近两年我省校园暴力10大案例公布

每日甘肃网-兰州晨报讯(记者董子彪)9月9日，省高院在兰州市华侨实验学校开展送法进校园活动，通过公开发布全省法院依法惩处校园暴力典型案例、以案说法的形式，给广大中学生上了一堂法制教育课。在当日的发布会现场，省高院新闻发言人翟荣生发布了10大校园暴力典型案例，省高院少年法庭负责人介绍了全省未成年人犯罪案件总体情况。

2013年至2015年6月，全省各级法院共判处被告人41987人，判处未成年被告人1720人，占总人数的4.09%。其中，2013年判处未成年被告人801人， 2014年判处未成年被告人672人， 2015年1至6月判处未成年被告人247人，未成年罪犯人数呈逐年下降趋势。从被告人的犯罪年龄看，以已满16周岁不满18周岁的未成年人居多，共1485人，占生效判决未成年被告人数的86.34%。从犯罪类型看，主要集中在抢劫、盗窃、故意伤害等犯罪，其中，判处抢劫罪500人，判处盗窃罪483人，这两大类涉及侵犯财产的案件占生效判决未成年被告人数的51.15%。据介绍，青少年认知能力不足，自控能力低，是违法犯罪的主要原因。同时，家庭教育的误区，父母溺爱放纵不理性;学校教育的偏差和失当，使青少年远离违法犯罪的防火墙功能弱化;社会不良环境的污染，遍布在中小学校周围的KTV、游戏厅、台球厅、网吧等地也成为诱发青少年违法犯罪的温床。

未打扫卫生起争执酿命案3在校学生均获刑

郑某、李某、郑某某与被害人王某某系同班同学，2012年7月，因被害人王某某值日但未打扫卫生，郑某某与王某某发生口角;之后，王某某在路过郑某座位时在郑某背部推了一下，引发推搡厮打;一旁的李某、郑某某也参与到殴打中。最终造成王某某头部重伤，后经救治无效死亡。案发当日，郑某与郑某某先后被警方抓获归案，李某在其亲属陪同下投案自首。

法院一审后，判处郑某有期徒刑七年、李某有期徒刑二年、郑某某有期徒刑二年。一审宣判后，郑某、郑某某提起上诉，二审法院维持原判。

mount jiuhuait was a fine day in may. i took a bus to mount jiuhua. as the hus was passing half way through the mountain i saw a sea of green trees and bamboos. the trees were standing straight pointing upright to the sky. white louds floated in the blue air.

our guide kept reminding ua of keeping away from looking at the scenes while climbing. the narrow steps in the mountain led ushigher and higher to the summit. stopping to take my breath i saw the candle like stones and the isolated pine against the sky above the mountain.

I can get information not only from teachers in class, but also outside of class, such as in the library, on the Internet and so on. These courses arouse my insatiable desire for knowledge and make me learn and digest as much as I can. To be frank, I had some difficulties in keeping up with my teachers at first, but later with the help of my teachers, I made remarkable progress. Besides, social activities on campus provide me with more chances to learn. I will never forget the days I served as a volunteer at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. After some training in Chinese history and language skills both in Japanese and English, I endeavored to serve our distinguished guests from all over the world enthusiastically. I was a volunteer as well as a disseminator of our splendid culture. There was no doubt that I came across many difficulties at first, such as humid weather, language barriers and so on. Thanks to other volunteers’ help, I overcame those difficulties. When it was time to depart, I couldn’t help bursting into tears, because I had developed a deep friendship with other volunteers. This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a
