本学期的第一次期中业已结束。本次考试试卷，总体难度偏大，基本切合中考题型，主要是考查学生对基础知识的掌握和语文的应用能力。然而，从成绩来看，班级之间平均分值相比较第一次月考差距有所缩小。对于这种状况，我作为备课组长进行了深刻的反思，总结出以下几方面的原因：

1、考试低分的学生不仅课外阅读题、写作题没有答好，就连最简单的古诗词填空题都没答对，很多学生的答题卷上有一半是空白的。这种现象说明这部分学生的学习兴趣不高，积极性不强，主要是学习态度不端正。

2、课外阅读理解题一直是学生的软肋。除了不作答的学生外，答题的学生大部分只得到几分，有的甚至是零分。这主要反映出他们没掌握好阅读方法，理解能力较差，语言组织能力不强，表达不准确、流畅。

3、这次的作文写的是命题作文《做自己的领路人》，相对来说比较难写。从考试结果看也很不理想，除了少数学生能得了高分外，其他学生写的都模糊不清，缺少中心主题，甚至有些同学连作文的最基本要求都没有达到。

但是，不管学生自身存在多大的不足，归根结底还是我们老师的教学工作没有做好。因此，我们应该根据以上存在的原因采取行之有效的措施来提高学生的学习成绩。

1、立足基础，降低低分率，提高及格率。严格要求每位学生把每篇课文的生字词学扎实了，都能正确流利的朗读课文，要求背诵的课文每位学生都要过关。要求学生在课堂上一定要有做笔记的习惯，指导他们积累重要的词语，优美的句子等等。

2、重视课内课文的阅读，把课内课文讲透，重视文章示例的作用。注重文章示例的作用，教师首先应把文章吃透，总结、归纳出一些方法和规律，然后再指导学生掌握此类文章的阅读方法和规律。

3、在阅读教学中，要狠抓审题能力、准确提取、概括重要信息能力、多角度理解问题能力和语言表达能力。这些能力，综合为阅读、理解和表达三大能力，教学中需循序渐进地一点一滴的积累，又要有科学的方法规律的指导，教学中来不得半点投机取巧。

4、要立足于课堂培养阅读能力。阅读部分历来失分严重，本次考试也不例外。提高学生的阅读能力必须立足课堂，立足课本，而不是靠课外的大量的阅读短文的练习，这是常识，但并未引起足够重视。精读课的教学，老师要根据教材特点指点学习方法;略读课的教学，老师更要放手，让学生运用精读课学到的方法自主学习。要培养学生的基本阅读能力，一是整体把握课文思想内容的能力，二是体会重视词句含义的能力，三是体会课文的表达方法，四是自己提问题自己回答问题的能力。

5、加强写作指导。在每次写作指导中，立足学情，细化目标，降低要求，选择最恰当的方式进行指导。根据学生的实际情况做出客观具体的评价。旨在提高写作兴趣，激发写作的信心，学习写作技巧，提高写作的能力。除此之外，还要指导他们注重观察生活，于细微之处体会生活，记录生活中的点滴感受，为写作积累丰富的素材。

希望在接下来的一个月中，我们语文组的老师能够团结协作，共同努力，在接下来的考试中能有长足的进步，更上一层楼!

今天，妈妈给我买了一本《随风而来的玛丽阿姨》，我像捧着宝贝一样捧着它，一回到家我就迫不及待的将它“啃”完了，故事内容大致是这样的：随着故事的开头马上就引进了主人公――玛丽阿姨，她仿佛是被一阵风吹进简和迈克尔家中的。而且后来发生的事更奇怪。 Today, my mother bought me a book "Aunt Mary who came with the wind".It was finished, and the content of the story was roughly like this: with the beginning of the story, the protagonist, Aunt Marie, was immediately introduced. 有一次，玛丽阿姨带着简和迈克尔到贾透法先生家里去玩。到后，发现贾透法先生正漂浮在空中看报。之后他们都得了笑气飘到了空中，并且在空中吃的饭。还有一次，玛丽阿姨拿一个可以环游世界的指南针带着简和迈克尔环游世界，他们先到了北极，然后又到了南边，再然后又到了中国，最后到了西边，最后回到了家里。还有更奇怪的事发生。玛丽阿姨来后的第一个生日，是从动物园里度过的。简和迈克尔亲眼目睹了这一切：动物们将人们关在笼子里并像人们那样给他们食物吃。。。总之这一切全都乱七八糟，不和情理。

只要一翻开这本书我仿佛跟着简和迈克尔一起体会玛丽阿姨给全家带来的许多的怪事，直到看完这本书我仿佛还沉浸在那种奇妙的世界里，嘴里还不停的说着“真好!真好!。。”说实话，这本书对我的作文很有帮助，它在无形中教会了我怎样写科幻作文，并且写的身临其境一样，怎样将人带入故事的情节中总之它对我的帮助很大。

也许有些人认为这太离谱了，但我不这样认为，因为人总需要一点幻想力，比如说：幻想长大长成什么样，幻想长大会做什么工作如果人人都说这太离谱，那就不会有目标，因为目标是幻想出来的吗。没有目标，人生就像没了头的苍蝇――乱撞。所以大家不要小看想象力，他在我们的生活中有很重要的位置哦!

我希望大家都来看这本书，因为它真的很好。
