i will go to school few days later. i’m afraid that i can’t get used to the school life because i true very hate school. i don’t think there has a good school in my home. we have zero english teachers from usa and we have zero good computer ..may be many students can’t agree with me. but they will agree if they can see a really good school. do you agree with me.

一、读书

暑假那么长的时间，没有课上，那我觉得能够来读一读一向以来都想看的课外书籍了，我决定读《西游记》我的计划是在初中的三年时间里把我国古典的四大名著都看完，首先最想看的也就是《西游记》了，虽然小时候看过动画片，电视剧，还有各种版本的电影，可是原著却是一向都没有看过，这次必须要好好的看一下。毕竟其他的电影，电视这些都是再一次创作的，肯定和原著有一些区别，我那么喜欢孙悟空，必须要看看原著里的他究竟是怎样样的。

二、学习

虽然没有上课，可是我是个学生，怎样能不学习呢，我决定暑假的时候，把语文的一些课本，英语的单词，数学的难题都重新复习一遍，仅有加深印象，这样才不会忘记，异常是英语，我们生活的地方并没有时刻讲英语的环境，所以更要多记忆。我也把邻居家读高中姐姐的初二课本借了过来，预习下，可能有些也看不懂，但没关系，记下来，到时候上学了，课堂上学习的时候再仔细听教师讲解。

三、锻炼

暑假的时间那么多，并且我还是那么喜欢运动的一个人，怎样能缺少了锻炼，在这个暑假我要报名游泳班，争取一个暑假，能够把游泳这项运动学会，并且这是项很好的运动，锻炼了身体也能体验到乐趣。学习要精力旺盛，就少不了身体的支持，所以更需要做好锻炼了。

我的学习计划就是这样，把《西游记》读完，学会游泳，复习预习课本的知识，当然暑假的作业也是要做好的，虽然计划的东西并不是太多，可是只要把这些做好，我相信我的暑假是会过得很充实的，不单单是学到了东西，也体验到了乐趣。假期那么长，可不能白白浪费在玩游戏，打闹娱乐上头。

After morning’s class,we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria.It always brought us coolness.The food was so-so,but the home-cooking is much delicious.When we almost finished eating,I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign teacher Nick.A girl was sitting beside him.They were talking over lunch.I at once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it.We were so excited.I slowed my speed of eating to wait for that girl.At the moment,they finished their lunch and walked by us with the smile on their faces.Nick seemed so different from how he looked in the class.I guess that is the power of love.Hope they will enjoy everyday when they get together.So romantic!

firstly,i decide to try my best to learn english .because my english so poor that it affects my other subject.i willface many differences ,such as broadening my vocabulary, training my listening ,improving my write and so on. i must work hard because i dont want to behind the times.

secondly ,i will give up watching football games because every time it takes me two hours ,which makes me not finish my homework .as a student ,study is our duty ,so i wii focused more on study and less on playing . in order to my future ,i will work hard.

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

新的学期马上就要到来了，因此，我应该给自己制定一个学习计划来提升自己.

首先，我决定做好的家庭作业比以前更仔细点，和关注那些我不是很了解的知识，其次，我应该扩大阅读面并，并把理论和实践联合在一起.最后，我应该学会适应，变得更积极更乐于助人.

这就是我新的学期计划.

我住在农村，山清水秀空气好。愉快的暑假到了，父母不在家，为了使自己的假期生活过的健康充实，欢乐而有意义，我特别邀请阳老师，帮助我制定了暑假生活计划。计划大概分为两个方面：学习计划、生活计划。

第一，学习计划：

1、争取7月3日至7月23日完成语、数、英三门暑假作业。计划大概每天完成6面暑假作业。

2、预习语文六年级上册的古诗词，文言文，日积月累等等。并有重点的选择背诵。

3、预习六年级上册数学相关内容。

4、预习六年级上册英语的课程，默写有关单词，听磁带。

5、每天看课外书，报纸，还可以看看动画片，上网学习，但时间不能太长。

6、写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字一本。

7、我要写一些校园小短文，发在网上和阳光姐姐学习交流。

第二，生活计划：

1、培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮爷爷奶奶干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给爷爷奶奶捶捶背，帮爷爷奶奶洗碗、喂猪、喂鸡、买点东西等等。

2、要注意个人安全方面的问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出，不做危险违法的事。

3、要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去河里游泳一次(有大人陪着)。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果爷爷奶奶不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。见人要有礼貌。

4、每天晚饭后，我会和朋友一起聊天，或者看电视，之后刷牙、洗澡，睡觉。

这就是我的暑假计划，我相信只要认真执行这些计划，我就一定能过一个美好，愉快的暑假!

每天保障做一小时的语文或数学寒假作业;

每天保障一小时的无负担课外阅读;

每天保障一小时的英语自学;

每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动。

2、计划与非计划

如无特殊情况，每天必须完成以上计划;

每天的计划在得到“保障”的前提下，可灵活自由安排;

如果因外出旅游、回乡下度假等意外安排，可临时不予执行;

可以偶尔睡懒觉，但不要影响当日计划的实施。

二、学习计划

1、 不参加语文、数学的培优，不请家教，相关课程自己独立完成。

2、 语文课程计划

7月份完成暑假作业，8月中旬前检查、改正，查漏补缺;

把自己的藏书系统再读一遍，重点读历史、百科知识大全、漫画、中外名著导读等丛书;

假期可以自己买三本自己喜欢的任何书籍;

把以前稍显薄弱的阅读题的规范回答、错别字系统复习。

3、 数学课程计划查看.

7月份完成暑假作业，8月中旬前检查、改正，查漏补缺;

假期完成五年级《奥数提高班》的自学，基本掌握其要领，有选择性挑选典型题目做。

自己注意计算细心化的纠正。

4、 英语课程计划

英语学习能力和成绩一般，要重点加强学习兴趣和能力的培养;

把三年级和四年级的学校课本系统复习一遍，每天坚持听剑桥英语的磁带，时间不限;

假期把以前记得的英语单词都记在小本子上，分类汇总;

若有兴趣、有机会，可以把语音和音标接触、巩固一下，尽量保证发音标准。

三、活动安排

1、 随父母至少省内出去旅游一次，争取省外旅游去一次;

2、 至少去乡下亲戚家2次，体验生活，其中爷爷家族亲戚去一次，外公家族亲戚去一次;

3、 每天保障一小时的户外活动或运动，散步、溜冰、找小朋友玩等，要注意安全;

4、 每两天至少帮家里做一件家务事(10分钟以上)，洗衣服、择菜、简单做饭等;

5、 一个人尝试独立在家呆1-2天;邀请同学或者小朋友在家玩若干次，并独立招待;

6、 每周玩电脑2小时左右，重点加强打字能力的提高;

7、 尝试掌管家里经济和家务安排1-2天，当1-2天家长;

8、 其他：根据具体情况，灵活安排。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

Besides, I will learn how to think of the questions critically and study my courses creatively.

Secondly, it is also important to set aside some time for relaxation because study shouldnt occupy all of my free time. I will develop my hobbies to enrich my experience and broaden my horizon. As children we study in different places, we will return to our hometown in summer vacation. I was very excited to go back to my old hometown. You see the relatives you can only hear on the phone. In my hometown, I like to eat my grandmas braised duck. Now I want to make water. My sister, cousin and cousin of my hometown are having fun with me! We played a game of cooking, although it was mud, but it was fun. Its so interesting to catch locusts and dragonflies in the rice paddies! We also visited the song dynasty wall of ganzhou, the long wall, the Great Wall. Standing on the high wall, looking at the river under the wall, it seemed as if I had come to the song dynasty.

Time flies, and we are leaving home. Luckily, sister and cousin come to visit zhongshan with us. In zhongshan, my father took us to the purple ma ling park, the cultural arts center to see the chorus festival. In sun wen park, we told my sister that the tall statue was the grandfather of sun yat-sen. They were very happy and they thought that sun yat-sen was really great.
