In Silent Spring, Carson described a miserable village which was dying under the using of DDT. The village used to be prosperous and beautiful. In spring, white clouds of bloom drifted above the green fields. In autumn, oak and maple and birch set up a blaze of color that flamed and flickered across a backdrop of pines. Then foxed barked in the hills and deer silently crossed the fields, half hidden in the mists of the fall mornings. She thought that with the using of variety kinds of pesticide, especially DDTs, the village suffered enormous and irreversible damage and gradually withered and died. Soon it became just like the one described in the beginning. From her fine and smooth describing, I can even feel the groan of the town. Moreover Carson also sharply pointed out that the deep-seated cause for the environmental problem is the human’s arrogance and ignorance. So she asked people to correct the attitude toward the nature and reconsidered the developing path of human being.

Carson thought that because of the antibody and differentiation, pesticides would never be completely useful. On the contrary, those more and more poisonous medicines, because of the enrichment effect, would accumulate in humans’ body. It’s quite sarcastic that we hurt ourselves much badly while hurting the others. Then she analyzed many poisonous components in pesticides. Those are all unfamiliar names except DDT, such as chlordane, chloronaphthalene, compound 497, etc.

Those things really make me feel scared. We are on the top of the food chain, and it is such a perfect and fragile system. We human beings are just part of it and we depend on all of the creatures who stay on the lower positions. It is so hard and ridiculous to try to match the nature. Only in the state does man have a rational existence. Every species have their value to be on this world. Then no one knows what would happened if we force them to disappear. For example, let’s imagine the food chain as a meticulously made castle built by billions of little blocks and we human beings are the top one. There might be several tiny blocks on the bottom which you think is useless and dispensable. But what would happen if we take them away? Perhaps nothing happened, and perhaps the whole castle ruined.

Destruction is always much easier than recovery, not counting those incurable ones. Humans always think that we are much cleverer than the other animals, so we become more and more conceited and firmly believe that we are the king. We didn’t see that the nature is so magical and knows how to revenge. The pay back is much more violent and cruel. We need balance and order. The nature has its own rule. Our aim is to use it and live in harmony with it. The ecosystem is so delicate that even a tiny disturbance could lead an unexpected consequence, just like the butterfly effect.

At the last chapter, some scientists came up with other ways to solve the pest problem----biotic control. There is now a bly running tide of interest in chemical sterility. 现在，我已经知道为什么考这么不好了。首先是我的语文课外书阅读的不够多，还有是考试前一天晚上很晚睡觉，到了第二天考试时有点想睡觉。在复习阶段没有多看书，也没有好好复习，只想着玩和看电视了。在考试看题目的时候，没有看清重点就开始做了，做好了也没有好好检查，还有就是平时上课没有认真听老师讲课。

放眼望去，一大片绿油油的草地，就像一张无边无际的绿毯，那么柔软，那么生气勃勃!难怪古代着名诗人陆游说“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生”啊!

春天来了!农民伯伯的期望也就不期而然了!他们忙着播种，日以继夜地耕耘着，不就是想有好收成吗?农民伯伯真伟大!但是，倘若没有春天，会有播种的期待，收获的希望吗?没有。而着一切，是春天赐予他们的，也是我们的。

Spring is coming! The farmers expectations will be happen unexpectedly! They are busy sowing seeds, working day and night, not just want to have a good harvest? Uncle farmer is really great! But if there is no spring, will there be the expectation of sowing and the hope of harvest? No, And all that was given to them by spring, and ours.

啊!春天!你是天地万物的“复苏剂”!没有你，就没有美丽的花：没有你，就没有农民伯伯播种的希望。是你，赐给大地生命，创造万物的灵魂啊!

今天，草草地享受了一顿丰盛的早餐后，就匆匆背起书包，早早地就到了学校，嘿嘿，今天可是顶顶重要的日子，我们又迎来了期末考试啦！

经过短暂而又紧张的复习后，我们就开始了考试之旅。首先，我们来到了“语文小岛”。监考老师撕开装试卷的袋子，把手里一叠雪白的试卷抖得“哗哗”响，我的心也仿佛跟着卷子一样，在我的胸口拼命地抖着，连我原本“冷若冰霜”的手心都冒出汗了呢。

拿到卷子时，我迅速地瞟了一眼上面的题目。嘿，还蛮简单，我紧张的情绪立刻就放松了下来。于是，我信心满满地完成了整张试卷。在检查的过程中，我发现课外阅读的短文里“女孩楞住了”的楞字写错了，应该是--愣。我在上面端端正正地写上正确的写法，我想：老师会不会表扬我呢？

在语文小岛尽情游玩之后，我又轻轻松松地穿越了英语森林、畅游了数学海洋，最后就要去攀登科学高峰了。登山的过程中，我有些迷路，最终没能登上最高峰。唉，看来，寒假里要多复习科学啊！

考试结束了，我终于到达了目的地——寒假乐园！同学们，让我们在寒假乐园里尽情地享受童年的快乐时光吧！

时光如梭，转瞬间一个学期即将结束了。期末考试一天天临近，我们都准备好了吗?在过去的时间里我们收获着快乐，收获着成功。面对着将升入更高的年级，我们准备好了吗?

我记得有一位哲人这样说过：“假如你拥有大地，你就成为一个农民;假如你拥有羊群，你就成为一个牧人;假如你拥有厂房，你就成为一个企业家;假如你拥有的不是金钱和财富，而是选择的机会，那你就是一个真正的富翁。从这个意义上说，你们才是真正的富翁，因为你们有朝气有活力，拥有许许多多的机会”。

我们有着优越的学习条件和生活环境。在这里，我们发展着自己的个性，培养着自己的能力，努力学习、刻苦拼搏，那我们将为自己的人生奠定一个坚实的基础，为今后的发展创造出无数个选择的机会。

勤奋出天才，这是一面永不褪色的旗帜，它永远激励我们不断地追求、不断地探索。有书好好读，有书赶快读，读书的时间不多。我们凭着刻苦拼搏、一心向上的精神，一定能取得令人满意的成绩。

让我们在知识的海洋里尽情地遨游，充分展开自己的个性和才华。我们应时刻提醒自己：珍惜时间，用心学习，让自己人生的每一步都走得扎扎实实。

季节春天的西湖真是漂亮呀！季节春天来了，西湖又换上了新的衣裳。柳树的柳枝上长出了嫩绿的新芽，就像碧玉装扮而成，柳枝从柳树上挂下来好像绿色的丝线一样，这样的美景不由得让我想起了唐代大诗人贺知章写的一句诗：“碧玉妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦”。桃树上开出了一朵朵粉红色的花，象婴儿的小脸，惹人喜爱。小草从泥土里探出了一个一个的小脑袋，还有一些不知名的小花也露出一张张的笑脸，有红的、有黄的、有紫的……五颜六色，漂亮极了。碧绿的湖面闪着光，周围的山又穿上了一件件绿衣裳。一群小蜜蜂“嗡嗡”地飞到了花丛里去采蜜，蝴蝶也来凑热闹了。几只野鸭轻轻掠过湖面，尾尖偶尔沾了一下水面，就看到波纹在湖面上一圈一圈地荡漾开去。

白堤上人山人海，人们脱去了厚厚的棉衣，穿着各式各样的春装在湖边游玩。有的边走边放着风筝，有的在和桃树和柳树拍照留影，有的走累了，就坐在湖边的石椅子上休息，有的则在湖上边划着小船，边享受着这漂亮的春光。还有的外国朋友和年轻人，三五成群地悠闲自在地骑着租来的黄色的小自行车，沿着湖边前行，成了西湖边另一道亮丽的风景。

我喜欢漂亮的西湖，更喜爱沐浴在春色中的西子湖。

今天早上我早早的到校，班主任刘老师依旧早早的站在了讲台上，只听老师一声令下：“背课文!”我看书的美梦打破了，我和我的“左邻右舍”极其不舍的合上课外书，大声背起了课文，只见旁边一位小“兔子”趴在桌子上，点点头，再点点头，再点点头，只听扑通一声，啊偶，这位倒在桌子上见周公去了，汗呐!

下课时，我们班贪玩的兔子们勉强抑制住自己蠢蠢欲动的四肢，趴在桌子上，双眼没神儿的写着作业，我的同桌不禁数次猛的从凳子上跳起来，又扑通一声坐下去，估计这家伙想出去玩儿都想疯了。

上课铃响了，刚才课间还活蹦乱跳的兔子们这会都瞬间如霜打的茄子——蔫了，等着老师的到来，老师教一进教室，头一句话就是：“快要期末考试了，同学们打起精神，努力复习，希望大家都能考个好成绩。”我的同桌这会儿也没精神开玩笑了，认真细心地听着老师每课要复习的重点。终于快下课了，老师却又给我们布置新的任务：“请同学们拿出自己的练习本，现在开始默写二十六课和二十五课的课文，下课之前交!”老师，没搞错吧，现在离下课可只有十分钟左右啦!可这两课的内容至少得写半个小时嗒!

算了，废话不多说，我去默写啦!默写ing。。。。。。

经过十分钟的奋笔疾书，我终于赶在离下课只有0。001秒的时候，递上了我的练习本，瘫坐在座位上，愣了一秒钟，迅速掏出AB卷，一个字，写!

中午临放学的时候，数学老师面容严肃的走了进来，完了，今天中午别想清闲，老师在黑板上写下了今天中午的作业，我们屏住呼吸，默默祈祷中午的作业不要太多，但如果现实是那么好改变的就好了，三张卷子，已经定了。

晕!我拿着卷子几乎是飞奔向家，幸亏我没事儿的时候多写了些卷子，只剩下一张数学卷子和半张语文卷子了，迅速写完博文，钻进我的书房奋笔疾书，吃饭时，一改平时细嚼慢咽的样子，变的狼吞虎咽，抓紧时间，写我的卷子，还没写完呢?两点二十分，时间到!妈妈带着我“飞”到了学校，在班里继续写到校作业，这时间，紧啊!

想想我们的考试，每次错的题大部分都是因为不认真，马马虎虎，本应是加号看成了乘号，这又要如何应对呢?

我们可以多和家长玩一下视觉游戏，锻炼锻炼聚精会神的能力和视觉能力，减少看错题的几率，还要把经常出错题多多复习，因为有的时候并非是马虎而做错题，是因为你没有把知识理解透，只有把基础知识学扎实，那又怎么会做错呢?

为了能够让时间变得宽松些，而且能够更好的复习，我制定了以下几点方案：

数学计划：

早上上学时在路上大声读读数学概念，让它们背的滚瓜烂熟，任那题万变不离其宗，概念是衡量它们的标准。

准备一个本子，这个本子用来记错题，平时容易算错的题，逐个进行“攻击歼灭”!

语文计划：

要把以前要求会背的课文和诗、诗意及名人名言，都要会背。俗话说得好：“温故而知新。”把以前模棱两可的诗及词意要彻底理解。

听写或默写时错别字都要订正五遍，一定要保证所听写的字不会再错，这个历史悲剧可不能重演哦!

英语计划：

多听、多读、多写。

每天早上抽出十分钟来读英语或听英语磁带，要对造句和语法下功夫。

子曰：学而时习之，不易乐乎?对呀，把复习当做快乐的事情，绝对不要把复习当做苦差事，运用以上计划，那还有什么理由怕考试呢?其实我们最大的敌人是自己，战胜自己才能战胜一切。
