算起来，自己也上了10几年的学了，和老师打的交道也不算少的。自打到了初三，我和老师的关系就越来越密切了，隔三差五的，我就要去和老师交流下感情，那个点击率啊，真是高啊。每天，必有一次谈心。我不知道为什么，我只知道，老师特别喜欢和我聊天。

冼老师有一双会说话的眼睛。每当我拿作业上去办公室时，我在门口报告，说：“老师们好。”冼老师就会对着我笑。当我把作业放好给老师，走到办公室门口说：“老师们再见。”冼老师又会再次对我笑。虽然冼老师没有说话，但是我看到老师的眼睛似乎在对我说：“你好呀，进来吧。”“再见。”这温暖的表情，每次都让我心里很舒服。

出生于教育世家的他，印象中每天总是西装笔挺，皮鞋锃亮，追求蚊子落上去会劈叉的效果，重点是他始终坚持"头可断发型不可乱"的信条，头型梳理得齐整有范，啫喱规整得纹丝条理，头上三七分的一道杠至今让我记忆犹新。

更夸张的是他每次去理发都要自己带洗发水，生怕理发店的劣质便宜洗发水损伤了他的秀发，办公桌上总是摆着一个镜子和一把干净的梳子。

大大就是杨春梅老师，我的英语老师。大大的个子中等，一头乌黑的头发，白白净净的脸上有着一双炯炯有神的眼睛，仿佛可以透过我们的眼睛直击我们的内心世界。大大的衣着也很平常，但即使是再平常不过的衣服，也能被大大穿出“大大式”的风格，经得起我们的细细品味。而作为英语渣渣的我，被分到大大的班级，感到了十分的幸运，而大大独特的教学方式，刚好可以“抑制”住我的“渣渣”。

大大在教授英语方面有很多独特之道。

教学安排之独首当其冲。大大的课程安排很有规律。都是星期二学习新单词，星期四听写；都是学习完新单词后，就会有相应的预习作业和基础练习；写完练习后的隔天就会订正；并且要求我们在24小时的黄金时间内复习新学的语法等……有规律的英语学习也使我们的压力减轻了不少。

听写也当仁不让。大大的听写极具有挑战性，课本内容、课外阅读、拓展的知识点等方方面面，边边角角，一丝一毫对我们重要的知识点，大大都会仔细挑出来亮相。奖惩措施也是一大亮点，写得十分完美的，大大会挑出来当着全班人的面表扬；然而写得稍微不尽如人意的，大大却不会当众批评，她会悄悄地把那位同学叫到办公室去，笑眯眯地批评一下，然后等着他就是大大最看重的二次听写了。

作业也不甘落后。大大的作业布置真的无话可说，又多又难，但对于我这个英语渣渣来说，我就是很喜欢写英语作业，可能是因为大大订正作业的方式也很独特吧。大大的课堂上，每一道题都是由同学们来解说的，大大就好像是一位leader，慢慢的，小心翼翼地引领着我们去深入那些简单的，有点难的，变态难的那些题目。对于成绩好的同学却没有发挥好，大大会说：“这次做的不好哦，下次要继续努力。”而对于那些有一点点进步的同学，大大则会说：“Terrific”、“Good job”、“Well done”等。但是无论我们做得有多差，只要我们用心，只要我们相比之前有进步，都会受到大大的鼓励。我喜欢写英语作业，应该就是因为这个吧。

大大的课堂氛围也很奇妙。在大大的课堂上，都是吵吵闹闹的，欢声笑语的。在教授新知识时，大大会让同学读课文，然而总有那么几个调皮捣蛋的小朋友读不通顺，这时大大就会说：“好吧，背下来吧。”全班坏笑；听写时，当大大询问我们有没有准备好时，我们都异口同声地说：“没有”，而大大反而笑着说：“一群口是心非的家伙”，全班大笑；布置作业时，大大说：“来，让我们来做几道小题。”结果唰唰唰，原来是几张纸呀，全班苦笑；在订正作业时，“来，某某同学you do。”在发现某同学的单词错误得很离谱时“来，这个单词50遍”全班也是哄堂大笑……但是快乐的时光总是短暂的，英语课堂转瞬即逝。

大大在课下也是十分独特的。就像“Good morning my class”一样“请那些勤奋的小伙伴们到办公室来一趟”也是课后必说的一句话。一听这句话，以我为代表的英语渣渣们就会十分自觉地抱起额外的作业，接成一条小小火车，跟着“火车头”驶向目的地。大大的记忆力尤其好，她可以记得住每个被特别关注的同学最近的学习情况、作业质量。“某某，最近怎么上课没有之前专注啦。”“咦，你今天的作业质量没有之前的好，怎么回事？”对于额外补充作业的小伙伴们：“你做的这几篇有没有什么不懂的呀？”“咦，你错误有点小多唉。”“嗯，不错，有进步，继续下去肯定会有进步的，加油。”……我在心底暗念：这是我见过的所有老师中“小灶”开的最好的一个。俗话说：“笨鸟先飞”，所以我喜欢提前去找大大，因此，我也比别人有更多的“福利”，一颗糖、几粒枣、若干小零食……在我的英语学习过程中，大大如影随形，无处不在。

大大在我的心目中独一无二。最后，猜一猜我问什么叫她“大大”老师呢？

吕老师是我的语文老师，也是我的班主任。她大约五十来岁，中等的身材。一头乌黑发亮的短发下镶嵌着一双黑宝石般明亮的眼睛，似乎能把我们的心思看透。一个不挺不塌的鼻子下长着一张能说会道的嘴巴。

老师非常和蔼，下课时，她可以和我们打成一片，跟我们一起游戏。我们一起跳绳、跑步、打羽毛球……玩得不亦乐乎。老师有时也很严厉，早读的时候总有几个调皮的同学闹哄哄的，一看到老师走进门来就马上安静了。老师还很负责，如果有哪名同学成绩比较差，老师就会叫那名同学去她办公室，给他（她）辅导功课，一直到很晚老师才走。

老师很关爱我们，有的时候，班上有些同学考试考得很好。老师为了鼓励同学们，就去书店用自己的钱买一些书籍来奖励他们。老师知道我们学习非常紧张，没有时间去图书馆看书。为了给我们节约时间，所以老师订购了一些好的书籍，在班级里设立了一个小书柜。这样我们就可以利用课余时间来看书了。

老师很有爱心，以前班上有位同学不小心摔坏了脾脏，很危险，需要做大手术。老师知道后，马上组织全班同学捐款。老师捐了好几百块钱，并且还到水果店买了很多水果，然后带上几名同学去医院看望这位同学。同学流下了激动的泪水，同学的家长流下了感动的泪水。一方有难八方支援，自从这件事后，班上如果再有同学生病了，不能来上课。全班同学都会自发的，从自己的零用钱中拿一些出来献爱心。

老师对我也很好，我以前胆子很小，声音也很小。妈妈总是对我说，读书声音要大一些，如果声音小，别人听不清，就不想再往下听。有一次上课时，老师叫我起来读书。我的声音很小，老师不但没有像妈妈那样说我，而且还鼓励我：“嗯，读得很好！如果声音再大一点就更好了！”现在我的声音越来越大了，也越来越自信了。老师还经常叫我上黑板做题，我知道老师是在锻炼我，我非常感谢我的老师。

老师，谢谢您对我的鼓励，您还记得我上一年级时的那件事情吗?那时候的我胆子很小，课堂上从不敢举手发言。有一次，您问了一个问题，我并没有举手，但是您还是拉着我手把我拉了起来发言。我当时心想：我又没有举手，您为什么要让我发言呢?因为我怕自己说错了，所以声音很小，坐在后面的同学起哄说听不见。于是，您把话筒放到我的嘴边，我听见自己的声音在教室里回荡，感觉自己回答的还不错。就是有些不完整，您把我的答案补充完整之后，还夸我说的很好，还让同学们表扬我。从此以后，我就喜欢上了发言。

到了二年级，我举手的次数越来越多，您叫我的次数却越来越少，我心里由此而埋怨您了。我觉得您不喜欢我了。但是现在我懂了，您不只是希望我一个人胆子大起来，您是希望让每个学生都变得勇敢。所以，现在您把简单的问题留给了那些现在胆子小的学生。
