一、抵制校园暴力，辨别是前提

一些同学在遭遇校园暴力、生命安全受到威胁时却全然不知，以为校园暴力仅仅是不礼貌行为;另一些同学在目睹校园暴力时也无动于衷，以为只是同学间的“嬉闹”。要抵制校园暴力，首先要具备对校园暴力的识别能力。

校园暴力包括行为暴力、语言暴力和心理暴力。行为暴力在校园暴力现象中最为普遍。

行为暴力主要指包括打架斗殴、敲诈勒索、抢劫财物等一系列对人身及精神达到某种严重程度的侵害行为。

二、向校园暴力说“不”

频频发生的校园暴力打破了校园里原本属于我们的宁静与和谐，为了不让校园这方净土成为另一个“江湖”，为了不让我们的“花季”变成“花祭”，我们要坚决向校园暴力说“不”!

①不崇拜暴力文化，要形成正确的价值观。

②不参与校园暴力。树立正确的是非观念，坚决不充当校园暴力行为中的帮凶。

③注重心理的健康发展。要保持乐观的心态，主动与他人沟通，解决各种困难和问题。

④加强自身的法律意识和法制观念。施暴者法律意识淡薄，对法律无知，这是校园暴力产生的另一个主要原因。我们要学法、懂法、守法。既要以法律来规范自己的行为，也要以法律来保护自身的合法权益。

三、保护自己，关注他人

(1)安全第一，预防为主

校园暴力的发生通常有两个原因：一是同学间因口舌之争或其他原因的肢体冲突。二是为了满足自身的私欲而引起的争执、事端。预防争执和事端应做好以下两点：

①与同学友好相处。有的同学遇到矛盾时，不愿意吃亏，认为忍让就是没了面子失了尊严，最终只能使得矛盾不断升级，不断激化。我们应该宽宏豁达，不应为一丁点儿小事僵持不下，斤斤计较，甚至拳脚相加，做出降低人格的事情。

②避免自己成为施暴者的目标。我们平时不要随身携带太多的钱和手机等贵重物品，不要公开显露自己的财物。学校僻静的角落、厕所或楼道拐角都是校园暴力的多发地带，我们在这些地方活动时尤其要注意，最好结伴而行。

③养成善于观察的好习惯。多留意身边发生的事，很多暴力事件的信息可以从校园同学间的交流中得到。为了保障我们自身的人身安全，避免施暴人对我们打击报复，我们可以通过电子邮件的形式匿名报告。预防暴力重于应对暴力，而这一切需要我们共同参与。

(2)应对暴力，临危不乱

如果我们无法避免危险的发生，那么，在危险发生的时候，我们一定不要惊慌!保持冷静、清醒的头脑是制胜的关键。我们应克服心里的恐惧，积极地去解决问题或者本能地保护自己。

①遭受语言暴力时的自救

应对语言暴力，我们通常可以采取以下方式：

一是淡然处之。二是自我反省。三是无畏回应。四是肯定自己。五是调整心理。六是法律维权。

②遭受行为暴力时的自救

如果被攻击者殴打，我们该怎么办?

一是找机会逃跑。二是大声呼救。三是借助一些小动作给自己寻找逃跑的机会。四是求饶。求饶不是懦弱的表现，是减少伤害的策略。五是如果以上退路被攻击者截断，那么应双手抱头，尽力保护头部，尤其是太阳穴和后脑。

在人身和财产双重危险时，应以人身安全为重，舍财保命，以免受到更激烈的伤害。

(3)及时报告，以法维权

由于校园暴力事件的随机性，许多同学对其产生了恐惧和焦虑。一些同学不敢把事情告诉家长和老师，更不敢报警，甚至警方破案后也不敢出面作证，成为“沉默的羔羊”。忍气吞声往往会导致新的暴力事件的发生。

自己或发现他人遭遇紧急情况时，一定要在第一时间向家长、老师或警察求助，采取最有效的救助措施。

要应对暴力，我们必须增强五个意识：

第一，要有依法的意识。违法行为是不受法律保护的。

第二，要有强烈的自我保护意识。

每日甘肃网-兰州晨报讯(记者董子彪)9月9日，省高院在兰州市华侨实验学校开展送法进校园活动，通过公开发布全省法院依法惩处校园暴力典型案例、以案说法的形式，给广大中学生上了一堂法制教育课。在当日的发布会现场，省高院新闻发言人翟荣生发布了10大校园暴力典型案例，省高院少年法庭负责人介绍了全省未成年人犯罪案件总体情况。

2013年至2015年6月，全省各级法院共判处被告人41987人，判处未成年被告人1720人，占总人数的4.09%。其中，2013年判处未成年被告人801人， 2014年判处未成年被告人672人， 2015年1至6月判处未成年被告人247人，未成年罪犯人数呈逐年下降趋势。从被告人的犯罪年龄看，以已满16周岁不满18周岁的未成年人居多，共1485人，占生效判决未成年被告人数的86.34%。从犯罪类型看，主要集中在抢劫、盗窃、故意伤害等犯罪，其中，判处抢劫罪500人，判处盗窃罪483人，这两大类涉及侵犯财产的案件占生效判决未成年被告人数的51.15%。据介绍，青少年认知能力不足，自控能力低，是违法犯罪的主要原因。同时，家庭教育的误区，父母溺爱放纵不理性;学校教育的偏差和失当，使青少年远离违法犯罪的防火墙功能弱化;社会不良环境的污染，遍布在中小学校周围的KTV、游戏厅、台球厅、网吧等地也成为诱发青少年违法犯罪的温床。

与他人绑架表妹怕败露3学生参与故意杀人

2011年10月25日晚，王某与李某某、李某预谋绑架其舅舅的孩子以勒索钱财用于网络游戏。次日下午5时许，王某在张掖市某小学等候表妹邵某某放学后，将其骗离学校带至甘州区一土坯房处，王某与李某某将邵某某杀害后逃离现场。当晚二人遇到李某后，王某告诉李某绑架了一个小女孩，并让李某去找30元钱购买手机卡，李某在明知王某购买手机卡是用于给人质家属发勒索短信的情况下，到其家中取了30元钱交给王某，王某购买了一张手机卡多次给被害人邵某某母亲发信息勒索赎金20万元。10月27日下午王某、李某被公安机关抓获。在王某的协助下，公安机关于当日将李某某抓获归案。

张掖中院审理后，以故意杀人罪判处王某有期徒刑十二年，李某某有期徒刑十年;以绑架罪判处李某有期徒刑三年，宣告缓刑四年。

未打扫卫生起争执酿命案3在校学生均获刑

郑某、李某、郑某某与被害人王某某系同班同学，2012年7月，因被害人王某某值日但未打扫卫生，郑某某与王某某发生口角;之后，王某某在路过郑某座位时在郑某背部推了一下，引发推搡厮打;一旁的李某、郑某某也参与到殴打中。最终造成王某某头部重伤，后经救治无效死亡。案发当日，郑某与郑某某先后被警方抓获归案，李某在其亲属陪同下投案自首。

法院一审后，判处郑某有期徒刑七年、李某有期徒刑二年、郑某某有期徒刑二年。一审宣判后，郑某、郑某某提起上诉，二审法院维持原判。

踢球发生口角殴打同学致脾脏切除

丁某某于2014年2月10日17时许，在兰州市某中学操场，因踢球与被害人张某某发生口角争执后继而相互殴打，后丁某某用脚踢打被害人的腹部，至其腹部受伤。经医院诊断：张某某腹部闭合性损伤，脾破裂。经司法鉴定，张某某所受损失属重伤二级。 法院一审，判处丁某某有期徒刑一年六个月，缓刑二年。

为女友争风吃醋中学生持刀防卫过当酿命案

王某某因民勤县某中学学生罗某与自己的女朋友关系密切而对罗某心生不满。2014年4月的一天，王某某见罗某又与自己的女朋友在一起，遂与罗某发生争吵并打了罗某一记耳光，罗某怀恨在心。2014年5月30日11时许，罗某与白某某纠集其他三位同学，在民勤县城拦住王某某打了一记耳光，其他同学也上前打斗。王某某遂掏出随身携带的水果刀乱刺，将罗某左腋部、右背部刺伤，白某某右胸部刺伤，白某某经抢救无效死亡。当日11时47分，王某某到民勤县公安局城关派出所投案自首。

法院审理后，一审以防卫过当、故意伤害罪判处被告人王某某有期徒刑四年。 多次抢劫他人钱款父亲携子自首退赃获缓刑

2013年11月16日晚，清水县某中学学生马某以及同学将另外三人拉到清水县妇幼保健站旁边的巷道里，对三被害人强行搜身，共搜出现金12元及两张银行卡，逼问出密码取出1300元现金后，将所抢现金挥霍一空。

2013年11月24日下午6时许，马某、马某某(清水县某中学学生)在天水农校门口，

与清水县某中学学生张某某相遇，两人对其强行搜身，在抢得张某某携带的5万余元购房款后逃往杭州。马某、马某某二人在将大部分赃款挥霍后返回天水，后在二人父亲的带领下到清水县公安局投案自首，所抢赃款由其监护人主动退还被害人。

Halloween

校园暴力是个新闻名词，也是一个社会名词。这个名词的诞生，意味着我们已经公开承认，校园再不是什么桃花源或者象牙塔，而是和成人世界一样危险的地方。这让我想到了《哈利•;波特》里面的魔法学校，那些天真的孩子们曾经一度认为那是最安全，也是最干净的地方，但是，学校里面有可以伤人的毒蛇，也有杀害校长的恶势力，更有时时刻刻想除掉那个被视为“救世之星”的哈利波特的阴谋。

校园暴力是我们不得不面对的，但是，我们在面对这个东西的时候，却会有一个意外的发现。校园暴力，并不是校园里面自然生成的怪胎，而是社会上的暴力文化飘落在校园中所长出的恶果。

前不久，有一个片子，叫做《阿嫂传奇》。所有人看了之后都说这个片子很烂，当然，我也这么觉得，因为那根本不是什么黑道片嘛，完全是一个教育片，号召人们放下屠刀立地成佛，结果呢，抱着这种信仰的那个小姑娘，死掉了，而为了自己不惜杀掉兄弟的人，活下来了，那个要为丈夫报仇的大姐大，面对着如花少女的死，也懵懂了，就差怀疑自己若干年来的人生观和价值观了。

我每天坐车，都会遇到若干学生，也听到了一些学生对这个片子的评论。大致的说法是，这个片子太差，没有打斗场面，没有黑社会火并的镜头，更没有英雄救美和孤胆英雄。那些学生和社会上的大人一样，觉得那个死掉的小姑娘，是个“傻×”，因为她不懂得黑社会的生存法则，云云。

多透彻的分析!这就是我听到的学生们对这个片子的看法。他们似乎没有人觉得，那个小姑娘死得很莫名，死得很可惜，而是觉得她“傻×”。这就是学生们的一种心理。

这种心理，就是校园暴力的文化基因，一种对他人的漠视，对生命的冷漠。

校园暴力，并不止是一种人与人之间的冲突，更是一种群体心理的反应，一种人生态度，一种校园中成员的意识。

以前也有校园暴力，以前的校园暴力，我也经历过，比如有一次课间操的时候一个男生抓住另一个男生的头发，用力往墙上撞，血染白墙，令人侧目。现在的校园暴力，和以前相比，有两个不同的地方，一个就是性别模糊，另一个是模仿倾向严重。

我见过这么几个小孩子，就在我们家附近的小学，有一天，我从那儿路过，那个小学门前有两三个小男生，大概也就一米五不到的身高，样子也并不凶悍，他们堵在门口，拦住一个想进去的学生。那个学生好像对他们说了一句“别挡路”之类的话，结果，那几个孩子中一个比较胖的，字正腔圆地蹦出一句：“你过得了我吗?”

――要是我没记错，这是《天下无贼》里面的台词吧。

那不是一个暴力片，但是里面有一些多余的镜头，比如对小偷盗窃手法的具体表现，对刘德华与葛优最后过招的重点描绘，以及对葛优那个盗窃团伙首领的威风的展示。显然，那几个拦路的小孩子，是想模仿一下电影里面的桥段，吓唬吓唬那个要进去的学生。如果接下去双方发生口角，最后肯定会变成暴力事件。

不能怪影片，也不能怪孩子，那我们该怪谁?

日本漫画是学生们比较喜欢看的东西，但是就现在中国孩子能够看到的出版物和网络资源来说，日本漫画不外乎三个内容：暴力、色情、侦探。但是估计谁都不会去模仿江户川柯南，因为他们模仿不了，而且柯南的内容情节不够刺激，相比之下，学生们更喜欢那些血腥的内容。

若干天前，我去一个小饭馆吃饭，当时里面正播放着一个日本动漫，名字不知道，对白听不懂，也没有中文字幕，一开始就是一个正义战士和一个邪恶者的交战，打到一半，邪恶者被打倒了，然后他突然变身，变成一个比异形还恶心的怪物，站起来和正义战士继续打。因为邪恶的怪物过于强大，正义战士被打败了，邪恶的怪物哈哈大笑，这一集就此结束。

当时小饭馆里面还有一些正在吃午饭的中学生，他们穿着校服，围坐在距离电视最近的桌子边，一边看一边跟着大叫。他们似乎并不怎么同情那个正义战士，反倒在他被打倒之后大声喊“傻×”――他们正处于叛逆期，越正义他们越反感，而且，在他们看来，那些正义使者，就应该去死。

我不知道，他们不喜欢那个正义战士，是不是因为那个战士有一个性感美貌的女友的缘故。不过我听说过，好像中学校园里面因为争风吃醋大打出手的案例并不少见。
