家人在一起团聚的时间总是感觉像鸟飞兔走般的快，我抬起头看了眼挂在墙的钟，23点58分，离守岁成功只有两分之差，此时外面世界仿佛被爆竹声给笼罩着，即使相隔1米远的人们都听不见对方嘴里说出来的话，只看见彼此的笑容满面，电视上的春节年欢晚会上的主持人们拿起话筒，开始大声的倒计时来10、9、8、7、6过年咯!我也兴奋的欢呼起来：“我又一年守岁成功了，我又长大一岁咯”此刻外公正拿着打火机，在门前点燃一个巨大的烟花，我捂着耳朵脸贴着门上的玻璃往外看。只听”嗖”一枚绚丽的烟花飞上天空，炸出来一朵朵五颜六色绚丽的烟火。现在，虽然科技高度发达，人们不再迷信，也没有“祟”这个妖怪，但亲人们依然为我们守岁。我想，这守的更多的是一种亲情，一种对孩子美好的期望、深情的爱吧。我长大了，一定要好好地孝敬和报答他们，为他们守岁，守着他们慢慢变老，守着他们平平安安。

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,
