This summer, I had some special days. I joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.

First, I will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. They are friendly and beautiful. They are students at oxford university.

We talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

We know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

We tried to write a letter to principal zhang. We made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. We gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. how delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in england. I learned a lot and like english more. I also know better ways to learn english well.

Every year, my school will have the summer camp activity. I love to join this activity so much, because I can have a lot of fun with my friends. When the summer holiday came, my cousin and I went to Huamei International School and joined the English and Art Camp.

在这个暑假我去了李阳疯狂英语第二十九界夏令营，我在那里愉快的度过了这短短的十二天。

这是我第三次去了，但是，这次的效果有明显的不一样!这次我没有浪费时间，不象以前，为了不想上课，骗老师说我肚子疼，要去校医室休息一下。

后来，被校医说成了十二指肠，真的很气人!不过，如果我不总是装肚子疼的话，我想，就不会把我说成十二指肠了吧!

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. 7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

7月25日---8月3日，XX中学组织2014级高一新生80人在XX工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。

为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

第四节课(讲座)

英语书面表达要注意的几个问题(主要结合高考评卷中反映出的学生答题出现的突出问题，提出平时学生在书面表达训练中应该强化训练的方向，应该积累的知识等等)

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

[英语夏令营活动意义

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills such as the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Studentsthe Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

英语暑假夏令营还特别安排了一个外教活动课，就是跳跳绳只类的活动。有一次的活动是跳长绳很过长绳。我们大家都不会，英语老师先来，因为她很肥，所以跑过去，扑，摔了一跤。但是，她一点不计较，而且很开心，让我们也来。很好玩的。

上了2个星期，我已经深深地感受到了外国教师的魅力，他们的幽默风趣诙谐，他们使我学会了标准的发音英语，也让我开朗了许多。

我盼望已久的夏令营终于开始了，怀着紧张而又激动的心情走进中山大学珠海校区。眼前的一切一切都感到陌生。陌生的环境;陌生的营友;陌生的老师;好不容易拿到了一切证件和书本，接下来是找宿舍。随着拥挤的人群，终于来到了榕园。望着眼前这座高大雄伟的建筑物，想着我将在这里住半个月，我不亦乐乎。经过咨询，才知道我的宿舍在301。我们三步并作两步走了进去。哇，眼前的一切让我感到吃惊。宿舍又小又闷，而且没风扇又没空调，这半个月我要受苦了，真惨啊!但一想：来这里就是要学会独立自理的，又不是来享福，所以我要学会吃苦耐劳!

我们宿舍里每个晚上都有蟑螂、飞虫之类小虫子飞进来，我们都又怕又不知怎么办，只好呆呆地坐着。幸好宿舍里有两个高二的姐姐保护我们，否则我们不知该如何是好。晚上虽然有点热，但是感觉很新鲜，很快便入睡。

我们在这里天天都要上课。从宿舍走到教学楼需要一个钟头。而我们每天要走3个来回，所以想减肥的人来参加这个夏令营一定能减肥成功!我们上课是外教和一个助教上的。上课的形式很灵活，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿单词接龙，一会儿听老师讲故事。我们上课也很随便，外教不会要你坐得整整齐齐，我们喜欢干嘛就干嘛，可以到处乱走，可以下位同其他同学进行英语交流。因为外教喜欢自由，所以也让我们自由。

在这里，我认识了许许多多的朋友，同她们在生活上互帮互助，一起学习，一起聊天。每当我无聊时，她们便会讲笑话给我听;每当我作业不会做时，她们便会一题一题地讲解给我听，直到我会为止;每当我生活上遇到困难时，她们会尽自己最大的力量帮助我;每当我伤心时，她们会安慰我;同她们在一起，我觉得时间过得飞快，觉得十分开心!

在这里十分辛苦，要自己洗衣服、晾衣服，还有许许多多的事情需要自己做主。晚上，洗完澡后，便要自己将衣服洗干净。洗衣服非常辛苦，有时怎么搓都搓不干净，直到搓得双手红通通的，才搓干净一小部分。好不容易搓干净了，接下来是扭干衣服。衣服很重，我费了很大的劲才扭干，此时我已经累得气喘吁吁了。但是还要将衣服晾上去，晾衣服的那根竹竿太高了，我又太矮了。所以我只好请宿舍里的两个高二的姐姐帮忙。

我们每天上午就上课，下午就搞活动。下午的活动丰富多彩，有时候看外教跳舞;有时候爬山;有时候到图书馆看书;有时候上网;女外教们跳舞都很厉害，有时候还玩杂技，非常精彩!晚上，我们不是上课就是看电影——小鬼当家。小鬼当家这部电影很好看，是一部教育片。在场的同学常常看的哈哈大笑，现场也常常发出热烈的掌声。

时间过得飞快，转眼间12天已经过去了。舍不得同老师分离;舍不得同朋友分离;舍不得离开美丽的中山大学;但是，舍不得也要舍得。每当想到快乐的夏令营时，我会觉得很开心，那里是我和朋友们第一次认识的地方，在那里，藏着我们多少欢声笑语……

忘不了这次欢乐的英语夏令营，这个夏令营的确很快乐!

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city, Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest.

Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

暑假我报名了一个英语夏令营，开营的第一天，我到教学楼四楼那儿去英语面试。面试结束我和伙伴们都分到了一班。

面试的结果令我满意，我和伙伴们开开心心地玩了起来。6：00，开始了晚上有趣的户外活动。晚上，美国老师给我们定下了规则，一共有四个游戏，每个班玩两个游戏，15分钟一个游戏，生日快乐歌是集合铃，15分钟集合一次。于是我们玩起了第一个游戏——找字母。规则是：一共有三个沙坑，每一个坑都有26个字母，每个字母都要放在相应的拼板上。美国老师喊到：“3、2、1、go!”

听到了口令，大家蜂拥而上、扑入杀坑、奋力挖掘，一下子就挖到了几块字母。只用了不到一分钟的时间里，大家就找到了四块字母，就连几个平时十分懒惰的同学，在这个游戏里表现十分勤快。我在一个地方一下子发现了两块字母，美国老师十分的高兴。大于过了十分钟大家已经筹集了十九块字母，字母越来越稀少，

字母也越来越难找了我们大家奋力挖掘，最后，经过了大家的努力，我们一共挖到了二十二块字母，这个游戏真是有趣。

我们又来到了另外一个游戏场地，在这个排球场旁边居然放着一个蓝色的巨球，没有错，这个游戏就是打巨球。游戏规则是：在规定的时间里，双方要把这个蓝色的巨球扔到对方的地区，就可得到一分，出界，对方就可得到一分。开始比赛，我们发球，只见，我们的一个队员把球一扔，重重地扣到了对方的场地，好的!发球得分，我们的队员高兴地唱起了歌。后面的比赛越来越精彩，越来越激烈。例如这个球：我们把球扔了过去，他们几个居然抢了起来，几个人抢到了篮筐下，真是有趣。

暑假参加英语夏令营真是一个不错的选择。
