规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

As for exercise? I will be patient ` confidence in doing anything, because only in this way can succeed in doing things.

新年到了，又过去了一年，接着迎来了一个新年-2016年，在这一个新年里我们要干一些有意义的事才可以度过这一个漫长的2016，让我们大家一起行动起来吧!

俗话说得好"新的一年要有新气象."这话讲得真好，在这一个新年里，我有许多想干的事：要把学习学好，成绩理想`把身体锻炼锻炼，让自己的体质变好起来，不要偏食，该吃什么就吃什么，还有不可以乱花钱......就先说学习吧，首先把眼前的寒假作业认认真真得作完，日记老师虽然只布置了六篇，可我要多做几篇，一是为了锻炼自己的写作水平，二是为了让自己练练耐心，我还要多读书,让自己的知识丰富起来,我经常读书,可却像看天书一样,也不做笔记.这样是不行的,这样到头来知识知识没有丰富起来,却只是浪费时间,浪费光阴.等寒假过去以后,我一定要在小学的最后一个学期努力学习,争取当三好学生,不懂就问,我相信一定可以做到的,也请大家相信我吧!

至于锻炼身体方面呢?我觉得自己太没有信心，比如就说投篮吧，我因为个子小所以篮球在我手上连篮筐都碰不到，我练了几遍没有成功，就觉得自己永远都投不进，再练几遍也是徒劳。后来，我又觉得学习反正搞不上去，没有用的，所以，在期末考试中我就取得了不理想的成绩。我以后做任何事都要有耐心`信心，因为只有这样才可以做成功的事。

以后，我一定要按定的计划去做，因为这样才可以取得大进步。

香港有个迪斯尼，桂林有个乐满地。”今天，我们乘着旅游车来到了远近闻名的乐满地。

一路上，我们路过了许许多多的庄园，眼前一片葱绿。远处，一排排用透明的塑料薄膜盖起来的是葡萄，虽然是隔着玻璃窗户，但我好像闻到了葡萄的清香，顿时心旷神怡。

车行了大约1个多小时，我们终于到了今天的目的地——乐满地主题乐园。

导游姐姐首先带我们去参观月老阁。这座月老阁虽说是97年重新修建的，但是看上去和新的没什么两样。中间是一座古色古香的塔，全塔的外观呈八角型，走进塔内，在走道的两侧墙上，有几十幅佛像。导游姐姐还特意告诉我们，进去的时候，不能踩到门槛，否则就是对佛祖的大不敬。

参观完月老阁，我们就可以开始自由活动了。

乐满地共分为7大区：欢乐中国城、美国西部区、梦幻世界区、海盗村、南太平洋区、欧洲区和森林游乐区。是国家AAAAAA级景区。

我们到达的第一个区是欧洲区。要说欧洲区里什么最惊险、最刺激，那就要数“超级大旋风”了。在我们还在风雨桥上时，耳边就不时传来一阵阵欢呼和尖叫声。等我们走近了，才发现这声音的来源——一个不断旋转的大转轮上，人们正在尖叫着。转到半空中时，突然来了个720°的大旋转。

我原以为我的胆子蛮大的，但是就是在下面看，也把我吓得一身冷汗。我就在下面楞了几秒钟，等反应过来时，就发现我被姐姐拉到了入口处排队。“哎呀，想反悔已经来不及了，干脆上了!”我想。

机器缓缓启动了，把我们升到十几米的高空，上面风景真是好啊。可没等我好好欣赏，就开始急速下降了。我往下看看，我的妈呀，怎么这么高。下面的喷泉忽上忽下，伴着大伙儿的尖叫和欢呼，我们正在急速下降。眼看着我们就要掉下喷泉里了，我赶紧闭上眼睛。我听到耳边的风呼呼作响，头发都被吹起来了。就在我想睁开眼睛时，又开始在空中倒转。“一圈、两圈……”我感觉到我离开了座椅，整个人像是腾空的。终于不转了，我睁开眼睛，天啊，又是下降啊!我决定看着它下去。

“呼——”的一声，我又一次离开了座椅，“啊——”我们奋力的大喊，感觉像是要掉下去了。

等我感觉好像是掉到谷底时，原来时间到了。

下来之后，我走路还有点晃晃的，不过，很爽，够刺激!

下次我还来乐满地，等着我哦!

Summer Vacation

I enjoy summer vacation very much.

Because summer vacation is the longest vacation of the year.

We have more than fifty days to rest.

Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room .

In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends.

We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, and so on.

In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents.

Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

the plan for the new term

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

Day, night, and finally ushered in the long-awaited summer vacation. In

these two months, can"t play games every day! Besides, even if I think so, mom

and dad are certainly can"t promise. Only done to make them more satisfied, my

freedom is a bit more, this summer vacation will have a more pleasant. Combined

with the requirements of the teacher and I wish mom and dad, have a preliminary

arrangement.

盼望已久的暑假马上要来了，我的好好计划一下我的暑假生活。

计划一：玩电脑

为了我的期末考试能考个理想的成绩，我已经有3个月没碰过电脑，与QQ堂彻底地拜拜了。现在我要活络活络我那被密密麻麻的习题搞得生锈了的脑子，玩玩电脑喽。一次，我在找作文时看见了小荷作文网就用了蓝雪伊儿这个用户名。我现在很喜欢上创网，只是拜读而不敢发表文章，今天，我终于鼓起勇气把我的新作拿出来现丑，一向不让我上网的妈妈这回也鼓励我多向大家学习交流。

计划二：睡懒觉

期末大考的这几天，语数两科的老师轮流站岗，大肆轰炸，那么多的习题，我稍微算了一下，天哪！足足有40多张！害得我们晚上作业都做到10点多，第二天，同学们都成了熊猫眼。惨哪！所以睡懒觉把复习时的晚点全都补回来！

计划三：做作业

我的辛苦也没白费，期末语数总成绩是全班第一，厚厚的一本《快乐暑假》不用做了！只要做语文老师布置的几篇日记和读书笔记就ok了，不过我妈妈可能要另外给我一些数学习题，我只能接受喽。

计划四：随心所欲

在上述计划之外，我还可以在吃完晚饭后到楼下和伙伴们玩单双背死闭、滑旱冰、去姨姨家和表妹玩、吃冰棒、去旅游、骑自行车这些都是我随心所欲的空间。
