2，3点钟务必做完，阅读时间1小时，看电视30分，(可以拿来打电脑注：只有电视时间才能拿来打电脑)4点30分下楼跳楼梯，跳绳，跑步。5点上楼做仰卧起坐一分钟务必做30个做10分钟。

3，5点10分学电脑(50分钟)6点吃饭6点20分务必吃完其余时间娱乐8点半洗脸刷牙洗澡9点睡觉。

二是作好读书笔记。对文中的精华与要点记录在笔记上，并写下自己的感悟与思考。

四是写出读书感想。通过反复阅读与思考，尝试撰写出每本书的阅读体会与感想。
