There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

今天，我怀着好奇的心情和小记者们一起，跟随县市场监督管理局的工作人员，到了昆阳龙河菜市场，开展食品安全检测活动。

活动现场，我们看到了一辆食品安全检测车。据介绍，这辆车很贵，检测设备齐全，全县只有一辆。为了让市民吃到健康的食物，这辆食品安全检测车的任务可不少哦！

工作人员告诉我们，今天我们要检测的是一些蔬菜里的农药残留、海鲜里的甲醛、豆制品中的吊白块、腌制品中的亚硝酸盐，还有双氧水、硼砂、二氧化硫等。当然，首先是跟随工作人员去菜市场取样。我们在不同的摊位里抽取了不同的样品，装入小袋子中。另一个工作人员拿着笔，在本子上详细地记录着抽取样品的摊位。

检测开始了。工作人员要检测一下四季豆里的农药残留。只见她做了一系列的准备工作，再把四季豆浸出液滴在试剂纸上。检测结果显示，这一批次的四季豆没有农药残留，是放心食品。

我们也跃跃欲试。先检测五香干吧！我要检测它里面是否含有吊白块。我先提取一些五香干的浸出液放进试管里，加入吊白块A药水和吊白块B药水各两滴。摇一摇，等2分钟，再加入C药水，观察情况。水先是变成了黄色，后来慢慢淡下去，变成了白色，最后变成了淡粉色。淡粉色，是正常的。说明这批五香干不含吊白块，也是放心食品。

后来，我又测了土豆、虾……都是安全的，我真开心！

通过这次活动，我知道了政府对食品安全十分重视，经常到菜市场检查食品安全，市民可以放心食用。

许多人可能知道食品安全的知识，但是往往一些知道食品安全知识的人，偏偏就要吃那些不健康的食品。

那么那些不知道食品安全的人们该怎么辨别这样食品是否安全呢？答案就是看，还要学习。为什么要看，并且学习呢？因为这样才能辨别食品的安全。

还有一种就是我们家喻户晓、家家户户都知道，都食用的豆芽，为什么说是豆芽也是不健康的食物呢！因为豆芽也是一位“受害者”为什么它也是“受害者”呢？那是因为它被商家给涂上了一种“色素”，豆芽使用出了“易容术”。原先那些没有使用易容术的豆芽们全身都是黄黄的，又黄又细，虽然有些不好看，也像是一位营养不良的小孩子一样。但它是健康的，而现在的豆芽使出了易容术，它的全身由黄色的变成了白色的，又白又亮，好看极了，它不像原来的那样瘦瘦的，而是很饱满、丰富的，像这些就是不健康的，而是危险。我们吃多了这种食物就有可能归西哦！

食品安全离我们并不遥远

在网络上浏览新闻的时候，我经常会看到有关“食品安全”的新闻，例如：湖南出现大头婴儿，因为食用了劣质的奶粉;山东有人食物中毒，调查结果，是“龙口粉丝”中添加了有毒的化学肥料;记者曝光：广州某些大酒店使用的“凤爪”里食品防腐剂严重超标，同时还有硫磺等化学成分……看着这些新闻报道的时候，我总觉得所谓的“食品安全”离我的生活还是很遥远的，毕竟全过那么多城市地区，食物中毒的事情在我的身边并没有发生过。直到近几天，班级里有几位同学吃零食吃坏了肚子，才使我意识到：食品安全是我们的生活息息相关。

学校门口的道路两旁，多的是卖零食的小摊，每天中午和下午放学的时候，这些小商贩就开始吆喝了。烤鸡翅的，炸土豆的，铁板烧的，弄得整条街道都弥漫着一股香味。同学们的口袋里并不缺少零花钱，所以上去买零食吃的人很多。虽然班主任老师三令五申不许同学们吃小摊上的零食，说那些食品是不安全的，可是贪吃的同学们一但谗虫作怪，那管得了那么多呢，吃了再说。

食用油在反复煎炸过程中会发生氧化、水解、热聚合等化学反应，不但油脂中原有的成分遭到破坏，热变产物还对人体具有致癌作用。如果油炸的是熟肉制品，危害更大。因为熟肉制品在加工过程中添加亚硝酸盐作为护色剂，这种熟肉制品经过热油的煎炸后，残留的亚硝酸盐也会转变为一种强致癌物质。我不知道他们在叫卖的时候，有没有想过这些食品会危害我们的健康呢。
