读健康的书籍是一种百益而无一害的事情，暂时先不谈别的，把它的作用定格到最低点，它最起码可以让我们认识字，不做睁眼瞎，不会轻易地被别人骗;再升格，它会让我们通过古往今来的事实与文人墨客，宇宙星空的奥妙，解释日常生活中遇到的奇怪现象，懂得身边用品的原理、结构等。数值常见病症的治疗方法，以及时解救他人或自己于危难之中……还有很多，且不一一说明了;再次升格，它可以提高我们自生的修养，教我们怎样做人，让我们有文学修养，有创新的能力，基础，以使将来更好地为国家服务，为社会发展而尽我们一点微薄之力。

现在我们还可以说是学习的初级阶段，学到的书籍也只有课本而已，我们不应该局限于此。虽说是初学，也还是有一定的阅读课外书籍的能力。学习之余，我们还可以买一些适合我们读的书本，了解一些课本上没有的东西，拓展我们的知识面增强语感，增加深度，从而也可以提高我们学习成绩，让我们都变成别人心目中的“百科全书”，这对于我们自己岂不是两全其美的事嘛。

其实读书也是一种美的享受，独到我们喜欢的内容可以让我们感到高兴、快乐，感觉到世界是那么的美好。也会被其中的内容，深深吸引住，让我们有一种总想用阅读来填充自己的大脑的冲动，阅读到抒情的文章会让我们也有之感动，知道人间所从在的真情……

说了这么多，总之一句话：读健康的书籍对我们来说是非常有益的，它的益处举不胜举。
