. Whenever it snows, she is

always the first to clean the paths. She looks after several children living

nearby. I am one of them. I often remember the stories she told us and her kind

smile. Perhaps she is unlucky, but I think she is a happy person. Her life is

就因为上次语文期末考的不好，老师叫考90分以下同学抄本册生字，还有名人名言也要抄下来，这回我一想那么多的生字，还有一个月的时间，就打算每天抄两课。我一有时间就抄，很快就抄完了。我又把这一学期的东西复习了一遍。我想：他们那些没有抄生字的人，过了一暑假，知识全忘了吧!我非常高兴，因为我又比他们多学一些。

我们的英语老师在考试之前说：“95分以上同学暑假没有英语作业。”我一听高兴的不得了。于是考试时我认真答题检查，我想：1——3年级英语从不低于90分，所以我满有把握这次考试能得95分以上，在我的努力下，终于得了95分以上。

这就是我的暑假生活，一个收获多多，学了奥数，复习了生字。

Recently, the news reported a fireman was retired and he handed in an

application for his dog, which had worked with him for more than eight years.

The fireman wanted his “brother” to go home with him, because the dog had also

came to his time for retirement. The story moves so many people, the

relationship between animal and human being is always the most touching. Dogs

are men’s loyal friends, their affection to master is pure and true. In the

movie Hachi, the dog spends all his life to wait for the return of his master.

Everybody can’t help tearing when they see this scene. The fireman and his dog

had been a team for many years and they are families. There are so many stories

like them, animal are our friends, the harmonious environment will be built if

animals and human beings get well along.

好友相逢

8月6日，我经过两个多小时的车程，来到了目的地——百万葵园，参加“羊城小市长”扩展训练营活动。

聚集后，我们分组了。一开始。我还担心小组内没有相识的人会很闷。我分组后发现我的担心完全是多余的，因为我的小组里有同班同学兼好友邝展、一班的李展鹏和二班的梁定康。但遗憾的是，一道同来的朱文晋步在小组内。由于大家同校同级兼平时有交往，所以大家很谈得来，不一会儿就打成一片。

拓展训练

第二天早上我们进行了拓展训练的团队比赛。拓展训练分为三个项目：七彩爬梯、越野穿梭和宫廷漫步。其中七彩爬梯最好玩。七彩爬梯要求手脚并用从滑梯正面爬上去，再从另一梯道滑下来，并与另一队员击掌。打头阵的是邝展，他像火箭一般冲了上去，然后又下来了。看着队友们一个个都完成了任务，轮到我了。

队长一和我击掌，我立即顺势一冲，爬了将近一半。咦?怎么越怕越困难?一定是衣物打滑。不管了，拼了!我是最后一个，绝对不能拉团队后腿。于是我连忙使劲爬了两步，可又没劲了。这时，我听见队友们大喊：“副队长，加油!副队长，加油!”对，我是副队长，一定不能输!于是我又爬了好几步，终于快成功了，我连忙一鼓作气爬了上去。“凡事皆有两面性”，我上去时极难，可下去时却极容易，没有超过五秒就下来了。

第二天下午，老师告诉我们晚餐是BBQ(烧烤)时，我们个个兴奋不已按捺不住自己激动的心情，迫不及待地想去烧烤。终于，开始烧烤了!我迫不及待地串了一个鸡腿，放上去烤。可是很久都没有熟，就向邝展请教。邝展告诉我：一般烤鸡腿三十秒翻一次，而烤鸡翅则二十五秒翻一次。可我虽然照做了，可仍然还是成效不大，这可怎么办呢?这时，火炉上的火给了我灵感——烧烤，用火烧，用热气烤，则热量就会很快的传到内部，不就很快熟透了吗?于是我就放在火苗上烤，鸡腿烤熟后，外面有点糊，里面却香嫩可口，吃起来比山珍海味还吃呢!

多诺米骨牌比赛

多诺米骨牌，是一种创作游戏，在创作时必须小心翼翼——因为一不小心碰到了一个就会导致全部倒下，所以讲究细心、协调和敏捷，而团队创作更讲究团队协作。而我们在第三天就进行了多诺米骨牌的团队创作比赛。

每一个小组都要分别在一条长约四米的直线上排满竖立的多诺米骨牌，完成后由裁判推倒，如果不能全部推倒就不算完成比赛。

由于骨牌易倒、连到，所以稍有不慎就会前功尽弃，所以我们小组想出了一个对策——每人一段，中间以平放的骨牌间开，完成后迅速离开，由专人把平放的骨牌换成竖立的骨牌。我们根据这个办法，演练了两次都很成功，可比赛时却因为紧张，有两三段倒下了，经过“紧急抢修”，终于排完了，而且成功“一推全倒”!

四天三夜的夏令营结束了，我依依不舍地告别了这个给我许多欢乐的夏令营。

从这个夏令营，我学到了独立生活、与人友好相处;我学到了做事不要操之过急，否则就会适得其反;我学到了在团队中，要讲究团结和团队合作;我学到了做事有时不必拘泥死板，可以另创新路;我还深深地体会到“凡事皆有两面性”这个道理。这真是一个收获丰硕的夏令营!

Now more and more people get to know its important to protect our living environment.As a student，its my duty to do something for the earth. From now on, Ill go to school by bike or on foot instead of in a car. Ill use fewer plastic bags to reduce white pollution. 如果你吃了粽子还不过瘾，那就让我带你去看赛龙舟吧！那是每年端午节都举办的。地点是“江奔公园“。去到了那里先映入眼帘的是一副人山人海的景象。因为有很多人也喜欢看赛龙舟。有很多小贩在那里摆摊卖冰淇淋、珍珠奶茶之类的冷饮，也有卖包装食品的。为的是能够让人在等候的时候去买东西吃，也方便，最重要的是还能赚钱。

下午5点，我下班了。又乘全智能出租车去了电影院。想当年我才11岁的时侯，那进的电影都才是3D电影。现在的电影院和电影都比那时的要强多了，全智能的坐椅，18D电影，都边电影院都是最起码花三五千万元钱来建造的。看18D电影的时侯，自己还可以通过全智能坐椅进入到电影里面。仿佛自己就是电影里的主角。

看完电影，我回到了家中，吃完晚餐机做的丰富的中式晚餐并且收拾了碗筷让晚餐机洗，我就上床睡觉了。

矢志不渝谋创业

翻开李会山的经历，可以说是厚厚的一本书，记录着他并不波澜壮阔但也丰富多彩的人生。

1973年，18岁的李会山中学毕业后，回到家乡北寨村当了一名实物保管员，负责保管村里的物资、器械等。在当时的计划经济时代，这也算是一个很重要的岗位了。在恪尽职守干好本职工作之余，李会山对机械维修和制造产生了浓厚兴趣。而实物保管员的职位也给他琢磨机械维修和制造提供了有利条件。

闲暇之余，李会山都会到仓库里，对着一大堆各式各样的劳动工具仔细研究半天。他不仅把这些工具一件件擦拭得十分明亮，还经常对其进行检查维修，有时还要对不合理的地方进行改良。甚至必要时，他还会把工具拆得七零八碎，仔细研究它们的工作原理，然后再重新组装起来，熟悉制作工艺流程。久而久之，人们发现，被他捣鼓过的工具变得更精巧实用，用着也更得心应手。而这一切都为他后来的人生经历打下了良好的基础。

虽然说实物保管员给了自己很多学习机会，但在那个物质匮乏的年代，李会山清醒地认识到，依靠自己当保管员的收入，远远不能养活一家老小。于是，李会山开始了自己的“兼职”生涯——做小生意。李会山就此算是开始了自己的创业路。

最开始，李会山卖过农用工具，收过榆树皮，当过粮食经纪人。但这些都是小打小闹，勉强养家糊口。

I get up at seven o’clock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30am, and come back from school at 6 pm. Before I go to bed I will

do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10 pm. On the weekend, I will go to

play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These are

my daily life.

We have lived in lida school for more than one year. i enjoy all the time here because it can bring me a lot of things such as feelings, knowledge and other things i need.

There are many trees and flowers around us. the trees are green all the year. when we sit in the classroom and look out of the windows, we can see a big tree shaking its strong arms to us. it is really wonderful.

In some ways, our thoughts are at large. perhaps it makes our brains creative. i believe that nothing can tie up my mind even it stands for authority. the free life is just like our school life.

In our school, of course, there are both success and failure. we should not be proud but modest because there are too many people much better than myself. actually, we also should muster up courage and work harder.

I like to sing:

“We are honest.

We always keep promises.

We often think a lot.

We are never afraid of anything.”

So we have our own school life different from others.

At last, it is impossible for me to resist the temptation to say: what a perfect school life i have!
