Xiaomei and I went out this morning. We went to the city centre. We went

小店门口铺着木质地板，用木条围成的小院落圈出自家的范围，几株不知是爬山虎还是什么的藤条植物，攀着那几根支柱，蜿蜒而上，在头顶上织出一张密密的网，几缕阳光，挥洒而行。伴着那下垂的根须，或青或绿，或粉或红，迷乱着人们的眼，好不精致，好不迷人。

但在厦门旧港的另一边——台湾，却是另一番我们不能轻易看到的景象。我不禁感慨，也不由得细细深思：一段小小的海峡，隔开的竟是两种不同的制度和生活。在我们人生的路上，中考，高考也许便是这一弯小小的海峡，小小的阻隔，但它却隔断了我和伙伴的生活，隔断了我们的交集。那条曲曲绕绕的小路是可以通向彼岸，但能顺利通过的又有几人?再过一年的时间，我们即将分离。明年的现在，你又将在哪个学校呢?

生命短暂，不过寥寥数十年，一瞬即逝，但即使这样我们也都应该努力。看，夜晚天空中美丽绽放的烟花也不过短短数秒，但无可否认它却是那样的美丽，迷人。我们也应该如它一般，努力绽放自己的美丽，即使短暂也要让你为我着迷。

暑假，已然逝去，而我们，仍需努力。

Like most Chinese primary students, my life is quite simple. Get up in the

morning, have breakfast and then go to school. My day always begins like that.

But every single day is so different from each other. For example, I meet

首先，他给我们介绍了一些关于以前人们用的东西，比如：扁担，这个大家应该很熟悉吧!它是扁圆长条形挑、抬物品的竹木用具，扁担有用木制的，也有用竹做的。无论是杂木，还是毛竹，其外形一般都是简朴自然：直挺挺的，不枝不蔓，酷似一个简简单单的“一”字。

鱼篓，是一种盛鱼或捕鱼的篓;饭篮，是一种用来装饭的篮子……他拿起让同学们熟悉又陌生的工具，让大家身临其境了一番农耕时的场景，使我们领悟了农耕工具原来有这么多的学问，以前的人真是太有智慧了，我们要多向前人学习钻研生活的能力。

除了给我们讲这些东西以外，还讲解了许多关于历史方面的知识，还让我们自己去参观里面的民俗文化馆和书画创作室。瞧一瞧，看一看，我们认识的农具可不少呢!在书画创作室，有一位书法爱好者现场创作，写下了“弟子规，圣人训”，我一看“哇!这么漂亮的毛笔字。”它深深地吸引了我的注意，并且还让此次活动的意义变得更加深远。

农耕文化课、民俗文化馆、书画创作室……活动圆满结束了。通过这次的活动，使我对以前的历史文化有了更多的了解。

我的太阳“番”船

以前，我们家都是爷爷烧饭，每次我都会幻想：“要是我也能上一次锅，当一次大厨该多好啊!”今天，机会来了，我亲自下厨，做了一道我最喜欢吃的番茄炒鸡蛋。

所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，首先得准备好新鲜的食材。我精心挑选了两个又大又红的番茄和三个草鸡蛋，一切准备就绪，开工啦!

首先，我把两个番茄洗干净，切成一小块一小块的，装进一个碗里。再把三个鸡蛋打进另一个碗里，搅匀。之后，往锅里倒上一点金灿灿的油，放1/8勺的盐，再开火，把搅匀的鸡蛋倒进锅里，只听“吱”的一声，鸡蛋立马就膨胀了起来，大约过20秒钟，把鸡蛋翻过去，再等20秒钟，把鸡蛋弄成一小块一小块，装进盘子中。这时，往锅里再倒些油，把番茄倒进锅里，“噼里啪啦!噼里啪啦!”，你听，番茄正愤怒地吼叫着，仿佛在说：“喂，干嘛把我放进锅里呀?烫死我了!”炒好后，把鸡蛋再倒进锅里，放点水，合起来炒炒，美味的番茄炒鸡蛋就出锅啦!

但是好事多磨，在炒菜的过程中，我进行的也不太顺利。有时会搅蛋搅不匀，有时会把油溅到身上，有时还会把菜炒到外面……这让我明白平时爷爷做饭是多么辛苦，而我有时还挑食，说爷爷烧的菜不好吃，所以，我想对爷爷说一声：“对不起!”

每次在饭店吃饭，我都会看见菜单上有一些奇特的菜名，比如：“蚂蚁上树”、“松鼠桂鱼”……其实都只不过是一道普通的菜。所以我也给我的菜取了个好名字，叫“太阳番船”。我把鸡蛋铺在盘子上，把番茄堆成圆柱形，放在鸡蛋上，这样看起来就像是一艘红色的船航行在金色的海洋上，在太阳的照耀下熠熠生辉。

假的时候，我和妈妈定了一个计划——每天早上晨跑，以此锻炼身体。

第二天，一大早，闹铃一响，我立马坐起来，穿好运动服，洗漱完，就急忙赶到跑步的地点——泰安路，虽然我六点已经到达跑步地方，但是令我大吃一惊，因为来晨练的人，比我预想多得多。我开始热身，头部运动，手腕脚腕，扩胸，压腿……“出发”我一声令下，我和妈妈就开始慢慢地跑步之旅。刚开始，我跑的很快，不一会儿就和妈妈拉开距离了，但这时候的我也满脸通红，气喘吁吁，我回头看到妈妈不紧不慢地在后面跟着，我站在原地休息，妈妈追上了我，对我说：“跑，继续!”我上气不接下气地对妈妈说：“妈……妈……妈妈，我好累啊!我跑不动了。”妈妈告诉我：“跑步时慢慢跑，稳着点儿，不要那么快，否则，这么大一圈，是不好坚持的!”听完妈妈的话，我和妈妈并肩前行。跑的过程中，我的腿都不听使唤了，左右摇晃，看看，看看，还没到终点。从后面跑出一个和我年龄相仿的哥哥，定睛一看，原来是浩浩哥哥，他也在跑步，我立马恢复精神，继续向前，和哥哥并肩“作战”。我很好奇的问哥哥说：“你每天都来跑步吗?”“是的，期末考完试我就开始跑步了，跑完一圈，我还要跳一百个跳绳呢!以后咱俩每天一起跑步跳绳吧!”我对哥哥的邀请——盛情难却，我答应了。

终于，跑到终点了，我一屁股坐到地上，而哥哥的妈妈说：“跑完步，不能立马坐地上，快起来走动走动。”听到阿姨的关心，我站了起来，跟着阿姨走到跳绳的地方，阿姨一马当先跳了一百下，递给了我，我也毫不犹豫的坚持跳……

跑步真累啊，可我喜欢上了跑步，跑完步真的浑身轻松!以后我每天都要坚持晨跑，我坚信，我可以每天坚持跑步。

今天妈妈带我去北京，在路上经过连绵不断的山峰，连绵起伏，还有许多的山洞，里面的墙壁上有许多灯，照的山洞里灯火辉煌的。还有承德的棒槌山，像个大棒子立在山顶。绿葱葱的大树一排有一排的，就像一个个穿着军装的军人，笔直的站立在那里。

经过了一天的长途跋涉，我们终于到了北京。北京市我们的首都，在这个大都市大街小巷都是高楼大厦，到处都能看到立交桥。桥上、桥下都是跑着的汽车，川流不息。我们又到了动物园，这里有很多珍禽猛兽，我看见可爱的大熊猫，梅花鹿、机灵的猴子、还有狮子、老虎。我们又到了海洋馆，这里有很多我见都没见过，叫不上名字的漂亮的鱼。我们又到了我做梦都想去的天安门。天安门的广场特别宽阔，右侧是雄伟的天安门，左侧是人民大会堂。看见慈祥微笑的__像，我想起一首歌：我爱北京天安门，天安门上太阳升，伟大领袖__，指引我们向前进。我庄严地向敬爱的__行了一个少先队礼。

我第一次去北京，第一次去海洋馆，第一次去天安门，第一次近距离看见敬爱的__像。这是我最开心的暑假。

i do the normal routine, eat dinner, clean the house, write-the usual stuff. and then i lay down hoping to fall asleep quickly so my new day will hurry up and arrive. a new day with a brand new sun. but as i lay there and wait for the world to turn half way around, i think about her. and sometimes i smile, and sometimes that smile will turn into asnicker, and then often that snicker will turn into a burst of laughter.

我和妈妈是不会换的，因为我们的座位与她的座位方向相同。这时侯，我们对面的一个叔叔站起来，对那个姐姐说：“唉。到我这来吧。”那位大姐姐连说谢谢，便坐到了那里，那位叔叔也坐到了她的位子上。

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

began to pick up the stuff in my home, first fold the newspaper, and then the

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有很多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。
