岁月悠悠、转眼间。我终于踏进了我向往已久的中学的大门。

华美，这是我目前就读初中的名字。对于我来说，我对华美的感觉几喜欢有胆却。华美是一间全宿制的寄宿学校。对于一个从来都没有住过校的我来说，住校是一件痛苦的事情。两个月过去了，后来我才知道，新生不止我一个。也不是只有我一个是第一次离家住校的。可是，我为什么和别的同学不同一样呢？别人很快可以适应、可以独立。可是我一直哭个不停。回家也哭、返校也哭。

三个月过去了，对于我来说，这真是一个既痛苦又漫长的三个月。我终于学会了独立、终于学会了自强。我从一个爱哭鼻子、爱打电话、不会洗衣服的女孩，变成一个什么事情都开始自己解决、不再哭鼻子闹回家。我学会了自己洗衣服，与同学一起打扫宿舍卫生。我终于自信的对自己说：“我，谢家玮，终于学会了独立！”

每个人都会长大，长大后都要离开家人。谁又可以陪你过一辈子呢？成长的过程就是一个既痛苦又快乐的过程。在这个过程中，我度过了人生中最有价值的一段岁月。

哭也要上学，不哭也是要上学。那为什么不开开心心、快快乐乐地去呢？读书、成长都是我需要经历的事情，这是我成长不可以逃避的责任。我终于学会了如何掌握自己的情绪。每个人都是情绪的主人，我们必须要学会管好自己的情绪，从而做到一名情绪的好主人！

所以，借今天这个机会，我要好好谢谢我的家人。谢谢你们把我带到这个世界上，谢谢你们给我创造了一个这么好的机会。爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶，谢谢你们！

在生活中，危险是无处不在的。它会在四周埋伏着，而我们却不知道它会何时降临。因此，我们必须学会独立生存。如果遇到了危险，我们一定不要慌张，要用自己学过的知识去应对，想办法让自己生存下去。

日本，是一个多次发生地震的国家。在2011年3月份开始，日本就不断地发生六级以上的地震，这引起了世界的关注。那么，日本人是否每天都忐忑不安地生活着呢?他们是否慌张失措呢?一位中国记者来到日本，决定去访问他们。当记者去到日本，看见日本人依旧是平平常常地生活着，他们脸上呈现出的是沉着冷静，好像没有发生过任何事情一样。记者不禁感到惊奇。“面对地震，日本人为什么能那么镇静呢?”她采访了一位日本人。那位日本人说：“在学校里，老师们经常讲到许多关于地震的知识，比如地震时不要慌张、如何逃生获救……在生活中，也会谈论到许多。”这位记者听完之后，明白了原因——这是因为国家对地震很重视，使日本人在平时就做足了对这方面的准备啊!

相比起来，我们中国人面对地震时呢?1994年，台湾海峡发生过7.3级的地震，广东潮汕地区的城镇也有较强的震感。该场地震并没有对当地的建筑物造成太大的破坏，但在地震发生时师生却盲目地逃跑，导致在校舍楼上发生拥堵、踩踏和坠楼事件，不幸受伤有697个人，有3人死亡。这都是师生缺乏防震知识的原因啊!

日本的地震后表现出的良好秩序给了我们很大的启发，这也使中国加强了防震减灾的措施，许多学校也都进行了消防演习。我想，在地震发生的时候，往往那些在逃跑、慌张的人，会受到不必要的伤害。相反，只有那些冷静面对、临危不惧的人，才会获救。而要做到冷静，前提是必须要谨记防震知识。

I like to read books, because a good book, contains a wealth of knowledge
