英语道歉书信格式(汇总20篇)

书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。

1、信封的写法。

英语信封正面的左上角，写发信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一点，写收信人的地址和姓名。

英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。

寄信人只写姓名，不写头衔。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上头衔，以示礼貌和尊敬。对于没有官衔和学衔的人士，通常在姓名前写上Mr., Mrs.,或Ms.。

信封的写法，一般来说，很少出现在中考英语的作文中。

2、内容。

英文信一般可以分为下列几个部分。

1)信端(Heading)即写信人的地址和发信日期。

2)收信人姓名地址

3)称呼

4)信的正文

5)结束语

6)签名

有的时候，出题者会让考生写e-mail。e-mail的写法和书信的写法基本一致。只不过少了书信在信封上的繁琐。

根据中文大意，写出意思连贯、符合逻辑、不少于50词的短文。

假设你叫王明，昨天收到了笔友David的e-mail，得知他不久要到北京来学习中文。他想了解如何学好中文。请你用英文给他回复一封e-mail，介绍学习中文的体会和方法，提出你的建议，以及表达你帮助他学好中文的愿望。

① 信头(Heading)，也叫信端，指发信人的地址和写信日期。其写法主要有全部齐头式(信头位于信纸的左上角)和半齐头式(信头位于信纸的右上角)两种。

② 信内地址(Inside Name & Address)指收信人的姓名和地址，写在信纸的左上角，从信纸的左边顶格写起，低于信头一、两行。

③ 称呼(Salutation)是对收信人的称呼用语，自成一行，写在低于信内地址一、两行的地方，从信纸的左边顶格写起，每个词的开头字母用大写或至少首词和专有名词的第一个字母用大写，末尾用逗号。

④ 正文(Body)

⑤ 结束语(Complimentary Close)是写信人自己对收信人的一种谦称，只占一行，低于正文一、两行，从信纸的中间或稍右的地方开始，第一个词的开头字母用大写，末尾用逗号。

⑥ 签名(Signature)

一般低于结束用语一、二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始。

⑦ 附件(Enclosure, 缩写为Encl.或Enc.)

信件如有附件，应在左下角注明Encl.或Enc.。

二、书信写作分类讲解(写作脉络)

1.投诉信

投诉信通常包括：说明投诉原因并表示遗憾，实事求是阐述问题发生的经过，指出问题引起的后果，提出批评及处理意见，督促对方采取措施，提出所希望的赔偿及补救方式。

2.建议信

建议信即写给某个组织或机构，就改进其服务质量提出建议忠告;或写给个人，就某一重大事件提出自己的看法、建议及观点。

3.道歉信

投诉信通常包括：表示歉意、阐明表示歉意的具体原因，提出补救办法，再次表示致歉，并希望得到谅解，提供合适的补救办法。(要注意语言的诚挚)

4.感谢信

感谢信中通常带有浓厚的感情色彩，是所有书信中最带有“人情味”的，该书信内容通常包括：表达感谢之情并说明原因--提及自己曾受到对方的帮助--再次感谢并表达回报愿望。
