11月9日，黑龙江某中学发生一起校园暴力事件，学校保安夏某打了14岁学生刘某之后，刘某又找来外校学生将夏某打了。

据刘某母亲讲，当晚，她得知儿子惹事后，便把刘某抓了回来。刘某跟母亲说，当时他的同学被班主任老师留下，他去给那同学送东西时，无缘无故被在场的学校保安夏某踢了一脚。他骂了夏某，夏将其拽进洗手间殴打，并把他往墙上撞。刘某夺路而逃，在楼梯口处，夏某追上来又是一脚，恰巧被学校有关负责人看见制止。事后，刘某找来伙伴把夏某打了一顿。

被打后，刘某左耳疼痛，经诊断为耳膜穿孔，穿孔边缘有血迹附着。当晚被打后，夏某去派出所报案，经市公安医院验伤，他的颈椎骨折，已住院治疗。
