在这假期我看了皮皮鲁系列丛书，有写舒克宝贝塔的，也有写皮皮鲁的。里面我最皮皮鲁恐怖易位。这本书主要说了皮皮鲁在一次补习中和恐怖易位了，老师外形和皮皮鲁交换了，皮皮鲁和老师千方百计要恢复正常。变成老师的皮皮鲁不会讲课，他让皮皮鲁外形的老师上课，大家非常吃惊。里面还讲了别的几个小故事，好看极乐。

这个暑假我参加了跆拳道训练，一开台我是在爸爸的硬逼下去的，现在我觉得不象我想象中的那样苦了。慢慢地我喜欢上跆拳道了，教练经常给我们拉韧带，拉到实在拉不下去为止，虽然痛得想叫，可我还是忍住了。我的韧带比以前好多了。

春节大扫除

此时此刻，随着一声哨响，和“嘭”的击球声，球来了!球朝着右方飞去，右边的队员往后退了几步准备接球，可是因为击打的位置不对，球并没能飞过网去，而是斜着向左方飞去……对方球员已经为自己的得分鼓掌了，但我们并没有放弃。我向球冲了过去，斜着将它打了回来。球好像故意要和我们开玩笑，它在网上停了一会，就这么摇摇摆摆的走钢丝似的停在网的上方。所有人都屏住了呼吸，这是决定性的一刻，虽然只有零点几秒的时间，但足以让我们激动的心跳加快。12双眼睛盯着这个球，全场所有人也都被这一刻吸引了，都慢慢的把头转过来。球晃动了一下，掉了下来——掉在了对方的场地上!我高兴地跳起来，大家都开心极了，鼓掌声持续不断。

比赛激烈的进行着，但对方的冠军名号也不是吹的，虽然我们都十分努力，但还是显得力不从心。比分越拉越大，又是一声长哨，比赛结束了。

虽然失败了，但大家依然很高兴。因为我们都拼过了，努力过了，大家都很满足。这真是一场虽败犹荣的比赛啊!

My Bedroom

I have a lovely bedroom. It is small but clean and beautiful. The wall is

light green and the floor is white. There is a bed in my bedroom, it is really

comfortable. I sleep with it every night. And there is a small sofa near my bed,

快乐翻花绳

你们明白我喜欢一周中的第几天吗没错!就是第四天，因为星期四下午有社团课，我参加的是快乐的翻花绳社团。

“叮铃铃”，伴随着第二节课下课铃响起，我们的翻花绳社团开始活动了。我先向乔缇莹请教“五角星”的翻法，她告诉我，先将绳子套在大拇指、食指上，将手背上的那根绳子从手心内侧掏出来，将掏出来的绳子顺时针扭一圈，将封闭处套在小拇指上，此刻，大拇指和食指、小拇指分别都是封闭的空间，此时用另外一只手从大拇指内进去将挨着食指中指的一根绳掏出来，然后用另一只手的小拇指将小拇指下方的圈内拉出搭在食指上的斜绳，掏出来，再理一理，一个漂亮的“五角星”就出此刻我们眼前。

董奕泽开始教我们翻松紧带了，用大拇指和小指将花绳套在手上，用中指勾中间的线，用拇指和小指分别勾左右两侧的绳子，用拇指勾小指上面的绳，再将小指完全松开，用小指勾拇指的两根绳，再将大拇指松开，用拇指勾小指内侧的两根绳，再松开中指上的绳，再用食指和中指伸进两根线的中间一转，一个好玩的松紧带就成功了，一松一紧，花绳在我的手上神奇地变着花样。
