面对中考，大家心里的感受各有不同。我们的心愿是，希望你们有更多的人继续走进校园去学习。无论将来读书是否有出路，但知识总会让你们的情感更丰富、精神更充盈。而且读书的过程中可以结识许多新同学，找到更多的好朋友，这是人生难得的阅历。所以，如果你学习好，志向高，那你就争取跑在最前面，去创造学业的辉煌；如果你爱学习，但成绩不如人意，那就坚持尽力走得远些；如果你文化课学习基础差，那就学一门技术，将来自信地去社会闯荡。初中毕业后，要上中专或中职学校不是很难的，因为这类学校对文化课成绩要求不太高。选择一个合适的专业，得有主见，也需要父母的理解和支持。更重要的是，进入职校以后，一定要努力学习技术本领，才能在毕业后找到好工作，拿到更高的工资，自己更早的独立；如果整日吃喝玩乐，碌碌无为，对不起父母，浪费了光阴，多么可惜呀！无论你毕业后如何选择，也不论你的目标大小，在中考冲刺阶段，都应该要加油努力，用心为自己初中三年的学习划上一个句号！留给同学和老师一个美丽的背影！

中考前8天，你们又该如何度过呢？轻松、放纵当然不行！可要用心去做，又觉得有太多的东西要复习，难有头绪，让人迷惘。下面几种情况，可能是你们正在困惑的，提供些建议，供你们参考。

如果有"偏科"现象，该怎么办？

建议：（1）先把你"偏科"科目的考试卷整理装订好带上去求老师帮助，让老师看试卷，帮你分析，找找原因，再按老师的要求去复习。老师经验丰富，能对你因材施教，找出办法的。（2）汇集自己平时考错的试题，弄明白自己笨在哪儿？主动求问老师是上上策。（3）静下心来，看看书，其他各科背一背知识点很有必要的。

如果觉得手头试卷、资料太多，该怎么办？

建议：（1）各科资料复习一要分主次，平时考得好且基础扎实的科目少花时间看资料，偏科的（薄弱科目）多花时间看资料；二要分难易，资料上简单明了的知识不用再浪费时间复习，资料上的重点难点知识，多花时间去突破。（2）做过的试卷分科按序整理装订好，有计划地翻看，错题要看细点，不要心急，看不懂的就问，问了也不懂的就放弃。每天发下要做的试卷要要认真去做，不会做的空着，上课时用心听讲，弄懂为好。（3）如果自己复习仍乱成一团，也不会列计划，快去找老师帮忙，主动求助总比干着急好呀。

如果觉得这段时间特别累，身体累，心更累。怎么办？

身体累，是因为你学习太辛苦了。冲刺阶段拼命熬夜是下下策，晚上学习不能超过十点。越近中考，作息时间更要接近平常，保持充足的睡眠才能有效率，否则事倍功半。另外，这段时间注意营养，要吃好早餐，有条件的可以喝怀牛奶、吃个鸡蛋。学习之余，做些适量的运动，像"健康歌"里唱的"扭脖子屁股"都行，能舒活筋骨，清醒头脑就好！切记：千万别"拼命"，把身体累垮了，什么也做不成。

心太累，是因为你思想压力大了。有的是老师、父母逼的，有的是自己给的。大考之前有压力是正常的，关键是要调理好心态。从这段时间的周考来着，许多同学已适应了压力，能"胜不骄，败不馁"，以微笑面对，让人佩服。如果你仍做不到，没关系，有许多办法可以调节。

方法一：常对自己说："我尽力了，考不好拉倒，上不了“一中”会饿死人吗？"。（这是许多老师当年考场上自我安慰的经验之语。）

方法二：找机会发泄。只要不伤害别人，危害社会与国家，什么法子都行。如在半路上、操场上、空旷的田野里大声喊叫，仿佛把胸中的压抑、烦恼呼出体外，有效果的（提醒，别吓着别人）。在运动中发泄，打沙袋、踢足球、打篮球、听音乐、唱唱歌、跳跳舞等。

方法三：找最信任的人（老师、亲人、朋友）谈心，找他们倒倒"苦水"，聊聊天，吹吹牛，是最好的休闲和放松。

老师总结六句话：

一是，每天学习安排有序巧立计划。

二是，试卷归类翻阅复习琢磨难处。

三是，薄弱科目基础知识用力强记。

四是，疑点难处留心收集及时求问。

五是，学玩适度劳逸结合心情舒畅。

我的英语老师唯一的爱好就是跳江南styl，他喜欢笑，讲起课来很随意，讲着课随便都可以插入5分钟的笑话，或者不经意间就和同学们聊起天来，所以他整个人看起来很随和，同学们都喜欢他的课，因为在他的课堂上总是乱七八糟的。

我也不例外，我特别喜欢上英语课，当然喜欢英语课的另外一个原因是我的英语成绩还不错。有一天上英语晚自习的时候，英语老师组织同学们考试，先交完试卷的同学们可以自己干自己的事情，他要求同学们不要说话就行，于是我拿出一张纸，在上边画上两只小猪，用英语在旁边标注着英文两只小猪的对话，写完后我居然大胆的在纸上边用铅笔标注着英语老师的名字。当我拿着自己的杰作开心的给同桌看时，居然被我那小气的同桌给告发了。

我知道自己闯了祸，像一个犯了错的罪人一样顿时立在自己的座位旁边不敢出声。还好老师给我面子，没当着全班同学的面数落我，让我和同桌跟着他去办公室谈，他让我写份检讨拿给他，可当我第二他拿给他检讨的时候他看也没看一眼，告诉我说下不为例，果真是宰相肚里能撑船，多么随和的一个人，他大人不记，我这个小人自然就好过了。
