八月十五中秋节，今天给大家讲一下中秋节的一些习俗和来历。

中秋节，又称月夕，秋节，仲秋节，八月节，追月节，玩月节，拜月节，女儿节或团圆节，是流行于中国众多民族与汉文化圈，诸国的传统文化节，时在农历八月十五日;因其恰值三秋之半，故名，也有些地方将中秋节定在农历八月十六日。

中秋节始于唐朝初年，盛行于宋朝，至明清，已成为与春节齐名的中国传统节日之一。受中华文化的影响，中秋节也是东亚和东南亚一些国家尤其是当地的华人华侨的传统节日。自2006年5月20日，我国国务院也将此节日列入首批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

中秋节有个神奇的传说;就是大家再也熟悉不过的嫦娥奔月了。话说有一天，后羿向王母娘娘求得一包不死药。据说服下此药就能升天成仙。后羿不舍得撇下妻子嫦娥，独自升天成仙，就把这包不死药交给嫦娥保管。嫦娥将这包不死药藏在床头的梳妆台里。

后羿有个学生，名叫蓬蒙，本就是心怀鬼胎，心术不正的他知道后羿有一包不死药，开心的不得了，变案子策划准备偷不死药。三天后，后羿要带学生出门狩猎，蓬蒙为偷不死药假装自己生病，然后等后羿带着学生外出狩猎时，他拿着刀，逼嫦娥交出不死药。嫦娥一气之下，拉出床头柜一口吞了不死药，嫦娥忽然感觉自己变的轻飘飘，之后双脚离地，升上了月亮。

后羿回来后，得知此事，悲痛万分，就在嫦娥经常游玩的后花园摆上了嫦娥爱吃的，糕饼和水果，之后便有了拜月的传统仪式。!
