据了解，为了给初三年级创建和谐、有效的学习环境，该校党支部书记、校长张克合明确提出了12条工作举措：中层以上干部开展包班包学科活动，为及时排忧解难；实行抓两头带中间的策略，全面开展“培优扶弱”活动；坚持月考制度，问题及时采取补救措施；加强集体备课，力求精讲精炼，提高课堂教学效率；努力做好学生心理“减负”工作，让学生轻松上阵；落实“学生五个一”工程，即同学们每天熟背一篇课文、熟练解一道难题、完成一篇小、向老师问一个问题等。

以前,每每看见别人在泳池里游泳真的好羡慕!真希望自己有朝一日,也能在那池“蓝天”里驰骋.前不久，在我的强烈要求下,妈妈为我花了20-元在新凤城游泳馆报了为期两个月的自游泳培训班。原本以为梦想将从这里启航.可谁料,磨难，从此开始。
