二、多参加一些社会实践活动。在学习之余，我们不能每天都在家里看电视，要多走出家门，参加一些有意义的社会实践活动。

三、阅读一些有益的书籍。长约两个月的寒假，我们不能只想着玩耍，还要多读一些好书，开阔我们的眼界。真正做到“敏而好学，不耻下问”。

四、走出家门，去户外锻炼身体。假期生活，当然少不了强健体魄。我们要充分利用假期时间，增强自己的抵抗力，让自己的身体更健康。

五、对下学期要学习的内容进行预习。我希望能在假期里，了解下学期要学习的内容，并进行预习，同时也要复习上学期学过的内容。

暑假在家我为我家指定了一个家庭健身计划，因为暑假全家有比较多的时间在一起运动健身，计划制定好之后全家都要按照我的计划健身，想想我就开心，以下就是我制定的家庭健身计划。

一、锻炼前的准备：

1、在家准备一块有5-6平米的锻炼活动场地。

2、准备一块橡皮垫或地毯放在卧凳下，以防止哑铃放在地面上损坏地板。

3、准备一面镜子挂在墙上，以备锻炼时纠正动作。

4、准备一架音响或录音机，以备锻炼时播放音乐，这样可以提高锻炼热情。

5、准备一只可以调节卧板斜度的坐、卧两用凳或一只长凳。

6、准备一副可以自由调节重量的和有锁紧卡箍的哑铃。

二、锻炼的基本知识：

2、在锻炼中必须结合准确运用肌肉锻炼的原则。可以参考这篇文章《肌肉男是怎样练成的》

3、每周锻炼三次，隔天练习一次，每个部位每周锻炼一次，每次锻炼哑铃30-45分钟。

4、锻炼前先做5-10分钟的暖身和伸展运动，锻炼结束后做10-15分钟的有氧运动。

5、每个动作每组间休息1-1.5分钟，每组间歇做有关部位的伸展拉伸活动。

6、锻炼时的重量如果超过规定的试举次数或完成不太费劲，就可以增加5-10%的重量，以加深刺激。

爸爸妈妈看到我的健身计划都夸我想法很好，制定得很合理周全，期待我们在这个暑假坚持健身，更健康更快乐。

The new term will begin again. I worked out a new semester plan with my mom and dad. Lets see how I plan it.

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. I also decided to read a composition class to improve my composition to an ideal level. 我的学习计划把我的寒假安排的满当当的。我计划在放假前把所有的作业都一扫而光，在过年后用三天的时间把上册的知识复习一下，我们的圣人孔子说过“温故而知新”嘛!剩下的时间就要来预习下册新的知识了，要不然怎么能在高手如云的学校有立足之地呢?我把我的这些学习计划写在了一张纸上，贴在我的学习桌前，让它小小的纸张发挥大作用，它可以起到一个提醒督促的作用。

说与做是两码事，在我的寒假学习计划上可真是体现的淋漓尽致啊!我每天早上等到太阳姐姐晒到被子上才起床，一整天手中的笔写写停停，总是禁不止电视和电脑的诱惑，放在学习桌前的寒假学习计划表成了废纸一张。我的作业到大年初十才全部完成，复习计划用了五天的时间，预习计划更是完成的不堪入目，数学只预习了老师必须让预习的前两单元，其他的学科几乎在原地踏步走。我的自制力和效率也太差了!

我的寒假学习计划就完成得这么不尽人意，原因是什么?我自己觉得是有点懒散，没有想学习的那股劲头，自制力太差，学习效率太低。我一定要认真改正，让自己以后所有的计划成为现实而不是泡影，希望在下一年寒假能够过得充实快乐些!
