冼老师有一双会说话的眼睛。每当我拿作业上去办公室时，我在门口报告，说：“老师们好。”冼老师就会对着我笑。当我把作业放好给老师，走到办公室门口说：“老师们再见。”冼老师又会再次对我笑。虽然冼老师没有说话，但是我看到老师的眼睛似乎在对我说：“你好呀，进来吧。”“再见。”这温暖的表情，每次都让我心里很舒服。

有一次，冼老师叫我们写第一单元的作文，我想来想去都不知道可以怎样写。我抬起头看了看周围的同学们，他们个个都如有神助，奋笔疾书，而我却什么都没写。

冼老师见到我什么都没有写就走过来，指导我写作业。冼老师给我分析了题目，并理清写作思路，我一下子茅塞顿开，下笔如有神，很快就把作文写完了。我拿着我的作文去给冼老师改。冼老师改完之后对我说：“你以后上课要认真听课，不能开小差，知道吗？看认真听讲后作文写得多棒！”我惭愧地低下了头，说：“知道了，冼老师。”我本以为老师会批评我没有认真听讲，没想到冼老师不但没有骂我，还耐心指导我，我真的很感谢冼老师。

初一的第一节英语课，门口进来一位中等个子，长头发的女青年。上下一打量，20岁左右，个头小于等于1米6。这大概就是我们的英语老师吧!此人发话了：“丑话说在前面，我脾气不好!”一句话着实把我们全班都镇住了。第一印象：凶!

上晚自习的时候，她会给我们自由，写作业、看书都行，不像数学老师一进来就讲题，语文老师抱着书就要听写。她每次都会读一些连语文老师都不会读的哲理的、感人的文章，有时还会读笑话，即使是不好笑的，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一次英语晚自习，打了铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹，吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来，此人就出现在教室门口了。班里顿时鸦雀无声。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任留下了“站一晚上”的“圣旨”后扬长而去。我们在下面悔得肠子都青了，同时也深感不服。这就是自讨苦吃吧，我想。

我是初一(1)班的马睿欣同学。或许你不认得我，或许你还记得我写的作文。三个星期前，你悄悄地来到了我们身边，坐在我们班最后的位置上听课，那一天起，你那玲珑小巧的身影便深深地印在我的心里。可是，三个星期后，你只留下了长长的信，便悄悄地离开了了我们。我真想好好地骂你一下，因为不止你泪点低，我们的泪点也很低啊!你虽一句话也不说，但从你的信上，我感受到了你的不舍和感激。你知道吗?在社长高声诵读着你的信时，我不顾自己一向强悍的形象，留下了眼泪，相信不止我一个人是这样。

姗姗姐姐，不，王老师。其实我一开始觉得你的来到就像一只小鸟来到了南方，并没有多大反应，但是，因为你的出现，让我们在作文上的水平有了很大的提高，许多同学的成绩都有了一个飞跃式的提升。这一次的月考就是最好的证明。王老师，谢谢你。你为我们批改作文到半夜，为我们准备课件，为我们挑出我们的写作毛病……这些事情都体现出了你对我们的用心。在我们的眼中你是一个称职老师，一个为学生不辞劳苦的好老师!

姗姗姐姐，我承认，我与你交情不深，但是自从看了你的信之后，我就开始后悔了，后悔当你在哦我们身边的时候，我没有主动去和你交流，要不然，我就能多一个良师益友，或许在以后的日子里，你也能不时地记起我，想起我，想起有我这样一个学生。

这三周，就成了我最宝贵的回忆，与你相处的这段时间，我永远也不会忘记，不管你会不会把我遗忘了，但我一定会把你牢牢的记在心上。除此以外，我还会尽我最大的努力，去孝顺汤妈妈，去努力学习!用我的成绩回报给你，相信这对你来说是最好的礼物!
