从文峰学校那边(不同方向走进淠阳到的地方不一样)走进淠阳湖公园，首先你可以看到凉亭，凉亭的作用是给走累的人歇歇脚。有一次，我门一家从家走到淠阳湖，结果下雨了，妈妈好累好冷，我们在凉亭歇了一会，妈妈就好多了，凉亭作用可真多呢，不紧可以歇脚避暑，还可以避雨抗寒呢!

在走一会儿，你会看到一片沙滩。沙子细细柔柔，石头很少，只有一些碎石子，你可以脱掉鞋，在沙滩上奔跑，跳跃，真舒服呢，还有按摩的功效呢!

其实最美的要数晚上的喷泉了!那一束束喷泉，仿佛是一束束鲜花，在尽情的绽放。喷泉随着音乐在跳舞，时而像绽放的菊花，时而像含苞的荷花，时而像一群小姑娘在翩翩起舞，时而像淘气的小男孩儿东奔西跑，时而还像顽皮的小猫上蹦下跳……当这首曲子放到最后的时候，所有的水柱全部往中间汇成一股柱，喷向高空，又突然飞泻下来，真是“飞流直向三千尺，疑是银河落九天。”
