When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. 圣诞节虽然说是西方的节日，可近些年来在我国也很流行。这对我来说是一件好事儿，因为在2017的圣诞节，我收到了一个巨大的惊喜。

在圣诞节的前一夜，也就是圣诞夜。随时晚上，可却平时热闹多了!街上的音乐混杂在一起，人们在音乐中狂欢。可我却只能将其置之不理，因为我正在书桌前奋笔疾书。听见人们在屋外的欢呼声，我心里早就按捺不住，不由自主地走出我的房间。妈妈和爸爸在客厅里啃着苹果，我心里愈发委屈了，吃苹果也不叫上我!妈妈见我眉头紧锁，对我说：“琳琳，吃点苹果吧!”可我还在怄气呢!将头扭过去，说：“不要!”这时，爸爸起身去洗手，过了一会儿，灯突然熄灭了。屋子里黑的伸手不见五指，可外面的狂欢还在继续。我心里很失落，心想：圣诞夜过得真差劲!
