一、指导思想。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

我的家乡是北方的一个边陲小城。随着时代的变迁，它也经历了脱下旧衣换新装的过程。无论是城市面貌、经济、科技、生活水平等多方面都发生了翻天覆地的变化。

回顾往昔，简陋的小城黄土铺道，街道两旁竖着七扭八歪的电线杆，也没有几盏路灯和几颗绿树，要是大风天的话，尘土飞扬，有的人都要用纱巾把头罩上防止迷眼睛。晚间道路黑暗，所以很少有人走动，给人一种不安全感，矮矮的平房一排一排，祖孙三代都住在一起。条件好些的是砖瓦房，不好的只能是泥草房。人们每天按部就班地工作，同吃大锅饭，没人想着去创新发展，安于现状，生活物资缺乏，得凭票供应，难道这座不起眼的小城就永远这样了吗？

记得三年级的时候，我们准备英语期末考试，我便很得意扬扬地对我的英语同桌说：‘没事，怎么都会考一百，所以不用那么紧张！我的同桌听了我一番话心里也有一点骄傲，滴滴。上课了，看见老师手里拿着一张试卷，我心里很激动拿到试卷后，我用了利剑一样的速度把卷纸写完了，看了一眼，就玩起了笔来，等老师叫传试卷时，我急忙把试卷传给了上一个同学，心里还很得意。等老师公布成绩时，我的心却像揣着一只兔子，七上八下的。当老师念到我时我的心像要从嗓子眼里跳出来，突然，我听到了山崩地理的响声：杨瑞，89分！我的脸一瞬间变成了一个红苹果，心犹如春天里刚绽放开的花瓣就被春风吹散了一样。

经过了这件事之后我意识到我的英语成绩并不理想，还需要勤奋学习才行。我上了英语补习班，每节课，我却认真倾听，课后认真读单词，读课文，现在我每一次英语考试都能考上95分以上，有时还能考100。我知道了做什么事情一定要努力，不能盲目自信。

时光荏苒，是谁让家乡旧貌换新颜？是谁给人们带来新的希望？是谁给人们创造幸福安定的生活？这些变化都是由祖国的强大而赋予每个人的幸福感和归属感！

昔日，我的家乡坐落在广东省一个偏远的小山村，通往县城的只有一条泥巴单行道，每到赶集的时候，经常可以看到车的“长龙”，通往各家各户的也只有晴天“尘扬面”，雨天“和稀泥”的泥巴路。村民们居住环境大多是瓦房，若风大点，随时有坍塌的危险。

自从国家开展新农村建设工作以来，我的家乡也在发生了翻天覆地的变化。

如今，原本坑坑洼洼、尘土飞扬的泥巴单行道，俨然换成了宽阔的水泥路，道路两旁栽满了花草树木，上学再也不用担心鞋子会面目全非了；村口也设有专门的垃圾屋，村民也自觉把垃圾分类丢弃，田野里的垃圾也减少了，处处呈现一派“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”的好风光；家家户户都有摩托车，人们再也不用辛辛苦苦背着自己的农作物到县城去交易了；昔日的瓦房已不复存在，一栋栋崭新的楼房如雨后春笋般从村庄各个角落冒起，院一到晚上，大家出行再也不像往常那样麻烦，因为道路两旁都安装了路灯照明，构成了一幅亮丽祥和的乡村静夜图。村里也特别注重环境绿化，村口也专门设立垃圾屋，人们也提高了垃圾分类意识。前屋后都栽满了四季常青的风景树，五彩缤纷的花草，闲暇之余，邻里间都会在树荫下聊家常，孩子们在一旁欢快玩耍，无不体现幸福祥和的氛围！谁能说这不是我们祖国强大而带来的幸福生活呢？

现在，一提起家乡的新农村建设，人们的话语就犹如黄河之水滔滔不绝，说不完的喜事、开心事、幸福事；道不尽对国家的深情和感激。眉宇间处处体现着国家繁荣昌盛给农村带来的喜悦。

我想，不仅是我的家乡在变化，祖国的每一个地方都在变化变强大，只有祖国好，我们的生活才会越来越美好！

There is an old saying goes that failure is the mother of success. Everyone

confronts with failures even those famous and successful figures. Some people

say that failure lashes them to work harder. Some think that failures are so

depressing and we should not to make any failures. For me, I cherish failures

very much for we can realize our shortcomings from them.

First of all, we can learn from failure and get more experience. It is

indeed so disappointed when we confront with failure. However, we can always get

some experience from failures and makes us understand our weak point. If we can

learn from failure, then we will avoid such problem in the coming days.

Secondly, the more failures, the more successful we will be. As the old

saying goes that failure is the mother of success. The more failure we make, the

more successful we will be. If we make many mistakes, then we will learn a lot

from them and will do better when we meet the same kind of problems. This means

we will obtain great success if we meet more failures.

All in all, failure is a bad thing for people, but it is a good chance for

us to learn more from it and become successful in the future.

我的家乡叫隆阜，是一个有六千多人的镇。以前，没有固定的垃圾场，也没有人收集和运送垃圾，于是，大家都是乱倒垃圾，特别是河边成了大家倾倒垃圾的场所。一年四季倾倒垃圾的地方都臭气熏天。特别是在夏天，更是臭味扑鼻，蚊子和苍蝇到处乱飞，严重影响我们的身体健康。

为了保护环境、为了人们的身体健康，后来，政府在村口建起一座垃圾处理厂，在村里许多地方建起垃圾收集场，还安排了专门环卫工人，将垃圾收集场的垃圾，每天都收集运送到垃圾处理厂去处理。

现在，我们家乡的变化可大了！有了垃圾收集场，再也没有人乱丢垃圾了。有环卫工人运送垃圾，垃圾场里的垃圾能得到及时清理，再也没有了熏人的气味，在夏天，讨厌的苍蝇和蚊子很少看见了。有许多人为了保护环境，还在自家的院子里种上树木、栽上花草，把自家的庭院打扮成一个美丽的花园似的。春天里，走到哪里都能闻到扑鼻的花香；夏天里，走到哪里，都可以看到郁郁葱葱的绿叶；秋天里，都能看到诱人的瓜果挂满枝头；冬天里，梅花的香味穿过庭院，充满整个村子。

现在，我们的家乡简直像个美丽的大花园，我爱我的家乡！
