具体来看，报告分析，现有案例大多数发生在学校外人烟较少的地方，在学校内的多在教室外，如操场或走廊。发生时间是课间或者放学后;绝大部分的欺凌案件均为多(欺凌者)对1或少(1至2人)，受欺凌者在曝光视频或文字描述中多选择沉默和忍受，不告诉老师，也不求助于家长。
