暑假真漫长，所以我要利用这个假期来进行的我的伟大计划，那就是减肥，我从网上查找了一些资料，我看到网上说：“胖不是能量摄取过度，而是下滑和排泄功能受损，力量不足才造成的垃圾没办法排除，不要只是一味不吃，反而我们要为内脏提供适当的能量与营养，让他们正常工作后才能把垃圾排出去!”

所以我制定了属于自己的一套减肥健身饮食计划：

规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

暑假过后我就要上大学了，可是现在我还是一个小胖妞看，所以我下定了决心要在这个暑假制定我的健身减肥计划，在这个暑假减肥成功，变成一个窈窕淑女进入大学新生活!

要点：练习所有胸部动作时记住要挺胸做，学会用胸肌发力，而不是拱背。练习背部动作时，意念在背上，要体会用背发力，不要用手臂发力做动作。

第二天 腿、臀、有氧

不负重蹲30次热身

深蹲30RM×3

弓箭步25RM×3

提踵20RM×3

股二弯举25RM×3

后摆腿25RM×3

跑步30～40分钟

要点：别用大重量，别用爆发力。下蹲后意念在臀部发力，站起后也要收紧臀部(男生为了练腿是用大腿的股四头肌发力的)。保持腰背腿臀的紧张，动作宜慢，防止受伤。注意组间和训练后的抻拉练习，把线条拉开。

第三天 腹、有氧

6、写暑假日记一本，作文10篇，练好钢笔字一本。

7、_要写一些校园小短文，发在网上和阳光姐姐学习交流。

第二，生活计划：

1、培养个人的生活能力，比如：做饭、洗衣服。帮爷爷奶奶干一些力所能及的家务活，扫扫地，给爷爷奶奶捶捶背，帮爷爷奶奶洗碗、喂猪、喂鸡、买点东西等等。

2、要注意个人安全方面的问题，不私自下河游泳，不能私自外出，不做危险违法的事。

3、要每天锻炼身体，坚持跑步，每个星期天去爬一次山。每个星期六去河里游泳一次(有大人陪着)。每天还要早起，不睡懒觉。如果爷爷奶奶不在家，不能给陌生人开门，不跟陌生人讲话。见人要有礼貌。

4、每天晚饭后，_会和朋友一起聊天，或者看电视，之后刷牙、洗澡，睡觉。

暑假过后我就要进入大学了，所以趁着这个暑假我要在健身房实施我的健身计划，为艰苦的军训训练做准备。为此我制定了一个暑假的健身房初级健身计划。

在锻炼之前要先进行5～10分钟的热身运动，这样有利用于更好的拉伸身体部位，也避免了不必要的伤害，热身运动可以使用跑步机，在跑步过程中尽量把全身各部分的关节都活动拉伸下。

3～4周开始训练2～3组，每组12～16RM。

第二个月训练强度增加到3～4组，每组8～12RM。

前两个月的计划可以按照上面的做，从第三个月开始就要增加重量和组数了。可以从不同的训练来进行全方位的肌肉刺激，达到更有力的去扩展肌肉。

这就是我的暑假健身房初级健身计划，我下定决心好好坚持，暑假过后，以强健的身体素质迎接军训。

通过这学期的几次月考，发现了学生们普遍存在的一些问题，针对这些问题在寒假里进行针对性的训练是很有必要的。

1、单词掌握得不错，却不会在填单词的句子中运用，失分很多。

2、能记住重点句型，但不会灵活变换句式。

3、了解语法，却不会做时态填空。

5、知道如何写作文，却在写作时漏洞百出。

7、听力很差，失分很高，尤其是分析题。

所以，针对存在的问题，为避免以后重现类似错误，为复习考试奠定一个好的基础，特做计划如下：

1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

我们大家再往里走看见有的已经看不见什么字了，有的只能隐隐约约地看见几个字。我们几个男生在石碑旁边数了数，大约数了五分钟，最终的数字使我们全班同学惊叹，一共有190个石碑呢，可是，我在一想这个虽说是出人意料，但是在世界上所有奇观当中，也算得上是在情理之中!所有的景物都看完了天气也渐渐的凉爽起来，我们迎着微风，回到了家。过了几天，爸爸妈妈又带我去参观香山附近的植物园。一进植物园的大门，我们就看见一朵朵盛开的鲜花绽放在我们的眼前!

再往前走，我们走进了玫瑰园。映在我们眼前的是一大片绿绿的草坪和一朵朵好看的玫瑰花，有黄的，有红的，还有紫的呢! 接着我们来到了温室。在温室里我们看到最多的就是那在热带生长出来的“仙人掌”。我们看见的仙人掌各式各样，非常奇特。有圆形的、有柱子形的。非常有趣!

时间过得真快，一下子就到中午了。今天我们玩的非常愉快，我真希望有时间再去一次植物园!、爸爸妈妈为了让我在暑假里学得更多，又带我去中山音乐堂观看了京剧。我们看了《四郎探母》、《念状子》、《卖水》、《闹天宫》这四场戏，没想到，看完后使我知道了很多关于戏剧方面的知识：在京剧中专门有“唱”、“念”、“作”、“打”这四个字来给京剧分类，“唱”的意思是全都是唱戏，“念”的意思是念白，没有唱的，而“作”就是有唱的也有念的，而“打”就全都是打戏不说也不唱。

由此大家就应该可以知道，《四郎探母》是唱戏，《念状子》是念白，《卖水》则是有唱得也有念的，《闹天宫》就是打戏啦!这个假期我真是收获不小，我真期盼着过下一年的暑假!!!

i first read this book when i was in my fifteens. and now i remember it just as well as if i had read it yesterday.

pride and prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.

my first impression of this story was from screen.

its long long ago, maybe before i can read english books. i dont remember which movie edition i had seen. but i was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. i was very favor of a section of music in its balls. its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. regarding to the characters, i liked elizabeth, the heroine,though i didnt think shes beautiful. but shes smart. however, i didnt pay much attention to the plot. i thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. by now, i havent read the whole story in english or its chinese version, either. i owe it to my prejudice.
