小鸭子全身毛茸茸的，有一双黑黑的眼睛，像两颗黑葡萄一样，最有特点的就是它的嘴巴了，你看！它的嘴巴扁扁的，笨笨的能吃到食物吗？哦，如果小鸭子一头钻进水里，它那扁扁的嘴巴捉小鱼可是非常灵活的。吃起食物一动一动的像个大钳子。小鸭子的翅膀短短，像小手一样，总是贴着身子。走起路来一摇一摆的，很有趣。

这就是我喜欢的小鸭子。

我家的玻璃缸里，养着两只小乌龟。小乌龟背着硬硬的壳，上面还有花纹，好像裂成了十三快似的。它长着三角形的头，露出一双圆圆的小眼睛，四只爪子就像鸭子的扁脚，后面拖着一条又小又短的尾巴。

小乌龟最喜欢吃肉。我把肉切成小碎片放在玻璃缸里，小乌龟立刻爬了过来，头一伸一缩，一会就吃完了所有的肉片。有趣的是，有的肉片太大了，它一口吃不掉，就伸出两只前爪撕烂，再吃掉，它的爪子真灵巧极了，有时吃完以后圆溜溜的眼睛直看着我，好像在说：谢谢你小主人。有一次我给乌龟翻了一个身，让它四脚朝天，想看看它怎么办。没想到它竟然用头和爪子顶着玻璃缸的底，轻松地翻了过来。我常常隔着玻璃，把手指伸过去，乌龟以为是给它喂食，头一伸，咬了个空，只好又在缸里来回扑。

我觉得小狗真是一种可爱的动物。我家的小黑狗就是一只既可爱又贪吃的小狗。

我拿来了一碗香味诱人的肉末拌饭，这是它的午餐。它闻到肉末拌饭的味道，没头似的冲了过来，埋头吃了起来。它吃得太津津有味了，一点也没发现我在观察它。它那肉嘟嘟的脸蛋沾满了油，看上去真像两块大肉坨！

吃完了饭，小黑狗睡着了，样子很慵懒，我不忍心打扰它，就像猫一般悄无声息地走过。到了下午，我带着它去散步。它那满身的黑毛，没有一根杂毛。它那有力的四只脚，跑起来简直是一阵黑旋风。我总要叫它慢点。

有一次，我和小黑狗比跑步。我喊道：“一、二、三，跑！”说完，我便狂奔起来，它还没反应过来，后来看见我跑走了也跟着跑起来。它越跑越快，马上超过了我，并到达了终点。

记得有一次下雨天，我放学回到家，把雨伞撑开晾在地上，小白兔似乎发现了一个新天地，一个劲地往雨伞上爬，伞面很滑，但它还乐此不疲地跑到伞顶，还没两秒，它就撑不住掉下来了。哈哈，真像个熊孩子。

到了周末，我的好朋友来我家玩，她看到这么可爱的小白兔，忍不住想去抱抱它，于是她悄悄地走到它的身后，刚要伸手去抱，小白兔忽的一下跳走了，它从门口跑了出去。真是太有趣了！

我有一只小狗――“巧克力”，它是我最忠诚的朋友。

小蜜蜂，是辛勤的园丁。它们每天都在不停的劳动，从不偷懒，也不玩耍，不辞劳苦。它们在花丛间穿梭，在花蕊上吸吮，让自己全身都沾满花粉，然后带回蜂巢。并呼唤更多的伙伴去采蜜。蝴蝶姐姐约它们跳舞它们不去，小鸟哥哥约它们唱歌它们不去，知了大婶叫它们乘凉它们也不去，一心一意劳动，全心全意采蜜！晚上，夜静悄悄，忙碌一天的动物们都休息了，小蜜蜂还在劳作，它们把采来的蜜吞进去，吐出来，反反复复进行两百多次，最后才酿出那香甜可口的蜂蜜，贡献给大家。

小蜜蜂，是勇敢的战士。以大欺小的胡蜂总是会袭击小蜜蜂的巢穴，这时小小的蜜蜂从不退缩，而是合力保护它们的家园，奋起抗击。特别是保护幼虫，它们更是不顾自己的生命。往往一场战争过后，蜂巢边留下很多很多牺牲的蜜蜂。多么令人敬佩！

我最喜欢的动物是小仓鼠。它即聪明又伶俐还可爱。它长着胖乎乎的小脸蛋和两颗强烈有劲的大门牙。

一次爸爸要去洗车，我也跟了过去，在洗车店的门口看见了一个大笼子，我用眼睛仔细的寻找着，终于看见一只小仓鼠扑在小房子里睡觉。我觉得这个小家伙挺有意思，就从口袋里掏出几颗坚果和瓜子放到它的洗澡盆里，小仓鼠慢慢苏醒了，它用鼻子嗅了嗅，好像闻到了什么，就把自己缩成了一团迅速的滚了下来。它钻进澡盆看见瓜子就先把瓜子捧了起来，用它的两颗大门牙咯吱咯吱的嚼了起来，它还知道把壳吐出来，最后它把坚果抱在怀里搬回了家。看到的这一切让我暗暗敬佩，吃东西的本领可真高明呀！

Luckily, some people are working to help save the animals. Some groups raise money to let people know about the problem. And they try to get the governments to pass laws protecting animals in danger. Quite a few countries have passed laws. These laws forbid the killing of any animal or plant on the danger list. Slowly, the number of some animals in danger is growing.

可爱的小乌龟

我和小乌龟豆豆每天都开心地玩耍。一天，妈妈把豆豆放出水缸让它自由爬行。当我放学回到家时，我和妈妈突然发现“豆豆”不见了!我们在家里找来找去，终于我们在冰箱底下找到了豆豆。我心里乐开了花，说道：“终于找到你了淘气的小豆豆!”

我们每天都会喂它吃一点龟食，可它每天都不吃。有一天，我们把猪肝和米饭放到水缸里。第二天一看，已经被它吃得一干二净了!我这才明白有的乌龟是吃肉的。

我家有一只小泰迪狗，取名叫萌萌，一身棕色卷曲的毛，两只耳朵像两只小手捂在脸上，一双黑溜溜的大眼睛，有时还会变成黄色。

它和我是最要好的朋友，每天我上学的时候，它总是在门口蹲下看着我离开，好像在说：“姐姐，早点儿回来，我在家等你哦！”有时家里来人它就会汪汪地叫几声，这是它的看家本领。每当我放学走在楼道里时，它听脚步声就能辨别出是我回来了，跑到门口等着我进来，看见我就欢蹦乱跳，高兴极了！它不时地往我身上扑，是想让我抱抱它。我准备点食物给它吃，它高兴地摇摇尾巴，还会叫两声，好像在说：“小主人，谢谢你。”

老虎，它是森林之王，那血盆大口，还有锋利的尖牙，看了就让人害怕。额头上面“王”字在告诉别人，它是森林之王。身边上花色的毛发，能更好的隐藏在更种颜色的草丛里，这样才能接近猎物，然后捕获它们。我在动物园里看见过老虎，它看上去饿极了。突然，饲养员把一只活鸡扔给了那只老虎，老虎一下子就扑了上去，咬住鸡的脖子，然后活生生的把鸡给吃了，还叫了一声，好像在说："真好吃啊！"

这让我想起了我梦中的老虎，是那么天真可爱，可是有一天，森林里来了几个猎人，他们恶狠狠的说："走开，小孩子别挡道！"我赶紧让开，他们就把老虎抓走了。我又想到了可爱的小猫咪，因为老虎与猫咪除了体型相差很大，其它的却很相似，有一个成语叫照猫画虎，就是说古人不敢去看老虎，而且两者很相似，所以就看着猫在画大老虎，我觉得古人不应该以假充真。

Christmas is a time for miracles.It is also a time when the dull things of daily life and the forecast of human hature gives way to a spiritual awakening.Allow me to share with you one truly wonder of Christmas.

Our miracle story comes from an incident that occurred in Flanders, Belgium, at the dawn of World War I. On December 24th ,1914, German and English troops faced each other from the relative safety of their ditches across which no man’s land lying between them. Suddenly, the silence was broken, not by gunfire, but by the strains of Silent Night arising from the German position. It wasn’t long before the English troops responded with a Yuletide hymn of their own. Then an amazing sight surprised the eyes of the English soldiers. A German soldier holding a small tree arranged with lighted candles began to walk across the land toward the English lines. This miraculous scene occasioned the declaration of a truce followed by English and German troops greeting one another, exchanging small gifts and singing songs of Christmas. Word of this incredible phenomenon reached the High Command of both sides.

On Christmas Day, both armies moved from their positions to engage in the killing of war at other battlefields. However, on Christmas Eve 1914 on a field in Flanders, there was Peace on Earth.

Christmas is a truly amazing phenomenon. The day and season perpetuate a miraculous, historical event as an annual presence that challenges an often rough, cruel, and egotistical creature — the human being — to become open and amenable to their Creator’s vision. The great miracle of Christmas continues in the performance of humane acts, moral honesty, and in the spiritual awareness of millions struggling to lead a life of grace.
