第二，生活计划具体如下：

1。培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮父母干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给父母捶捶背，帮父母买点东西等等。

2。 要注意个人安全等方面问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出 ，不做危险违法的事。

3。要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去游泳馆游泳一次。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果父母不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。。见人要有礼貌。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假!

my summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. i went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. it is very beautiful there. there are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals kind people. i spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. i wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

besides that, I helped the children in the neighbour hood with their lessons. i helped them read english improve their spoken english. their parents thanked me for this.

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for them. On the way to the classroom, beautiful scenery went in my sight. Both sides of the road stood plenty of trees, green and tall. When raising my head, I got a view of many lovely birds flying freely in the blue sky. Then I was lost in thought.
