星期天，我们非常6+1小组来到蓬莱公园，开展了一期以“保护环境”为主题的实践活动。

我们首先观看了视频片《美丽的仙河》，以前的仙河镇真是太美了，各个小区排列有序，树木郁郁葱葱，围绕着仙河镇的神仙沟清澈见底，河水叮叮咚咚的唱着歌，空气甜润诱人，还被评为全国的文明住宅小区呢，正如歌里唱的那样“我爱你的碧水芳草，我爱你的红墙绿瓦，我爱你烟雨中如诗如画……”

可是现在，大量的化工厂和人们保护环境意识的减少，神仙沟变成了臭水沟，再也看不到孩子们下水摸鱼的情景了，只能看见发着臭气的水和翻肚皮的死鱼，白色垃圾满天飞，废电池乱扔。

我们拿着相机把不爱护环境的行为都拍了下来，我竟然光在早市上就拍了50多张，地上有糖纸、烟头、废纸、烂菜叶子和废弃的塑料袋，很多人都是找不到垃圾桶，随地乱扔。一路走下来，真的觉得保护环境太重要了，我想把这些照片发到仙河吧上，告诉人们一定要保护环境。虽然我现在只能做些微小的事，但是我想要是人人都有保护环境的责任心，从自己做起，从小事做起，携手保护我们的家园，自然会给人类应有的回报。

这次的小组活动，我还知道了很多日常生活中保护环境的做法，少开汽车、不用一次性用品、少用塑料袋、不燃放烟花爆竹等等，我相信，通过大家的努力，仙河镇的未来一定绿树成荫、鲜花遍地，我们幸福的生活着。

快乐的暑假开始了，我回到了阔别已久的家乡，这是一片生态的土地，空气的清新、环境的整洁，让生活在这边的人们更加舒心。

自从开展美丽乡村建设，家乡的领头人在当地党委政府的正确领导下，立足于高起点、高标准、高品位，实施环境综合整治工作，人居环境，基础建设，生产生活条件得到了极大改善，村容村貌焕然一新。

这里新铺的水泥路，宽阔整洁，新建的生态花架、鹅卵石步道、长廊构成一幅美丽乡村新图景。经过整治的河道、河岸，水清岸绿，形成一道亮丽的风景线。

以前村里的生活垃圾都是随意倒的，自从开展美丽乡村建设，村里组建了垃圾清运队伍，建立“垃圾定点倒、定人管、定期运”管理机制；拆除村庄畜禽养殖等乱搭盖建筑物，有效消除村庄脏乱散现象。同时，深化落实河长制，清理疏浚河道，实现了河畅、水清、岸绿。

随着交通便利，在改善人居环境的同时，村里又在增收致富上做文章，大力发展乡村旅游，建设生态农庄、旅游民宿，以及当地特色生态农产品为主的乡村旅游项目，有效带动村民增收致富、村财增收，群众的幸福指数提高了。

我坚信家乡的明天将更加灿烂更加美好。

十月一日正好是国庆节，也就是祖国妈妈的生日。

每当国庆节来临之际，单位的门上挂起了灯笼，甚至上面都插上了彩旗，门上还张贴了“欢度国庆”四个大字。公园、大街小巷的树上都挂了灯笼。街道两边都摆满了五颜六色的鲜花。到处洋溢着节日气氛。

Also,the people in my hometown are getting busier, everywhere you can see peoples footprints.

People always say in one life, they can’t be sailing plainly, it means

people will meet all kinds of difficulties and they are easy to feel frustrated,

the one who gets over frustration, the one who becomes successful. When we meet

difficulties, we must learn to face it in the optimistic way, so we can see the

hope and have the faith to move on. The difficult moment is just the small

interlude of our lives. As the saying that failure is the mother of success, so

谈起运动，虽然我不是特别擅长，但会的也不少，滑冰啦、羽毛球啦、足球啦……都会一点点，其中有一项是我特别喜欢的，充满热血的运动“网球”。

一开始我喜欢上网球是因为一部动漫《网球王子》，里面的一群热血的少年把他们的.梦想与希冀都投入到网球这项运动中来了，渐渐地，我被他们对生活的热情以及对梦想的激情感染了，也学起了网球。当网球和球拍拿到手上时，我就知道网球绝对没有想象的简单，连握拍的方法都有讲究，先是要练习挥拍，练了足足有一个星期，手臂都酸痛得举不起来了，然后教练说，可以练习发球了，发球看着简单，实际很难，一颗黄色的小球沉甸甸地，还要用力把它抛起来，再跳起来，用力把球打出去。每天回家都是大汗淋漓的，更难的还在后面呢，发球过了击球，然后每天要对着墙壁打，差点没把我累趴下，唉，想到《网球王子》中最经典的外旋发，那简直就是"Ma Da Ma Da Dane!"

功夫不负有心人，我终于可以和别人练单打了，不过比赛刚打到一半，刚才还自信满满的我对于满场跑的待遇有点吃不消了，勉强打了一个球过去，便把球拍一扔，头朝后直挺挺地倒了下去，我的对手也就是我的表哥，慢悠悠地走了过来，邪邪地笑了一下，说：“看来我老妹也不过如此嘛，教练说，你体力太差，绕网球场跳十圈。”我欲哭无泪地爬了起来，把表哥假惺惺伸过来的爪子拍开，瞪了他一眼，很有志气地说了句：“切，你Ma Da Ma Da Dane!"

练习网球虽然很累，但也很快乐，因为网球是一种热血的运动，让人感到生命存在的动力，可以在球场上尽情挥洒激情·梦想·乃至青春！

As the only child in my family, I know how much effort my parents put upon me, therefore I want to do something for my parents .I can give them hugs and kisses when they get home after a day of hard work. Then, I will take their slippers for them. I cant cook, but I can always help my mather wash the dishes. I cant read that much words, but I can always fetch my father his glasses whenever he needs them. In the evening I will make beds for them before they go to sleep.

We talked about the advantages and disadvantages of internet shopping these

days. Some students think its very convenient for us to go shopping on the

我住在利代村，前几年我村的道路特别烂，特别是阴天下雨的时候特别难走，我躲在屋里不想到外面去。

我的家乡是一个非常美丽的地方，不过，要是以前，我一定不会觉得我的家乡非常的美丽，我之所以会有这样的转变，还是因为家乡的变化。

在我的印象中家门口的那条小道从来就没有干净过，不但狭窄、凹凸不平，而且是土路，到处都是水洼，更糟糕的是，每当雨后去姥姥家，一不小心踩错了地方，我的新皮鞋就会沾满泥土，弄得脏兮兮。姥姥家住的是平房，只有三间，里面矮矮的、暗暗的，还有一股很古怪的味道。姥姥家的厕所在院子里，很小、很窄，而且很臭、很深，害得我小时候每到姥姥家，就尽量避免上厕所。

不过，那都数去了，现在，又矮又暗的平房变成了又高又干净的居民楼，一条条泥泞的小道不见了，取而代之的宽敞明亮的柏油马路。路边种植的是郁郁葱葱的梧桐树，浅绿色的草地，就像世界杯比赛的场地，让人眼前一亮。上面是各种各样说不出名字的小野花，即使这样，也给这片新天地有添加了一丝活力。再转头望去那幢幢厂房，代替了以前脏丑的垃圾场。晚上，马路上灯火辉煌，霓虹灯装点的想象仙境一样，孩子们在篮球场上打篮球，老人们在灯下聊天、下棋、打牌，真是好不热闹啊。

上楼到姥姥家里去，真是宽敞又明亮，各式各样的家用电器和之前迥乎不同，既新潮又典雅，不得不令人伸出大拇指说棒。而且姥姥现在很享受她的后半生，不愁吃不愁穿，因为社区委员会都会按季度给大家分配粮食、日常用品，又有老年人休闲娱乐的专用场所，姥姥经常高兴的合不拢嘴。

妈妈曾告诉我说，她像我这么大的时候啊，每天不上学的时候，就要和姨妈到市场去卖桃子、帮姥爷姥姥到地里干活。姥姥生了六个孩子，家里穷，没有什么好东西吃，能吃火烧的就很好了。但是现在，却截然不同。平常想吃什么，就到市场里去买，各种各样什么品种都有，而且都很新鲜，真的很方便。妈妈总是告诉我，生活在我们这个年代，真的真的很幸福，所以要好好珍惜!
