每天七点整准时读二十分钟的精彩文章。准备暑假期间阅读8本以上的课外书。必须是有用的或我喜欢的书。每天至少读一个小时，增加知识量。

每天两天写一篇日记，发一篇博文。如果要旅游，或参加夏令营时可以宽松一点。平时要严格管住自己每写一篇都要多修改几遍，才能发到博客里，尽量写得通顺和生动，每篇都要向努力。

假期我报了两个暑假班，街舞班和英语班，我准备上英语班提前1小时在家默写单词，复习和预习课文内容。上完学习班回家先教妈妈学当天学的英语内容(我经常做妈妈的老师)。街舞每天也要好好学习，回家给家人表演。

我在小牛顿科学实验班报了一个去北京的夏令营，一共有七天，这回我可要好好地和老师、同学在北京玩玩了。回家后写一篇好作文。那七天要学会自己管理好生活，过一个快乐的夏令营。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

暑假不是属于冬天，它仍有生机勃勃的一部分。春暖花开，万物复苏，杨柳舒展它的腰肢，打一个长长的哈欠迎接春天。哦，全发芽了!这时候的江南水乡一定别有一番情趣吧!我想坐火车，伴着“轰隆隆”的响声，驶进人间天堂。江南是水乡，我会坐竹筏，听水声，看水荡，心也融成涟漪，慢慢地化了：碧绿的水，碧绿的山，到底是水染绿了山，还是山染绿了水?让人浮想联翩呀。如果说黄河的水是令人心胸宽广的，那么江南的水，更耐人寻味，或平静，或轻轻的荡着清波，但从没见它发脾气，让人也跟着温柔，心旷神怡。我还要去白娘子被困的那座塔，看西湖的那座断桥，想象许仙和她初遇时的情景……

假期，永远都不会显得漫长。因为它会充满着快乐和情趣。今天，我写下假期的计划，只是为了早早地迎来假期……你说，我的愿望能不能实现呢?

This summer, I move to a new city with my parents, and I transfer to a new school. I used to live in the countryside, so my new life is so different from before. The school is a little far from my home, so I go to school by bus. After school, I have many activities in school. Classmates are friendly to me. I learn English now. It’s so interesting that I like it very much. Besides, life in city is different. There are many interesting places to go. At weekends, my parents take me outside. We go to the park, the zoo or go shopping. But we are not so familiar with our neighbors. I think we should build good relationship with them.
