每次期末考试之前，都会放个小半天假，这半天假正是同学们磨刀的时候，因为“临阵磨枪不快也光”，所以每个同学都在家里专心的磨刀。

只有小部分同学例外，他们不需要过多的复习，只需要放宽心，用心去答卷就足够了，我就是其中一位。

有些家长挺“迷信”，每次考试之前，都会给孩子煮两个鸡蛋，再从小吃部买回一根油条，来祈盼孩子考个高分，我的爸爸妈妈也是。今天，我拿着两个鸡蛋和一根油条走进了考场，刚坐下，一股莫名的紧张感就从我的脚心穿了上来，这感觉可真有点令人惧怕。这时我又想起了妈妈考前嘱咐我的话：“放宽心，别紧张，心平气和的考试，才会考出好成绩！”我自己心里一直默念：心平气和、心平气和……果然这方法管用，之前的努力，我不要让它成为虚无缥缈的期盼，我要让我的努力获得回报！

这两天是我们的期末考，从一个多月前就开始准备了，从错题上来看，这次的准备还是很不完好的，不过，还有进步的地方，从这次的估分上可以看出，我进步的空间还是很大很大。

我们初中的考试足足有11门，小学仅仅就两门，一个上午就考完了，而我们从中要考上两天，加上音乐，美术，信息和体育，那就要考上4天了，对文化课的要求还是很大的，三门主课分别都是120分，四门小科一个70分，三个50分，再加上体育的70分，和信息得10分，美术和音乐的20分，这得要多少分啊？可谓是“得分如金，寸分胜金”一般啊。

虽说这次的卷子各科难度都不是很大，估分的成绩还是很不令我满意的，比我想象的差，和我想的，是有一定的距离的，我便十分奇怪，为什么我既然背了又读了，为什么就考不好呢？通过这次的错题来看，我背的时候压根就没有用心去读去背，我还发现我完全是死记硬背记下来的，不仅不懂是哪一课内容，还不会举一反三，甚至有时变个词，换个句，意思相同我还写不出来呢，这一点要记住，不论背什么都要带脑子，还会举一反三，甚至举一反五，举一反十！

英语，我考的不甚人意，原本能考好的卷子，却因为选择上的粗心大意，受了不少“冤枉”分，再简单的卷子都要去认真细心的去做，还要这样去检查，只有这样才能真正的考好。

一、下面我要和大家谈第一个方面试卷总结：(数学和英语分别由科任教师总结)。

语文100分的13人，95-99分的有12 人，90-94分的有2人，平均分98. 分。语文试卷分开卷和闭卷，闭卷是最基础的知识，开卷是很灵活的题，可以翻书。

二、平时，很多家长非常关心孩子的学习状态水平情况，为了使各位家长能在家中辅导好孩子，我来介绍一下一年级的教材。

语文：下期语文识字量提高了很多，两期合计共约800字，写话也要求写一段完整通顺的话。

1 课文每篇都要背过、要认识的字一定要认识并能口头组3个词(指给家长哪是要认识的字，哪是要会写得字，提醒家长如果孩子写汉字多，那么，一定要保证汉字笔顺正确的情况下才能写汉字。)会写的字注意笔顺，写字书上有。2 拼音扫读薄弱的学生家长还要注意多给孩子辅导一下韵母顺序、声母顺序、整体认读音节顺序、汉语拼音字母表，尤其是拼音不好的没有上过学前班的同学和上过的有很大差别，一定要在家多练，家长一定要多关注自己的孩子，关注多了孩子才有更多的成才机会。3 一年级写话要求是写通顺一句话，学会用标点符号。本期语文的教学都是在大纲要求的基础上提高了要求的。

三、工作的得失

我们学校与其它学校不同的是我们是寄宿制学校，因此除了学习还有生活、安全方面的问题。没有安全、没有健康的身体又何从谈学习，但是孩子是活跃的，有自己的思维，我们不能控制他们不奔跑、不打闹，不做危险的事、不活动等等。这学期在安全方面更多的是上课提醒他们，讲安全，下课盯着他们，尽量让他们的活动在我们的视线里。下课了提醒孩子们喝水上厕所守着他们怕摔着碰着，等到上课了孩子们进教室了，老师连喝口水的时间都没有了要继续上课，没课时又得认真思考怎使课上得有滋有味，准备教具。晚上下晚自己，孩子们走了我们还要打扫卫生(孩子做得不彻底)，有的时候会对孩子比较严格，请家长理解，毕竟我们只有一个目的，就是让孩子培养好各方面的好习惯，一切为了咱们的孩子。

可是孩子们都是家里的小皇帝，都有唯我独尊的心理，因此会因为玩一小玩具等而挣抢。有次星期五的下午刘云山和田忠祥因为抢座位，刘云山直接用铅笔去戳田忠祥的头，当时就出血了，说实话任何父母看见自己的孩子受伤都很生气，可祥儿妈妈并没有训诉刘云山，而是问了他们原因后和山儿讲道理，做为教师非常感谢祥儿妈妈如此的宽容。对于孩子的打闹、争抢，对于安全我们是防不胜防，下期我将设计并开展一系列的安全常识教育活动，加深孩子的安全意识和自我保护能力，同时这方面也请诸位家长多教育。

生活方面： 罗老师带我们班已3年了，对每个孩子的情况了如指掌，而且她也非常有经验;赵老师是初次接手这工作，刚开始的两月有工作不到位的地方，后面慢慢地在改进自己的工作，这还得感谢家长的信息反馈。孩子的生病是我们老师和家长最不愿看到的事，学校将孩子的生病情况也纳入了对生活老师的考核，可见无论是学校领导、老师都希望孩子健康。因此，请家长与老师多沟通，每周交接时多交流，将孩子的身体情况及时做到互知。

前两天，实验中学进行了第一次月考。整个学校里都浸入了高兴又紧张的世界里了。

语文，需要大量的思考，我却做的很快，再检查3遍，看看表：还有1个小时那么长的时间。这时我发现了我自己被忽略的另一张卷子，我仔细再仔细的瞧了瞧，果然是我的卷子。而且我没把题做在答题卡上，而是做在原题卡上了，我好生气，在匆忙的时间里，终于做完了所有的题，虽说考不了92分(因为我们的老师是不管作文的好坏，都要扣8分)但是也能考到80以上的。

英语，是个在小学里，被忽视的学科。也许有的小学生会反对：我们的英语一个星期要上6，7节英语课!6，7节?这对我们来说是一个小数字，我们一个星期要上25节英语课!而且我们的每节自习课，英语老师都要过来讲一些课，这样算来，一个星期要有36节英语课!但是足足4张的英语试卷，我竟然不到30分钟就做完了。而且我敢担保能考100分。

数学，也是一种有趣的游戏。但是我却不象游戏那样对待，只是一心的欢喜：写完了，就可以放松了。但是当我做到一半时一个女孩的卷子被没收了，因为她太早做完卷子了，老师怀疑她比他人的卷子了。虽然有几个勇敢的同学为她辨解，可是老师说她还跟旁人说话，已经不止一次了。那些勇敢的同学也变的默默不语了。看到这里，不由的打了一个寒颤，心想：还是做的快毕竟没有好处。不过总算安安心心的考完了数学。

前几天是我们的八年级第一学期期末考试，我之前做了充足的准备迎接考试的到来。

考试头天晚上，我把老师嘱托带的所有的学习用品都装好，并又复习了一下功课，可我怎么也睡不着，还想着考试的事，并对自己说：“罗瑞一，加油!每次考试都不怯场，这次一定也可以的!”然后才安心睡了觉。第二天早上，“叮零零……”闹钟响了，我赶快穿好衣服，吃完饭，让爸爸送我去学校。

在路上，我还摧着爸爸开快一点，经过一段时间，终于到了学校，我跟爸爸说了再见，向教室跑动。一来到教室，就看到有三年级的同学来跟我插班，坐在我旁边的是一位小女孩，看见她我心里还想：她不会问我题吧。随着铃声响起，两位监考老师手拿卷子走上了讲台，等发下卷子之后，就听见了许多人在那里议论，有的说：“这作文这么简单!”有的说：“阅读短文也太难了吧，这怎么做呀!”监考老师生气了，一敲棍子，全班都不敢吭声了。

一位老师说：“快写名字快答题，别说话了!”考试开始了，全班同学都不说话了，自己写自己的，我也不例外，可就在这时，我遇到了一个阅读短文题很难，经过反复思考，又想了出来。考完语文又考了英语，该交卷子了，我还真有点不敢交呢!下午，该考数学了，我还是像上午一样认真做题，认真检查，最后铃声一响，我就把卷子交给了监考老师。出了校门，爸爸问我考得怎么样，我自己觉得还差不多，就对爸爸说：“差不多吧!”到返校那一天，我知道了我的成绩，语文考了96。5分，数学考了99分，英语考了100分。

我总结了一下这次失分的地方，一是阅读短文不理解，关联调运用不当;二是数学读题不认真。以后我要多读一些书，丰富知识，再多练习一些题，读题要细心，做完了要认真检查。

本来很失望，自己语文没考好，但是又一想是用自己的努力换来的，就没有那么失望了，以后我会以本次考试为经验，用实际行动弥补不足，争取下次考试取得好成绩!

由于诸多的原因,使我在这次重要的期末考中丢失了很多不该丢的分.通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西.我终于明白山外有山,人外有人.

我一向语文很好,可是这次鬼使神差的,连语文也都错了很多不该错的地方.经过我的仔细反思,我想这和我阅读题目不认真有着很大的关系.这点也同样延伸到了数学和英语方面.很多计算和语法上的小错误让我丢掉了不少分数.

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯.有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了,但是却错了很多.这也许也和答题技巧有关系.总之,通过以后的练习,我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题,自习读题,把题目看准、看好.时间允许的时候要多检查几遍,绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误.

其次,我还要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科以及政治、历史、地理、生物和物理的习题强化.平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目,感觉不出来有什么明显的差异.可是一当考试,才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的.只怪自己买的练习题做的少.不能允许自己再继续这样下去,所以,我一定要加倍努力,从这次考试之中汲取教训,增加力量,为下一次考试做好准备,打好基础.

考试技巧贵在练习.生活之中,我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习,考试之前制定周详的复习计划,不再手忙脚乱,没有方向.平日生活学习中学会积累,语文积累好词好句,数学也要多积累难的题目,英语则是语法项目.对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法.

没事,只要在下次的考试中,我不在犯错误,我还是有机会的.我一定不会让老师,让自己失望的.
