再来说说大小饭店常用到的地沟油，地沟油是一种伪劣的油，长期食用还可能导致癌症。相信大家经常会看到这样一幅画面：一个农民模样的人骑着一辆三轮车慢悠悠地前进，车上的液体淋漓不尽地往下滴，还不时发出一股股恶臭味，让人掩鼻避之。车上放着几个装满潲水的大桶，揭开桶盖一看，臭气逼人的液体上漂浮着褐色的东西，而这些则是刚刚从各个餐馆收集来的残羹剩饭。它们将会被运到某些条件简陋的加工厂里和食用油进行勾兑，形成总所周知的“地沟油”。并且常常会有饭馆，酒店前来收购这些地沟油，然后地沟油也就顺理成章地被摆到桌上，成为我们的口中之物。2013年9月12日公安机关历经4个月，终于成功破获一起特大利用“地沟油”伪造食用油的案件，共查获地沟油100多吨。但是，还有多少隐蔽的“地沟油”还在蔓延，还在危害着大家的身体健康呢?

一、学生购买食品应注意哪些问题

1、到正规商店里购买，不买校园周边、街头巷尾的“三无”食品。

3、仔细查看产品标签。食品标签中必须标注：产品名称、配料表、净含量、厂名、厂址、生产日期、保质期、产品标准号等。不买标签不规范的产品。

4、食品是否适合自己食用。

首先、要看清标签标注、QS标志、生产日期、保质期、厂名、厂址等是否齐全，配料中配料成分是否符合该类饮料的标准。
