The older I grow, the more I appreciate children. Now, at my 80th birthday, I salute them again. Children are the most wholesome part of the race, the sweetest, for they are freshest from the hand of God. Whimsical, ingenious, mischievous, they fill the world with joy and good humor. The Mid-Autumn Festival has all interesting history. Long ago in one of the

dynasties of China there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not

manage the country well. The people were so angry that some brave ones suggested

killing the king. So they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time

and put them into cakes.

On the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every person was told to buy the

cakes. When they ate them they discovered the notes. So they gathered together

to make a sudden attack on the king. From then on the Chinese people celebrate

on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat moon cakes in memory of that

important event.

When the Mid-Autumn Festival is near, shop windows are beautifully

decorated. Many moon cakes are displayed for people to buy. People send presents

such aswine, fruits and moon cakes to their friends and relatives. In the

evening of the day, they have a feast. After the feast, they go out to the

garden to look at the moon. The children run and laugh on the streets.

It is believed that the moon is at her brightest on this night. Many poems

have been written about it, and poets are never tired of reading and writing

such poems. In Chinese literature, the moon of the Mid Autumn Festival has been

compared to a looking-glass, a jade rabbit, and so on. It seems that Chinese

literature takes far more interest in the moon than in the sun.

一、纵观近年各地中考英语写作题，题材一般是写人、写事、写物、写景、日记、书信、通知、便条等文体。一般来说，不同的写作题材，它的人物，时间，写作的重点也是不尽相同的。下面结合一些常见的题型介绍一下写作的注意事项以及写作技巧。

1、以图表提供情景的作文要以“读”为主，首先要读懂图表中的数据、时间、编码、序号以及相互间的变化关系，对所给的信息加以分析、推断、筛选、概括、去粗取精；在写作时目的要明确，要注意内容的准确性和严肃性，尤其是图表中的数据、时间等不得有误。

2、以图画提供情景的作文应以“看”为主，通过细心观察图中的人物、景物、文字、环境、数字等，弄清写作的意图，通过分析思考把握逻辑联系，找出主题并借助所给的文字，把图中的信息转化成文章，但要注意，文章不能停留在图画的浅表，而要表达出提供情景的意图和内涵。

三、最后将中考写作的基本步骤和技巧归纳为以下几个环节：

1、细心审题细读题目中每一项提示或观察所给的每一幅画，明确文章的中心思想，弄清题意，确定写作体裁，掌握所要表达的要点做到心中有数，避免随心所欲，文不对题。

2、理顺要点在所给提示或图上标出要点，然后按事件先后的顺序或各要点之间的内在联系排序，分出层次。如果是看图作文，则要按图构思，这样做既可避免要点遗漏，又可使表达内容条理清楚。

3、构成框架将理顺的要点或每幅图画的含义加以连贯，构成写作的整体框架，进一步定人称、定时态语态、定顺序、定段落、定开头结尾。基本框架构成后，写作就有了把握。4、组织句子用自己最熟悉的短语或句型将理顺的要点逐句表达出来，多用简单句，用有把握的复合句。要扬长避短，避难就易。若遇到表达障碍，可换一种说法，将一句变成两、三句，只求达意。

《水调歌头》在中秋的地位，是许多诗词都无法超越的，尤其是当你独自一人的时候，这首词才能真正地散发出其独有的气质。虽然中秋的那一天，我并不是真正意义上的一个人，但是从心里说，和一个人实在没有多大区别。

小的时候我什么也不知道，但从记事而起，中秋的时候我是一次也没有在姥姥家度过。因为我觉得，姥姥那里应该是母亲去才对，而我应该留在家才对。也许是时间改变了我的想法，坐着车往家里放了点儿东西，便随着姐姐去了姥姥家。

坐在车里，我看着路上来来往往的汽车，密密麻麻的行人，内心觉得：中秋真好！于是，一路上只顾着看外面的风景，和车里的几个人没说几句话，而他们也全然不在意我的冷淡。对此习以为常的姐姐和姨夫一大家子聊得正好，突然问了我一句，“你们放几天假啊？”我漫不经心地随口一说：“好像是四天。”说完又接着看属于我自己的风景。

车速开得的确不慢，但因为堵车而浪费了许多时间。约莫半个小时后，我们终于到了。下车，进门，叫一声姥姥，坐下，拿笔，写作业，吃月饼。在姥姥家，我总是觉得很无聊，没意思。只好拿起笔来消遣点儿寂寞，给自己营造点儿乐趣。就这样，也只好这样，我无聊着，无聊着，一个人无聊着。

这个时候，我忽然想起了苏轼的《水调歌头》，慢慢想着，似乎觉得自己就如同他一般，除了没有月亮，没有酒。就这样，也只好这样，我幻想着，幻想着，一个人幻想着。

吃完中午的团圆饭后，姐姐看着电视，而我却做着作业。时间继续无聊地流逝着，我也继续无聊地移动着自己的笔，无聊地写着一些无聊的化学实验现象。

在一起的亲人的确不少，但不善于交际的我感觉好像是自己一个人过着一样。内心思考着，无聊地思考着。熬了一下午的我，催促着母亲回家，不想让她浪费时间和口水在家长里短上。因为她不可能将一年里发生的事情在几个小时里全都说完，而且我也不喜欢拖时间。

回到了自己家，但依然还是让我收获无聊。该来的人或许根本没来，或许早已离去；而不该来的人，留下痕迹便离开了。我的脑海里依然存在无聊，一个人的中秋，也只有我能明白，无聊的我在内心思考着一些莫名的问题。

也许在国民心中，中秋节已经失去了原来的形态，已经不再团圆的那种喜悦，亦已经不再是赏月的最好时光，更多的人应该只是认为，这是一个形式，一顿饭，一瓶酒，另外加上一对不痛不痒的话。

一个人的中秋，我终于看到了那朦胧的月亮，却不再是十几年前的那个月亮。今晚的月不再明亮，不再饱满。我在院子里看着月，慢慢看着它被云遮掩，慢慢看着天空落下雨滴。我、一个人，过着一个人的中秋。

记得央视晚会上的一个主持人说过：“这是我十几年来第一个下雨的中秋节。”而我只想说，这是我十一年来第一个一个人的中秋节。

一个人站在院里，看着看不见的月亮，想起往事，慢慢流下了泪。流泪的我突然明白：月亮没变，只是人变了。
