Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

我打量这位僧人，不由肃然起敬。整个下午，我看他从井筒里，至少挑有四五十担水，每一次把水筲从井口提出来的时候，都是绳直而不弯，水满而不盈。然后将水再倒进铁桶里，几乎很少泼洒在井栏上。担水一路，步履安详，也不见溅溢出来。这种从容不迫，举止得当的神态，令我神往。我想换了我，是做不到的，尤其那些有钱的和尚在身边走来走去的时候，大概是无法沉得住气和大度起来的。

于是，我向他请教心静之术。他合十说，佛是不许打诳的，他没有想得这么多，甚至根本不曾想，心里只有这桶水，也就不可能生出其他杂念了。他虽然不是高僧，但他的话，他的行为，却透出一种颖悟。从此，每当我感到心烦意躁之时，就想想这位担水的和尚，顿觉有习习凉风，由腋下生起，不由轻快许多。其实，杂念即欲。人世间的许多烦恼，皆因太在乎那桶水外的名欲和物欲，纠缠其中，才不能自拔的。如果只求挑好自己那桶水，摒除杂念，力臻宁静淡泊的境界，我想，无论对已，还是对人，都会是一件有益的事情。

通常，人老了，意味着成熟。作家老了，尤其应该如此。我特别钦佩文学长者笔下，那种对于命运的领悟，人生的豁达，世情的谙悉，社会的了解，所言所行，常常于不期然中所闪烁出的智慧之光，足使我们这些后辈于迷蒙中清晰，混沌中了然，而获益匪浅。因此，我总感觉到这些老者的人品，风范，学问，乃至于炉火纯青的文章，由于经过了长时间的历练磨砺，虽岁月迁移，世道变幻，已无碍于那光辉的存在。于是在我脑海里，对这些敬仰的前辈，遂凝固成一个如玉之润，如石之坚，如水之静，如海之深的永恒印象。

不知道这是否可称之为在历史中的永恒，读者心目中的不朽？

有一年的冬天，我去积雪覆盖着的托尔斯泰的庄园参观。那庄园叫亚斯纳亚，位于离莫斯科不很远的图拉附近。也怪，那天也不知为什么，偌大的庄园，银装素裹，一望皆白，竟再无其他来参观的人，显得十分地落寞。当时，我心中涌上来很冷清，也很凄凉的感慨。因为看不到太多脚印的雪地，是冷落的最好见证。

托尔斯泰就这样很不起眼地埋葬在他的庄园里，一条平平常常的土路旁边。

虽然陪伴着这位文学巨人的，是那晶莹的雪和那冷冽的空气，但他的智慧之光，却会永远点亮世人的心。
