伏尔泰说过：“生命在于运动”。漫长的暑假中，为了让我的身体倍儿棒，一定要多做一些运动。我最喜欢的一项运动莫过打羽毛球了，我可不能错过这么好的机会，准备暑假里和爸爸“杀”上一回。有机会的话我还要和真正的“羽毛球高手”过招，向他们学习学习打羽毛球的要领，并找出自己的不足之处，努力学习，争取让羽毛球技术有质的飞跃。我看着小白球上下跳跃，虽然汗流浃背，但心里涌现说不出的喜悦。不过专门打羽毛球也不行，我7月要学游泳，因为中考新增了一项项目：就是长跑男1000米、女800米和游泳50米，挑一个。我跑步不行，所以我就选游泳了。7月份去游泳池学上20天，既锻炼身体，又学会了一门本领。8月份我又要去学跆拳道，不但疏松筋骨，而且还能防身。

放假在家，上因特网是少不了。我这条“网虫”当然要过个瘾。打开“小荷作文网”，看看作文，饱一饱眼福，然后到QQ空间上去浇浇水，发发帖子，了解了解新奇趣事。玩累了，闭上眼睛，听一会儿悠扬的音乐，让思绪休息一会，抑扬顿挫的音乐高低起伏，感觉整个人都沉浸到音乐之中了，真是一种享受啊!点开“百度”，热点的新闻报道马上出现在眼前，嘿，真多啊!全国上下大大小小的事情马上呈现眼前，真是数不胜数啊!因特网还有许多百科知识，我就在知识的海洋吮吸着知识的营养，补充一些课外知识。还有互联网呢，互联网可以让我在假期内和其他各国的小朋友沟通、交流。我要问问他们的暑期生活是怎样的。

我安排好的暑假生活，也许不是最丰富的，但是是最适合我的，我相信，我会过一个最充实、最有意义的假期。

现在已经放暑假了，再开学就要升四年级了。为了在四年级的学习上没有什么障碍，我特地制订了一份暑假计划，计划内容如下：

第一，语文方面。我的作文水平一直不太好，主要是因为我的思路不开阔，积累少，所以在暑假里每天都抽出2个小时读名著，总结自己的体会和心得写几篇读后感。按照老师的要求写30篇作文在作文网上发表。我的书写存在着写的字偏小、潦草等问题，在暑假里无论是写作文还是做别的什么作业，我都注意把字写得大一些、工整一些，争取在以后的考试中不丢卷面分。

第二，数学方面。我的数学成绩在班里一直是名列前茅，最大的毛病是经常出现一些小问题。为此，我打算多做一些数学题，并试着做一些奥数题，争取每道数学题都做的快速、准确。

第三，英语方面。我的英语读、写水平还可以，但在听力方面有一些差距，暑假里在学剑桥英语的同时，多听一些英语磁带，多做一些英语听力题，每天早晨拿出半个小时听剑桥英语磁带，争取在英语听力方面有所提高。

第四，课外兴趣。我在美术方面很有天赋，并且很喜爱美术。今年暑假，我还参加美术班培训，巩固提高水粉画水平。我对计算机也是情有独钟，争取争得爸爸妈妈的同意在每天按计划完成学习任务以后能够上网做一些小制作，玩一些小游戏。

第五，生活方面。以前，每天我都是过着衣来伸手、饭来张口的日子，除了学习什么也不干的，从这个暑假开始，我决定帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务活，锻炼自己的自理能力。比如抽时间帮妈妈刷碗、洗衣服、打扫卫生等。

三·多做理综题。只会一味的死记硬背公式是不会在理综上拿到高分的。理综注重的是灵活运用，只有多做题，题型见多了，遇到相似的题就知道该如何下笔。像我在那抓破脑袋想这题应用什么公式，好不容易公式想出了却不知道该如何解题，时间浪费了分也丢了。

四·整理笔记，回顾以前所学的知识。学过的知识只有不断回顾才能让它记忆深刻。像我总是把以前所学的知识全都堆积到考试前几天来复习，这种做法不仅没有效果还让我越复习越紧张。把笔记整理几遍可以发现哪些知识是重点，哪些知识自己还没吃透等等。

五·利用网络多和别人交流。网络是个很好的交流平台，我们可以在网上与他人互相交流学习经验，了解大学的招生信息等等。

也许你的目标是考上自己理想的初中，也许你的目标是追赶上某位同学，目标可以不同，但是绝对不能没有，更重要的是有了目标后，我们一定要为此付诸行动，全力以赴，这些没有必要拿张纸唰唰大笔抹几下，但是在你的头脑中一定得有个奋斗目标，有个全套打算，没有目标就是没有终点，一个连自己终点，都不知在哪里的人，将如何完成这段旅程，当然这一路不会是一帆风顺，

所以首先，上课的时候，我要认真听讲，不做小动作，不和同学交头接耳，要力争把老师课堂上讲的知识全部消化;对于疑难问题，要不耻下问，虚心向老师和同学请教。

其次，要认真完成老师布置的所有作业，做到一丝不苟。课堂作业当堂完成;课后作业和家庭作业也要按时独立完成。

第三，要做好语文课的课前预。对于预习字词，成语，要先查字典把它认会，弄懂意思;还要学会给课文分段，用最简短的语言写出每段的段落大意，然后总结课文的中心思想;对于每篇课文的课后题，要先试着去做;对于课文和课后题不理解和不会做的地方，要先把它在书上划下来或记下来，第二天上课时带着问题去听讲，还可以在课堂上向老师请教。
