1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。

这里讲的目标是家长和教师强加于孩子的“期望”，而不是孩子发自内心的“向往”。

家长“望子成龙”的目标往往失之太远，而教师布置的考分指标又失之太近，孩子恰恰缺乏中期目标。

家长设置的目标多数是一种“身份期待”(让孩子做“人上人”)，孩子社会经验少，对此不会有多大兴趣;教师设置的目标则多数是一种“任务指标”，极其枯燥无味。孩子需要的是具体化的、形象化的、能震动孩子心弦的、有“孩子味”的行动目标。

总之，我们现在的目标教育基本上是以成人为中心的、成人一相情愿的、“包办婚姻”式的。我们要把它变成孩子自主自愿的、成人孩子相互协调的、“自由恋爱”式的目标教育。

我这里特别强调，最好早点帮助孩子建立一个“职业目标”，职业目标具体形象，吸引力和感召力远远大于概念化的“考大学”、“当博士”等目标，这对孩子的激励作用比较大。

我问过很多中小学生“长大干什么”，多数人都回答“不知道”，说明我们这方面的工作很薄弱。我们不少家长对孩子的个性、爱好、智力类型不予研究，对孩子将来从事什么样的工作最能实现自我、造福社会不怎么关心，这些家长关心的似乎只有一件事：提高孩子的社会地位，给大人挣脸面。难怪很多孩子现在都是在给家长学习，这是家长引导不当造成的。

怎样引导更恰当呢?比如非典时期，我的孩子看电视，对医务人员的无私奉献精神非常钦佩，萌生了做“白衣天使”的愿望，这就是一个很好的契机。于是我就可以想办法结识一两个素质较高的医生作为朋友，带孩子到他们家里去做客聊天，到医院去看看他们怎样工作。我还可以事先跟他们打好招呼，让他们在和孩子的谈话中介绍一下要做一个医生需要什么样的条件，而我则不去说这些话。远来的和尚会念经，内行人说话孩子信服，很多话让别人说比家长自己说更好。这样，如果孩子真想将来当医生，他上课听讲、回家写作业的时候，医生的形象和话语就会成为他实实在在的动力，这时候“上大学”对他来说就不再是“完成父母交给的任务”，而变成了实现个人理想的必由之路，理想与现实挂上了钩。

即使我的孩子后来改变了理想，在改变前的这一段时间，当医生的理想也还是对他的学习起了“临时发动机”的作用，只有好处，没有坏处。所以不怕孩子理想发生变化，(这种变化对孩子来说是非常正常的)，就怕他没有理想，就怕他的理想不具体。

有些孩子的理想属于“空想”，光说不练，这种情况家长不要讽刺他，而要想办法借助外力让孩子把理想落实下来。比如孩子说想当警察，你就带他去参观一下警官学校，让他自己打听一下做警察需要什么条件，这样他就不好再发空论，只好努力创造条件实现自己的理想，因为这时他已经明白(注意，让他自己明白过来，家长不要说破)，如果不干实事，只能离理想越来越远。

有的孩子眼高手低，志大才疏，喜欢吹牛，不能正确估计自己的实力，这种情况也很常见。家长用这种职业落实的办法，也可以使孩子清醒。比如我的孩子扬言做科学家，其实他不灵。我不生气，也不打击他，我带他去一个真正的科研单位看看，让真正的科学家向他介绍一下科学家需要的素质、科学家怎样生活，让孩子明白，自己想当科学家，怕是希望不大，于是他就会调整对自己的期望值，这样反而会使他学习成绩有切实的提高。

在我自己身上就有一个十分深刻的教训——去年寒假，刚开始几天，我天天出去玩儿，晚上是十二点多才睡觉，白天十点多才起来，生物钟完全乱了套。直到看见家里的弟弟妹妹哥哥姐姐都早已写好了作业，开开心心准备过年时，我才发觉自己的作业从结业典礼拿回来直到现在连碰都还没碰过呢!过年了，由于家里的亲戚多，所以天天都要去别人家里拜年，忙得不可开交。其他人都其乐融融的过年，而我却是提心吊胆，玩的不安心。距离开学的日子渐渐近了，终于临时拜佛脚，粗枝大叶的完成了所有作业。唉，这样不仅没学到什么，还被老师家长狠狠地批评了一顿。

如果当时我有一个计划就好了，每天都给自己“布置任务”，定时定量地完成，并且劳逸结合。不仅学的有效，过年也能安心的玩儿了。这可见有一个好的计划是多么重要哇!每天几点起、几点睡;每天写多少作业、背多少古诗;每天电脑电视娱乐多少分钟、户外活动几小时……

随着年纪级的渐渐升高，作业量也越来越多。现在的你，有一个完美的计划了吗?

光阴似箭，日月如梭。二十年如同白驹过隙，过去了。这时我已30岁，要找一个工作了。

找什么工作呢？做一个为祖国浴血奋战的战士？让我想想。如果做一名战士的话，也不错。拿着枪，对着冲上山头的敌人扫射，瞬倒一排。做战士虽然能保家卫国，可我就会变为残害生命的屠杀者，而且现在都提倡和平。算了吧，屠杀生灵可不是什么好事。

做一名医生？似乎也不错，给一批一批的病人治病、做手术。给无数的病人看病，开药方。给千万人做手术，无不成功。帮助病人坚持与癌症进行斗争。研发出治疗狂犬病的疫苗，努力开发治疗禽流感的药，一举拿下诺贝尔奖。赠人玫瑰，手有余香。你治好的病人都会来感激你的。

或者做一位作家。这二十年来，我可没少读过书。杜甫说过：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”当了作家后，我写什么书呢？是儿童文学，还是侦探小说？是超级英雄，还是恐怖小说？我相信，我写的书会生动有趣，深深吸引着观众的内心。而不是枯燥无味，白送别人都不要。我认为我会把作家当好的。

或者当一名武器制造者。造出航空母舰和打不破的坦克装甲，以及各种各样引领时代前端的高科技产品。只要是造福于人类的职业都可以。

啊，好想知道二十年后自己未来的职业是什么啊！
