1、 每天的四个“1小时保障”

每天保障做一小时的语文或数学寒假作业;

每天保障一小时的无负担课外阅读;

每天保障一小时的英语自学;

每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动。

2、计划与非计划

如无特殊情况，每天必须完成以上计划;

每天的计划在得到“保障”的前提下，可灵活自由安排;

如果因外出旅游、回乡下度假等意外安排，可临时不予执行;

可以偶尔睡懒觉，但不要影响当日计划的实施。

二、学习计划

1、 不参加语文、数学的培优，不请家教，相关课程自己独立完成。

2、 语文课程计划

7月份完成暑假作业，8月中旬前检查、改正，查漏补缺;

把自己的藏书系统再读一遍，重点读历史、百科知识大全、漫画、中外名著导读等丛书;

假期可以自己买三本自己喜欢的任何书籍;

把以前稍显薄弱的阅读题的规范回答、错别字系统复习。

3、 数学课程计划查看.

7月份完成暑假作业，8月中旬前检查、改正，查漏补缺;

假期完成五年级《奥数提高班》的自学，基本掌握其要领，有选择性挑选典型题目做。

自己注意计算细心化的纠正。

4、 英语课程计划

英语学习能力和成绩一般，要重点加强学习兴趣和能力的培养;

把三年级和四年级的学校课本系统复习一遍，每天坚持听剑桥英语的磁带，时间不限;

假期把以前记得的英语单词都记在小本子上，分类汇总;

若有兴趣、有机会，可以把语音和音标接触、巩固一下，尽量保证发音标准。

三、活动安排

1、 随父母至少省内出去旅游一次，争取省外旅游去一次;

2、 至少去乡下亲戚家2次，体验生活，其中爷爷家族亲戚去一次，外公家族亲戚去一次;

3、 每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动，散步、溜冰、找小朋友玩等，要注意安全;

4、 每两天至少帮家里做一件家务事(10分钟以上)，洗衣服、择菜、简单做饭等;

5、 一个人尝试独立在家呆1-2天;邀请同学或者小朋友在家玩若干次，并独立招待;

6、 每周玩电脑2小时左右，重点加强打字能力的提高;

7、 尝试掌管家里经济和家务安排1-2天，当1-2天家长;

8、 其他：根据具体情况，灵活安排。

I get up at seven oclock and have breakfast at seven twenty .

At half past seven I go to school by bus . There are four lessons in the morning . At twelve we have lunch .There are two lessons in the afternoon .I go home at four and do my homework at four thirty .At six I have dinner with my parents . After dinner I often play chess with my father .Sometimes I watch TV .Sometimes I listen to music .At eight thirty I go to bed .

My holiday life will be busy but interesting. I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books. I am going to play sports such as playing basketball, table tennis, swimming and so on . Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo. 我的假期生活很忙但很有趣。我打算每天都做作业,这样我就可以完成我的作业。我要去图书馆借一些书和去商店买些书,这样我可以阅读一些有趣的书。我要去做运动比如打篮球、乒乓球、游泳等等。当然我要帮助我的父母做一些家务,因为他们忙于工作的每一天。我打算花一个星期在上海和我的父母,这样我们可以看到世博会。我确信我将有一个有趣和快乐的暑假。

其实我的暑假计划在刚放暑假的时候就已经制定好了，一直迟迟没有传上来，就是因为一个字--“懒”。妈妈一直说该做的事情就把它做好，不要一直拖，所以今天就来晒晒我的暑假计划。

14：30--15:30 骑自行车或者游泳或者陪小弟弟出去溜达溜达

18:00--19:30 饭后散步(大人散步，我骑车)

19：30--20：00 洗澡

20:00--22:00 看电视

22:00 上床睡觉

盼望已久的暑假终于到来了，同学们像一只只飞出鸟笼的小鸟，心花怒放、手舞足蹈。

我静静地坐在一边，默默的在心里面计划着暑假里的生活：

放暑假了，我要好好地玩个痛快，当然，也不会忘了学习。另外，我要多去学习学习新的技能。(做家务、为别人服务……)我还要把我已经会做的事练的得心应手。除此之外，我还会准时收看我国首都——北京，举办的奥运会。在那时，我会坐在电视机前面，为中国队呐喊助威，为08奥运加油。在此时，我也不会忘记在四川灾区的人民，我在心里默默地祈祷：愿四川灾区的人民能够重建自己的家园，早日脱离地震的阴影。

如果我有时间，我一定会去灾区看望那里的人们。

也许，我想做的事太多了，可能做也做不完。但是我相信，我一定会过一个充实而又有意义的暑假!

计划一：玩电脑

为了我的期末考试能考个理想的成绩，我已经有3个月没碰过电脑，与QQ堂彻底地拜拜了。现在我要活络活络我那被密密麻麻的习题搞得生锈了的脑子，玩玩电脑喽。一次，我在找作文时看见了小荷作文网就用了蓝雪伊儿这个用户名。我现在很喜欢上创网，只是拜读而不敢发表文章，今天，我终于鼓起勇气把我的新作拿出来现丑，一向不让我上网的妈妈这回也鼓励我多向大家学习交流。

计划二：睡懒觉

期末大考的这几天，语数两科的老师轮流站岗，大肆轰炸，那么多的习题，我稍微算了一下，天哪！足足有40多张！害得我们晚上作业都做到10点多，第二天，同学们都成了熊猫眼。惨哪！所以睡懒觉把复习时的晚点全都补回来！

计划三：做作业

我的辛苦也没白费，期末语数总成绩是全班第一，厚厚的一本《快乐暑假》不用做了！只要做语文老师布置的几篇日记和读书笔记就ok了，不过我妈妈可能要另外给我一些数学习题，我只能接受喽。

计划四：随心所欲

在上述计划之外，我还可以在吃完晚饭后到楼下和伙伴们玩单双背死闭、滑旱冰、去姨姨家和表妹玩、吃冰棒、去旅游、骑自行车这些都是我随心所欲的空间。

怎么样，我的暑假生活计划够完美了吧！

YA!终于考完学校的期末考了，心情觉得好轻松又好快乐!就像小鸟在天空中愉悦的飞翔。我好期待可以赶快放暑假，这是我上小学的第一次放暑假。漫长的假期可以让我做很多的事情，我要好好规划我的暑假行程。古人说：“时间就像金钱一样”所以，我要好好珍惜时间不要整天“无所作为”。

首先，我打算要先完成我的暑假作业，然后再多练习创作童诗、作文和心得。所以，我每天都要写日记，这样文章才会进步。我还要阅读许许多多的书籍，多到户外踏青、放宽视野、求新求变充实自我。我要每天跳绳打球就会身高长得比天高。也要帮忙做家务如扫地、拖地和整理温暖的家，父母才不用这么辛苦。

接下来，我有报名参加“哆啦A梦”领袖培训营。这个夏令营一共有五天，主要是教导我们关于团队合作、同心协力、心灵成长和植物的奥妙等等，这些游戏课程都对我们很有帮助，可以学习到许多知识。家人还帮我报名一星期“羽毛球”夏令营，而且完全免费。我要认真学习，原本不会打羽毛球的我，希望可以学会打羽毛球。

炎炎夏日时，火红般的太阳公公照射着我们，好想要去游泳，要记得去找合格的游泳池玩，不能去海边游泳。如果要上网前必须先经过家人的同意才能上网，而且上网30分钟就要休息10分钟，这样就不会近视。孝顺父母就是自己照顾和保护好自己，不要发生危险的行为，才不会让父母担心，开心的度过美好的假期!希望，每个同学都可以和我一样，规划多彩多姿又丰富的暑假。

先来说说我的旅游计划：我打算暑假去上海看世博会，听我同学说10月31日就要拆了，如果还不去看以后就没得看了，到上海还可以看黄浦江夜景和东方明珠电视塔，上海的金贸大厦，因为在那里坐观光电梯可以看到上海世埔会全景，还有南京路，因为它是上海最繁华的地区，上海还可以去看西郊公园，因为它是中国最大的公园。除了上海我还想去北京看颐和园，八达岭长城，圆明园，鸟巢、故宫、天安门。

接下来我要实现我的回故乡计划，我要回老家看爷爷奶奶，因为我已经一年没回老家了，我也不知道爷爷奶奶的身体情况。我也很想念故乡的小朋友们，我很想念和他们玩耍的日子。我想回老家和他们抓鱼，下河洗澡、捡麦子、捉蛤嘛、玩小鸡……

玩是应该玩，可是我也不能忘记学习呀!我打算暑假去书城买几本语文之类的书，因为老师老是说我不会用好词佳句，还不会用修辞手法，我打算在暑假学好写记叙文上，我还想把英语的音标学会。

除了学习计划还有体育锻炼计划，我应该在暑假学会游泳，游泳不但能让你遇到水灾和遇难的时候自救，也通通去救别人，还能得到别人的酬谢，我还要在暑假的时候学会打乒乓球，因为我右眼视力才4.3，听妈妈说练乒乓球能恢复视力，又能运动自己的身体，真是一举两得呀!

首先，在学习方面：一、课前做好预习，给学习新的知识做好准备。在自己看不不明白的地方做个标记，特别是语文和英语一定要在课前读几篇课文。引用妈妈话说：“先跟这些新知识混个脸儿熟。”二、课上集中精力认真听讲。不能再像三年级以前那样。知识比较简单，所以有时候感觉会了就不想听了，或者是走神儿了。课堂上不放过老师讲的任何知识点。课后再把作业做完，这样学到的知识就不会忘了。三、课后认真复习，增加自己的阅读量，多看些有意义的书。在新的学期里，我一定改正之前会了就不用写了这种不好的心态，按时完成老师布置的每一项作业。读书这也是一种增长自己知识的好方法。一些国内外名着都蕴含了深刻的教育意义，不但增长知识面，还能引导自己心理健康成长。

其次，是工作方面：一、认真完成老师和学校交给我的每一项工作。身为大队委的一员，我一定不要辜负众望，一如既往的去帮助同学，服务班级。在自己的能力范围内开展一些小活动，活跃班级学习气氛。二、尊敬老师，团结同学，爱护集体。在平时的学习生活中。在尊敬老师，同学和睦相处。既要帮助那些需要帮助的同学，也要虚心接受老师和同学提出的宝贵意见。做一个谦虚，不骄不躁，成绩优秀的大队委干部。我相信我会做到的。

My traveling plan

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing,but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing,and I am too busy at school.This term is over,To my surprise,my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip:firstly I will go to the tiananmen square,I will take many pictures,then I am going to the palace museum,I can see many old builds there.secondly,I am goingto the wangfujing street,we will buy many things,for example,foods,clothes and some books.then I will go home. I think I will have a great trip to Beijing.

The new term is coming.I am excited..I will be in eight grade next term.

I will be more hard-studying in next term.And I will pay more attention to study math and physics.In order to be more and more healthy and strong.I will do more exercise next term.In the new term,I will know more focus of the world because I will read more newspaper.
