一、观看《校园暴力》视频，引入新课。

二、 思考：

1、什么是校园暴力?你遭遇过校园暴力吗?

学生结合观看的视频和及生活实际回答。

校园暴力是发生在校园中的一些学生奉信暴力决定一切，以多欺少，以大欺小，以强凌弱等现象，校园暴力是个全球性的问题。(板书)

2、学生阅读“专家访谈”后回答。

讨论：校园暴力有什么危害?

学生回答并归纳：

校园暴力首先给受害者的身体带来伤害;其次是更为严重的心理上的伤害，使受害者产生不安全感，产生恐惧和焦虑。(板书)

3、校园施暴者的构成主要是些什么人?

学生: 曾经是校园暴力的受害者;学习差表现差的学生;爱歧视的学生;在家庭中缺乏温暖、关爱的学生;性格孤僻、心理压制，无处发泄的学生……

4、社会、学校、我们对校园暴力的态度?

校园暴力必须被制止。

面对校园暴力我们有哪些对策?

(一)对策一：从受害者的角度想：

◆不要忍着不吭声：你首先要做的就是告诉家长或者老师。

◆尽量不要一个人待着：尽量待在人多的地方。

◆不理睬：如果有人冲你喊，让你交出你的午饭钱，不要理睬他，装做没听到，继续走自己的路。

小讨论：

◆暴力容易发生的时间：上学或放学学生回家途中。

◆暴力容易发生的地点：偏僻地角落。

◆容易遭暴力袭击的对象：低年级学生，弱小的学生。

◆暴力发生后自助的方法：告诉老师、学校、家长或者公安机关;伤势严重的立即打120急救。

(二)对策二：从施暴者的角度想：

◆反思一下，值得吗?你要做的事情可能给你带来批评、处分甚至法律处罚，这将成为你人生的一个污点。而起因也许只是很小的一件事，或仅仅是你自己的一时冲动。这么做，值得吗?

◆站在对方的角度想一想：如果你被人愚弄、辱骂甚至是殴打，你会是什么感受?如果你的行为会给别人带来长时间的恐惧和痛苦，你忍心吗?

◆学校有政教处，有法制校长，社会有治安管理机构，有公安机关，必要可拨打110等。

◆法制社会，正义必将战胜邪恶。

◆忍一忍风平浪静，退一步海阔天空。

3月23日，福建南平市实验小学发生凶杀事件，凶徒郑民生杀害了8个孩子，还有5个孩子重伤。

4月12日，在广西合浦某小学门前又发生了一起凶杀事件，2人死亡、5人受伤，其中包括多名小学生。

4月28日，广东雷州凶杀案，一男子持刀砍伤16名师生。

4月29日，江苏泰兴伤人事件，一男子在幼儿园内持刀砍伤32人。

据有关部门调查：在校中小学生有30%有过被校内、校外不法分子敲诈、勒索、抢劫、搜身、欺侮及其他滋扰的经历，却很少有人主动采取正确的方法维护自己的合法权益。
